Description:
The user manipulates the moisture in the air to create a Rose. Complete with thorns, although the thorns are bladed so they can penetrate, and act like hooks when attempting to remove the Rose. The rose functions much in the way of Senbon, and can be thrown as far as the user can throw a senbon. When the rose hits successfully, it blooms, Mostly for an anesthetic touch.
Rp Sample
Kenji sat on the ground, messing with a puddle of water. Kenji was in his normal attire, complete with even his fur hat. Kenji smiled and played around in th water humming to himself, and just genrally having a fun time. Kenji smiled as his target began to cross the field. Kenji stood and laughed, making a couple hand signs he held his hand in the air. Suddenly water swirled in the air, resting in his hand a rose bud formed, water flowed from a hole in the bottom, creating a perfect stem. From the stem in a soft freezing noise emerged several thorns, all of which were pointed at the bud. " Hyoton style: Rose creation. " Kenji said laughing to himself as he threw the rose at his target hoping it would work. The rose traveled a short distance and imbedded itself in the animal's shoulder, causing it to fall over in pain, an thrash around on the ground. While the animal was thrashing around, the rose bloomed into it's full beauty, light glimmering off of it like it would any peice of ice. saddly this beauty was short lived as the animal crushed the ice between it's shoulder and the ground. The animal got up and tried to run away, but another " Hyoton style Rose creation! " Came from another bush in the field, and this time the Bush was directly infront of the animal. The Ice Rose sunk into the creatures skull, and bloomed directly in the center of it's head.

Description:Forcing his insects into the ground, Kay will make them all crawl across the ground at a foe and entrap them. Once they have done this the enemy will seem to sink into the ground, but in actuality he will simply be engulfed in insects and drag to the floor. The insects will rise with him in their midst, and crush down all around them at once, causing blunt force damage and sucking out chakra as well. The strength can cause ribs to snap under the weight, but afterward the insects return to sender.
Rp Sample
"You should always keep an Ace up your sleeve..." Kay said calmly as he walked out into the open field where his target stood. His insects swarmed out and scampered across the field floor. They moved quickly, swarming all around him and surrounding him with amazing speed. On Kay's command the numerous insects ensnared the poor ninja and wrap themselves all over him. They drug him to the ground quickly, and concentrated around him in a sphere. The kikaichu, draining chakra as they did so, rose up into the air, him in their midst, and Kay would squeeze his hand. The bugs would crush down all around him, his screams of pain reaching Kay's ears, and the sound of a few ribs cracking sounding off.

Jutsu's Element: Smoke
Description: This sphere is about the same size as Rasengan, but unfortunately, is much weaker than the attack. The user concentrates their chakra/smoke to create a smoke ball which can be held. It can then be rushed up to the victim similar to rasengan. It explodes not with fire, but sheer force. Instead of appearing to be swirling, smoke chakra radiates from the palm. The smoke is powerful enough to cause a sizable mark into a tree bark.
Rp Sample: Ryuji opened up his palm. Smoke began spiraling in his hand, seemingly forming a globe of chakra enhanced smoke. His eyes were intent, not wanting to let up an inch. Come on.....come on! Within a few seconds, the globe was about the size of a soccer ball, a little smaller. Grinning, Ryuji charged at a tree nearby, using all of his leg speed to attack the trunk of the plant. Upon impact, wishy wishy noise (xD) could be heard. When the dust and debris cleared, a large crater could be seen embroidered in the trunk, causing Ryuji to smile once again.

Description: This jutsu utilizes the ability to control the temperature of the smoke. The user is capable of creating super heated smoke, launching it at their opponents in a similar matter to a smoke grenade (so, its bascially like a smoke all that, when thrown, explodes with the burning smoke). This smoke burns at the heat of a burning flame. The smoke flies out and burns the victim. However, suiton and fuuton techniques c-rank and above can cancel out this jutsu. The smoke lasts for 3 posts.
Rp Sample: Ryuji gathered the smoke around him, ready to send it into the village when needed. Even around him, Ryuji could sense the smoke rising in temperature, slowly causing him to sweat. When the signal was made clear, a little bird flying past the gate, Ryuji outstretched his arm, the smoke orb in his hand being thrown into the gate. Immediately, Ryuji could hear the screams of pain inside, numerous low level ninja yelling out that they were burning. Ryuji entered, making sure to avoid his burning hot smoke.

Description: This genjutsu makes the one it is cast on see their opponent blow away as if they were smoke. The user remains hidden until the Genjutsu is broken. This genjutsu affects sight and sound, but not any other sense. The moment the victim or user is touched by an object, person, or anything else, the genjutsu is canceled.
Rp Sample: Ryuji looked into the eyes of his opponent, a genin in training. Performing a few handseals, he grinned as his feet slowly started to fade away. The genin looked on in disbelief, wondering to himself how in the world Ryuji was doing that. Ryuji's was now invisible up to his chest, the rest of his body turning seemingly into "smoke". With a last smirk, Ryuji's face left the genin's mind, leaving Ryuji free to escape training him.

Jutsu's Element: Smoke
Description: The user creates a small stream of smoke the size of a large snake. The smoke then launches at the opponent or stays hidden until it snatches the opponent, wrapping and binding them. The user is able to create multiple snakes as well depending on the user's rank. When C rank the user is able to create up to 2 snakes of smoke. Once B rank, the user can create 4 smoke snakes. Once A rank, they can create 6, and when S-rank, they can create 8. With enough force (B-rank or higher), the snakes can be broken, however the more snakes that are binding the opponent, the harder it is to break out of. However, like all other smoke jutsus, fuuton techniques can disperse the snake. The snakes can only wander 100 ft before dispersing. However, if binding a victim, they have no limit as to when they are destroyed.
Rp Sample: The three objects made out of smoke stalked the chuunin, who was a nara. Ryuji grinned. Staying in one place fot the whole battle was a rookie mistake, and this chuunin would have to learn. One of the snakes attacked first, wrapping itself around the ninja's arm. This way, he would be prevented from using any jutsu, which would result in a much easier task for Ryuji. Another snake charged also, but the ninja was too fast. He jumped up, struggling to break apart his arms. The last snake, who had been waiting all this time, sprung up, capturing the ninja's legs. The ninja was soon bundled on the floor, looking in shock at his captor.
(OK, i edited the smoke impact move and the burning smoke. the burning smoke technique is supposed to be utilized as a grenade. it starts off with a ball of smoke, then when its thrown, the smoke is released. and yea, freezing smoke was kinda retarded rofl
also, the snakes are actually objects. just like how a doton jutsu can make a dragon out of earth, this jutsu makes it out of smoke. i can take out the force requirement and leave it to the judgment of the victim. also, i forgot to add this, but obviously, the snakes cannot travel long distances, because sooner or later, they will dissolve. so i put 100 ft, if thats acceptable.

Alright, my first time as jutsu acceptor...here goes:
@Hinote:
Sand Sight - Denied
Hinote Tosatsu This is a passive technique. Meaning it can remain active as long as the user is able to supply it chakra, regardless of what else the user does.
When you say it like this, I interperate this as a technique that constently require a source of chakra so is there some sort of chakra drain that comes with this? Like after 5 posts, its starts costing the user 1 chakra point to sustain. Because if there's nothing like this included than the user will practically never run out of chakra to supply this technique with.
Hinote Tosatsu This time however was a bit different. Standing up as usual and walking twenty feet out of the gate, the man set his hands into the single hand seal required to activate the jutsu, and began his usual scan.
If only one seal is required to activate the jutsu, I believe that it should be added into the description.
Looking back at your description, I also found it to be lacking something. I know that descriptions shouldn't be too long and information crammed but for the purpose of it getting approved, I feel that a little more is needed. My main concern is what makes this jutsu so special that it would allow the user the ability to see under the sand. From what I can tell, Byakugan users should be the only ones capable of seeing through solid objects and even then, they only have this ability due to their bloodline so I would being needing a more logical reason before I can accept this.
Suna Ryuusei - Undetermined
I'll give a more detailed critisim on it after I see the rp sample. But as of now, I feel that the rank of this technique should be raised to that of a B-rank just for how destructive this technique sounds if successful.
Suna Ryuusei - Denied
Sounds a bit too OP to work. The no dodging part helped to only further that decision. And there also wasn't an rp sample which could have remotely helped to show that this technique could've been used wisely.

Sand Sight - I actually added a drainage to it, but then removed it again, figuring it could just drain the full jutsu cost every post it's active.
I didn't add the single seal bit? That must have been something I came up with in the middle of the sample. It's kinda based on the fact that the Byakugan activates with only a single seal.
As for a logical explanation... I'm not sure. I just felt like it was something that could be fit into it. If you have any ideas, let me know, if not, I'll come up with something, or remove it. It's basically a jutsu designed to enhance vision against that particular blockage, so that guards would be able to see through sand storms, or spot incoming attacks from under the sand. Unless you have some sort of sand made blindfold, it's not going to do you much good outside the desert. Kind of works like sonar really... Just, more vision based.... Grgh... Ninja Magic!
Ryuusei - I'll find that link later then. It's a pretty epic battle, so it should be worth it to check out. The various posts using the attack that inspired this technique are spread out over several pages, denoting the time that would usually be taken to prepare it, and waiting for the perfect moment to strike.
Not Suna Ryuusei, despite the name you pasted (I kinda forgot the name myself) - Ah, I kind of expected denial on that one, despite how epic it would be. It is indeed OP. The only reason I thought it might work out was because Hyoton has pretty much the same thing, but with zero requirements, while this one is nearly impossible to charge up unless you have a lightning using ally working with you on it.

As the hand begins to close the Genjutsu is 'cast' and the intended victim feels as if there is a large hand gripping their throat, squeezing tightly, not suffocating them; leaving them more than enough air to breathe despite the invisible hand growing tighter and the squeezing becoming more painful. All the while this is happening the jutsu also creates mental images of the user humiliating and degrading the victim inside the victim's mind. There is a clear connotation in these images that the user is 'Master' and the victim is 'slave'. The jutsu will be broken if the victim loses eye contact with the hand and ends come the user's next post. The user cannot switch hands mid-jutsu. The user cannot attack in the same post that this jutsu is used. Rp SampleMatsu didn't see any need for him to actually fight this bandit that had confronted him on his way back to Suna. In fact, he almost felt a little sorry for the fool who had not been able to discern the shinobi's identity or even profession through the thick folds of the hooded robe that he was draped in. Matsu had always reckoned the clothes he wore, the way he moved and spoke to be properly intimidating; as a sense of the unknown 'other' seemed to frighten most, hell, that's why half the battles in the world were fought: 'out of a fear of the unknown'. The sleeves of his robes were drawn close to him, but as the chakra weaved its way through his veins to his right hand, that arm moved away from his body, as if the pins holding it were released, the sleeve billowing slightly as he allowed it to slip down his arm and reveal the hand which he promptly pointed at the bandit. He could feel the pulse of his chakra running alongside his heart, he could feel the bandit's eyes upon his hand and the brutish suggestion of domination that radiated from it. He shifted his hand from its accusatory point to an open palm slightly, as if telling the bandit to stop. The bandit seemed to interpret this as such and chuckled and Matsu began to close his open hand into a fist. The bandit gripped for his throat, trying to remove the Matsu's hand, which was not even touching him but still choking. The bandit felt his mind flood with images, he could see himself face down in dirt, being whipped, stepped on, beaten, humiliated, hurt in ways he could not even describe. As these things passed from Matsu's conciousness to the bandit's, the shinobi began to move forward, his cold eyes tracked on the flailing bandit, eyes wet with agony as he groped at the air around his throat in a futile effort to be free from the genjutsu. The bandit dropped to his knees, as Matsu came before him, his form still hidden in shadowy shrouds; only his hand revealed. At once Matsu broke the genjutsu by retracting his hand into his robes once more, the bandit falling flat onto his stomach in defeat as the shinobi simply stepped over his body and continued his journey.

Description: The user transforms the lower half of their body into smoke. This allows them to, essentially, fly over the arena. Because it is only their lower half, they can still use jutsu and the like. However, the user cannot use any fuuton or suiton ninjutsu in this form. Fuuton and Suiton jutsu will solidify/blow away the user, canceling the jutsu and causing damage towards them. Katon jutsu will explode the user, causing them to deal with damage 2 ranks stronger than the jutsu really is. Can go in this form for 5 posts before needing to put in another amount of B-Rank chakra.

Rp Sample: Ryuji jumped up, his opponent's eyes glaring up at him. His opponent was fairly strong, a true challenge. Smirking, Ryuji continued to increase his altitude. Slowly, his legs starting to dissolve, turning from solid mass to condensed smoke. In a matter of seconds, his whole lower body was turned into smoke, and Ryuji was flying around the arena.
Forming handseals, Ryuji spit out mud balls at his opponent. They landed on both his legs, a result Ryuji was hoping for. He continued flying around the arena, staying a few feet above his opponent. This fight was getting fun. With a sudden turn, Ryuji charged downwards, his hand outstretched with its syringe claw. He came in for the swipe, but his opponent was faster, and he missed by a few inches. The opponent, who was smarter than he looked, performed handseals of his own before bringing his hands up to his mouth. He blew a suction of wind at Ryuji, sending the ninja flying back a few feet. The lower half of the ninja's body had been scattered around the forest. It was taking time to reform, but it was too slow. Right now, Ryuji was motionless and, in a way, helpless. "Crap...."

Description: The user makes a single seal placing chakra on to the floor using his/her feet. The 5 feet directly in front of the user then crystallizes, crystallizing anything that is in that area along with it. ( If it’s an Rpc, only the base of the shoes if the person is a rank above the user, up to the toes if the person is the users rank, up to the ankle if that person is under the user’s rank. ) The user then makes another seal as he/she places his/her chakra on to the floor once more, crafting a single wolf made of crystal, the wolf is the desired size of the user, as long as it is under five feet and it uses ALL of the crystal formed by the user at the begging of the jutsu. The wolf has a keen sense of smell almost like that of a real wolf, it can withstand a C rank ninjutsu or it can break through a B rank shield or defensive jutsu, it must be dictated by the user when the jutsu is made. And only one wolf may be active at any given moment.
Rp Sample
A torrent of rain fell on the same field where Tensa had made his first kill, even though a long time had passed from that. He reached for his back pocket and put his anbu mask on with a sigh. He reached for his back pocket once more and took out a piece of clothing which, with his other hand he made a seal forming crystals on to the ground, crystallizing a few weeds that where in the edge of the area. He then made another seal as the crystal contracted together forming a three foot tall wolf from the base of the legs to the top of the head, he then gave the wolf the piece of clothing which he held on his mouth. “ Find that person for me please.” He told the wolf making its mission clear and direct; find that person even if it gets destroyed in the process. The wolf gave him a slight nod; it then raised its head and began sniffing the air, getting rid of all the unneeded smells. It then ran off signaling that it found the scent. Tensa understood the signal and ran off behind the jutsu.
~ Thirty Minutes Later ~
After the long trek through the forest the wolf looked back at its creator as it dropped the clothing piece meaning that they had reached the destination. Tense looked to the front as he saw a man with something strange on his back and a rack of scrolls placed as if they where machine gun bullets. “Akura…” Tensa growled as the wolf glared at the man. Akura took a step toward Tensa as the wolf darted at the man, it bit Akura in the forearm leaving a deep bite wound on his arm. “You filthy pest!” The Suna ninja growled between his breaths as he formed chakra strings with his good hand, he then attached the strings to the thing on his back, revealing a humanoid puppet, the puppet jumped of his back, cocking back it’s hand revealing a gun made of wood, the wolf quickly let go of Akura and ran back to Tensa, as the wolf went toward Tensa, akura made the puppet shoot whatever was in the barrel, releasing a large number of smashed makabishi pieces toward the wolf, making it shatter by the sheer number of the small weapons. Tensa growled at this and made another seal forming once more the crystal on the ground, the crystal then contracted forming another three foot tall wolf. “Kill him!” Tensa commanded as he remained in the same place while the wolf jumped toward the puppet, as the wolf jumped Akura took a scroll that was on the rack, he opened it and revealed another gun like weapon, this time a machine gun, with thirty senbon as its ammunition, he then made the puppet move it’s hand into the hip and toss five makabishi that where bind together by a paper bomb, but before it could be tossed Tensa used the remaining crystal from the first wolf to bind the puppet to the bomb. Meanwhile the new wolf shoot ten makabishi at Akura as it still ran toward him. “Very well…” He muttered as he opened another scroll summoning a lion puppet, he released the first puppet from his grip as it exploded thanks to the bomb.
The Makabishi that thrown by the wolf sliced through the newly summoned puppet but it wasn’t enough to destroy it. Akura made the lion puppet clash with the crystal wolf, but it wasn’t enough to destroy it and with its powerful jaws the crystal wolf snapped the lion’s neck, while this happened Akura ran for the reached the machine gun and began to shoot at the wolf destroying it, Tensa sighed at the destruction of his second puppet as he then resorted to use the Jutsu for a third time, he extended the crystal on to the floor once more and made it into another wolf, this time Akura began to shoot at Tensa with the senbon. “Defend” He commanded as the wolf’s crystal exterior grew thicker allowing it to fend off the incoming attack. Akura growled at this and ran off with a puff of smoke.

Description: This jutsu may only be learned after using the Kurisutarurirīsu: Ookami getsuga five times. The user makes a small series of seals finished in ram as two five foot stalagmites rise from the ground beside the user, the user then makes another seal and the two stalagmites bend into the shape of a wolf of the user’s desired size, as long as it’s under five feet. Like its parent jutsu the wolves can only have one trait, attack, defense or tracking. Both wolves share the same ability and no other Crystal wolf technique may be used while this one is active.

Hey hold up. Akura, you dont HAVE to put that its usable by only hinote and yourself, seeing as you are the only two with Crystal release.
If the second one is the same as the first, just with two wolves, why does it even need to be another jutsu? Why not just use the same jutsu twice?

There is one crystal user in Suna. But really, if he just takes it as a personal jutsu, or gives it to someone else as a personal jutsu, it's not going to be a guild wide thing.
I'll check the customs here later if no one else has by the time I get up the motivation.
