Bio: Naida's very...open and opinionated. She'll tell you what she thinks, or if you're being silly. Good with daggers, Naida doesn't go anywhere without her pair. She's very cautious of anything to do with magic, since that's what got her cramped up in that tiny shell to begin with.
The very first pony Naida met after being released from her shell was a pegasus named Proteus. He uses magic, but his magic is good. Naida's been spending a lot of time with him, and however unlikely it should be, she can't stand to be without him. He's afraid of the water, so their relationship has several hurdles to overcome before they can be together. Another major one is her inability to fly. Proteus's love of the sky is great, and Naida would love to go flying with him, but her lack of wings keeps her firmly on the ground.
Naida's pregnant with Proteus's children! She's emotional, hungry, and tired all the time, and she's not even showing yet. A total accident, she and her mate have already started planning for the babies, thinking about the many wonderful things they'll get to teach them. Naida wants at least one daughter and one son. She'll gladly take anything she gets though, but she can hope for one of each, can't she?
After a long pregnancy, Naida gave birth to nine babies! She couldn't believe it. Her children are a mish mash of species, including mers, flyers, and earth ponies. She didn't think such a large birth was possible. At least she and Proteus are very happy, and why shouldn't they be? Their house is full of love and laughter.
Random: Nadia was bought at the Mer-Pony Auction. Her name means water nymph.
