Since I'm basically playing RO on two different servers (including the one we're on right now), and I'm doing finals this week, I doubt I'll be on very often until Thursday afternoon.
I've tried out being a Creator on the other server, and basically, it's not much different from regular Alchemist. sad Granted, it may help if we do WoE, but not much that a normal alch couldn't do anyways. Perhaps after rebirth I'll switch Envy to a different class, depending.

Why not just create a different character and use Envy to make fat and slim pots?

I don't think I'm going to bother going WS with Cariss, at least for now. The extra stats/skills are nice, but not necessary if I just switch her to a pure forger build at 99.

Why not just create a different character and use Envy to make fat and slim pots? I created an archer (Sun Yee, which I'll use to join the sister guild once Phoe makes it), because I figured that I could turn Envy into a pure brewer once she goes Creator, and plus, I don't like functioning without at least one of my characters being a merchant-type. sweatdrop
I'm not obsessive about the Homunculi being implemented because the 'Summon Flora' skill hasn't even been fixed yet. I doubt they'll implement homunculi until Flora's fixed. I feel kind of crippled without having at least one Flora fighting with me - sometimes bombs just don't cut it. neutral

Out of curiosity, who has characters with base levels between 70 and 80? Bren is in that neighborhood and I think a nice little pack of us could take a zone somewhere for a few hours of leveling.
I can dole out sick damage as long as I can keep myself in arrows and mana, so this would be a good chance for a merchant class or a support build to gain some levels. This might also be a good chance for Shouj's wizzie to get some leveling in if she makes it to our range in time for this fun. Either Indy's monk or alchie might benefit nicely too.
Shouj, if I can get my BA up to your wizzie's levels, we could party with me as the tank. I'm still refining my character and building up gear, but he's pretty good at holding the line.
Also, Indy, I'd be willing to front you 100K for a stat reset if you'd be willing to try a build a little more along the lines of Shale's. He currently tears through s**t nicely even when low or empty on mana. The build I use would leave you able to tank if need be while grouping with a hunter, wizzie, or sage... or able to solo a lot of stuff. I think a lot of your frustration with Envy can be aided

Sure, I'll go for a stat reset right now, since Envy seems to be moving like a gimpy-legged pogo stick. Tried beefing her up a bit last time I reset, but it just doesn't seem to flow well with the way the server is set up. I'll pay you back when I can.

The build I use is basically high str, high vit, good agi, enough dex to hit most things (mammo handles the rest) and just a touch in int. Nothing maxes til after rebirth, but early on I hit hard, can take hits nicely, and have the vit to make the potions work even better. You won't level like greased lightning, but you will be able to handle peach trees.

Or do you alternate?

If we can get Indy rebirthed eventually, she can make slims for the sins and hunters. I'm already looking into laying up a supply of the ingredients if she's game for it.
