Immediately, Dr. Doom stood in the midst of the commotion from Batman's entrance. Checking his armor's defenses, Victor von Doom was ready for combat if that was needed. The Master of Latveria addressed the Dark Knight, "Cease and desist from this intrution, Vigilante!!! Leave now!!! This is your first and last warning, Sir!!!"
Firestar was frozen in that moment, when Batman literally dropped in. And then after hearing Doom proclaimation, Angelica literally facepalmed, "Oy .... vey...."

Squirrel Girl, still in her booth, piped up.
"Uh, Doc? You're in Gotham... And you're yelling at Gotham's protectors. So... maybe you should just stand down? Batman could probably beat you alone, but there's two of 'em here... So yeah, yelling at them's not a good idea!"

Eira's ring glowed as the glass shattered. She leapt out of her seat and pointed her staff at the perpatrators. Their names left her lips the same time M'gann jumped and said,
"Batman? Bat er-woman?!?" The martian gaped. What was going on?

The guards looked down at the waiter, then back towards the main hall. "Alright, get to the back room and wait." he growled. He let the man go and headed towards the restaurant lobby, drawing his gun.
=======
That. Was. It.
Penguin had been sitting in his upper office when the sound of breaking glass came from the restaurant. Followed by several calls from his guards, and a nice little alert from his computer.
Batman had just smashed his way through the ceiling and was now terrorizing his patrons. Along with another Bat. He doubted either of them were the "real deal"......considering the real thing KNEW better than to just smash through his restaurant. If he wanted something, he could just sneak in and avoid the Lounge all together.
Not to mention the fact that he and several other big name heroes were still "missing".
....and the man outside who'd taken out some of the guards. The lanterns. Hundreds of dollars worth of repairs. Dozens of customers that were too afraid to come back now. Dozens that had fled from the Lounge without paying.
This.....this was it. This was the last straw.

Batman stopped and looked towards Doom. There was a mind there but no information came from it. It was shielded.
Batman then grinned as he made a passing signal to Batwoman to keep going. "I stopped. But this is a JLA matter, you need to stand down."
Doom was arrogant but Batman was hardheaded. Batman slowly reached for something in one of his belt's pouches.

And Batwoman did keep going; the Iceberg Lounge's layout here wasn't any different than in her universe, so she used her grappling gun to get back onto the roof, then snuck through the maintenance on the second floor (her more limber frame greatly helped her here), sneaking in just like Penguin had figured Batman would have-- and the way Brenda had initially wanted to go in the first place.
"Hello, Penguin," she said in her Bat-voice as she entered his office; she definitely sounded like Batman, albeit a feminine version of him, and it wasn't as if she were acting-- it was more natural than that when she spoke. "Sorry for the abrupt entrance; I told him we should've stuck to sneaking like we'd usually do, but I guess he wanted to be flashy for once."
And even then, Brenda was starting to doubt how close her universal alternate was in attitude to how she had been roughly a year before. Then again, he was a universal alternate. Not everything was exactly the same as she knew, as evidenced by there having been more than one Robin, an actual "Batgirl", and other things from the "other" Wayne's reality.

Clint smiled to himself as the guard went walking off down the hall. Smiling to himself, he continued down the hallway quickly. He glanced up at the ceiling as he walked, looking for his entrance. Thar's when he spot it a small ventilation duct big enough to fit him. Pulling his bow from his pocket, it expanded to full size. Pushing the duct open with the bow, he crouched to the ground. Throwing the bow across his back before leaping upwards grabbing onto the edge of the opening with his hands. He pulled himself silently into the duct before closing it behind him.
Taking in a deep breath, he crawled through the duct silently he maneuvered through the building. Stopping by a few other openings to the ventilation but after stopping for a moment and listening, he'd move on. Using his strength and training, he was able to climb up an opening in the duct to the upper ducts level. It was then he came across on opening to an office setting. Inside was a smaller man and a grown woman dressed as a bat. Clint watched and listened to the duo.

"So I noticed..." Oswald snarled as he turned around in his chair to face the other "Bat". "And with the other break-ins I've had within the last week or so, I may very well need to close down my business thanks the repairs an loss of customers you all have caused me."

Doom simply glowered at Batman still maintaining his force field, pointing at Batman, "You dare to tell me to stand down!?! You are the one who stormed in here like a bull in a china shop, thrashing about like a wild animal for no apparent reason!! I will not stand down, you will, Sir!!! Also, I am not some common criminal; I am Victor von Doom, rightful ruler of Latveria and Europe!!!
"When I returned, I found my country in chaos and an nearly inpenitrable veil of shadow over almost the entire globe. Since my return, it has been my genius to roll back the demiplane attempting to engulf the world, free all of Europe from the shadow, and restored order.Still having the defenses up on his adamantium alloy powered armor, the Master of Latveria began to pace around the Dark Knight while continuing his character assassination, "And while all this has been occuring, where has the Justice League been? You come barging in here declaring that you are on League business, but I and actual heroes are here to discuss matters concerning the safety of this world we live in.
"So.... I say, uneffectedly, that you mind your own business, Vigilante."

While Doom began to order about Batman, M'gann cast her mind curiously out to the vigilante to see why the JLA had sent him. At the lightest contact to his mind, she recoiled, panting and as most humans would put it, 'freaking out'. Her hands trembling, she tried to figure out what she had just discovered. It couldn't be correct, could it? That Batman was a White Martian? No...she had to be imagining it. But the Martian mind was not hard to fake...or mistake for that matter. She felt faint and dizzy, wondering how on Earth this had happened.

"Too bad, Cobblepot; you've been giving away information. A lot of it," Brenda said, stepping closer to him and giving him a Batglare; at this point, it would be obvious that while she was not "the" Bat, she most definitely was a Bat, because only a Bat could glare like that.
"Now while we wait for my counterpart to finish up his little games downstairs... I suggest you watch your tone. Otherwise, you'll be eating through a straw for the next six to twelve months," Brenda growled.
Squirrel Girl, meanwhile, sighed. Vic sure was angry... and she looked to Miss Martian, eyes wide. Of course, Doreen was able to know, through her writer, who "Batman" really was... but she would be contractually obligated to play along. She didn't know at the moment, and briefly glanced up to the ceiling to communicate with her writer-- the problem was, he was being tight-lipped. So she still thought the "Batman" was really Bruce Wayne, and was concerned over M'gann's freak-out.
"Hey, Miss Martian-- Are you okay?" she asked, frowning.

Batman walked by Doom, done listening to someone monologue like a lunatic villain. "Because, I'm Batman." He continued on towards the hall to Penguin's office, releasing small pellets of tear gas at the goons' feet and kept going.
He stopped for a moment when M'gann thought about him being a White Martian and twitched. Although he quickly shrugged it off as a random thought and kept walking.
He walked right into Cobblepot's office and looked at him, closing the door behind him. "Sorry for the entrance. I had to make sure people know I'm back." Realizing that Cobblepot was thinking about repairs he looked back for a moment and grunted.
He made a quick glance at the air vent and then to Batwoman.

Before the man Bat had made his way into Penguin's office, he had spun on his heels and slammed his chair into the opposite wall. "And what then?" he snarled. "You destroy my Lounge, terrorize my guests, and then put me in the hospital for the next month. Is THAT all you came here to do?"
When the other Bat walked in, he turned and glared at him as well. "You"....aren't back yet. I don't know what reality you two come from, but I won't have it! If the REAL Batman was here, he'd be rolling in his grave with the stunt you just pulled!"

"Not my fault, Penguin. I was the one that wanted to be like 'your' Bat." Brenda said, and she was smart enough to realize that angry Penguin was angry, and that intimidation wouldn't get her anywhere at the moment. She too briefly looked up where Hawkeye was hiding, saw him, and disregarded him.
"I only arrived here... what, an hour ago? I'm still getting my bearings. Care to fill me in on the most important stuff?" she asked, and her tone was less confrontational. Penguin was like a bratty child... and like with a bratty child, coercion tended to work best; and she was in fact being honest-- in the scope of things, she had only just shown up.
