(Enters The Future of Sand Ninja Academy)  Ishida Tama wandered in scratching her head. It was her first day at the academy and she was nonetheless nervous. Yet a sense of eagerness and curiosity was present at the bottom. Wrinkling her forehead, she gave her surroundings a quick glance, attempting to search for reliable-looking seniors that may be willing help her with her jutsu. Just who to approached? she asked herself mentally multiple times.

"Tingle Tingle Kooloo-Limpah!" A burst of rainbows, sparkles, flower petals, and all the other ingredients of awesome appeared infront of the girl, Ishida Tama. A small green 'fairy' stepped out of the light, glancing around the area. He was pudgy, but radiated awesomeness. "Huh, I don't think I'm in Hyrule anymore todo..." He said, speaking to something that just wasn't around. When he spotted the girl, he clapped his hands, and spun in a circle, hopping from foot to foot. "You should probably head on over to the training facility, that's where the maaaaagic happens!" Once more, he jumped and spun, landing in his original position. "Bye now~" He called out as yet again, the burst of rainbows, sparkles, flower petals, and all the other ingredients of awesome appeared, this time sucking him back into the hole.

She was stunned by the sudden appearance and disappearance of the green fairy. It was gone before she could react. She decided to head over to the training facility as adviced. (Exit to Suna Training Facility)

 .......~*Hara Arekkusu*~ .............................................................................................
"Ahhhhhh I'm too old for this!" Arekku burst out as he walked toward the Academy he was not only frustrated with himself, but he was feeling depressed. He had been in Suna an was working as a mail man for the last few months as when he finally got accepted to the Ninja Academy he realized that he probably be the oldest one there and that brought a small tear in his eye. As he walked into the school building and followed directions that he obtained in the front desk toward his homeroom he quickly found a seat and buried his face in his arms. "Please..... Oh gods, demons, spirits I don't care what..... Just please make me a shinobi soon." Arekku muttered as silently as possible as he awaited further instructions.

Haruka made her way to the academy to find a teacher. It would help being in a familiar surrounding such as this; needless to say that navigating these familiar halls would be simpler than the vast monolithic structure that was the Training Facility. Haruka began to wander around the grounds, checking several rooms for a teacher, hoping to find one proficient in medical jutsu.

Upon entry, Aoishi looked along the labeled eyes to find what technique would work best for him, grabbing scrolls, books and diagrams of the shinobi before exiting and making his way to a vacant space outside of the Academy; a place where sometimes the Academy teachers themselves train. Giving a glimpse of what professionals look like... and soon he will be one just like his ancestors before him.

As a young girl checked rooms, a man stood in front of the Archives. " Come with me. " The red head commanded to the black haired ninja, not giving him passage into the archives. " If you're going to train, you might as well do it the right way. " The man said with a deep voice. He walked toward the Academy, finding a young girl there, and once she was in front of him he paused. " I take it you are also looking for someone to train you. " He slowly spoke for the girl, looking at her headband. " If that's so you will both follow me to the roof. The red head spoke, acting somewhat shady toward the situation, quickly walking off toward the roof. Hinote Tosatsu Hey! I quoted myself in someone else's post! Awesome! Wait... To the point! When I said the library I was actually referring to the village library, not a library in the academy... Moot point now, but worth keeping in mind.

Haruka jumped a little from being started. Quickly, she spun around to face the person addressing her. With a spry yelp, the young girl replied, "Yes, very much so sir!" Quickly, she'd scurry off to follow the man up the steps to the roof.

He had such a mind set on what he wanted to accomplish that he didn't wish to slow down now. Especially after going so far with what he needed to do. Sprinting in, and making his move to do his training, he would follow the man after he completes at least a little bit of training. He truly wanted to at least get the foundation of the technique in
Now it was time to get to work. He spread the scrolls, books and other assorted items of knowledge before him and went to town. Unlike most of his peers, reading enthused him! To become more and more learned and be able to hold conversations with higher shinobi as if you were their equal absolutely enthused him. Never has he wanted to be in a predicament where he'd be lost and unable to comprehend was he is seeing or is being taught; and his father said the best defense for it is the obvious... reading!
During said quest for knowledge, Aoishi found something that caught his eye in one of the Genjutsu books. It was a Genjutsu, of the Raiton element, that puts seal upon any object or area that upon being triggered gives a powerful illusion of being electricuted. But Aoishi had something of an idea. What if he put this seal upon his projectiles. A person picks it up or feels bold enough to grab it, they will be locked into the illusion. Providing a perfect opening should they get locked into it. One that he hopefully won't take for granted. Having the idea and rarring to implement it, Aoishi pulled out his projectiles and spread them out as he would look back at the book for the instructions.

Aoishi then decided that he would move on to the next stage. Looking down to the next few paragraphs, seeing as the other parts were just stating the obvious when it comes to learning chakra prone jutsu's, he started to work on the hand-seals. An essential mechanism that provides an easier route for shinobi to cultivate the chakra with him them, and manipulate the world that was given to them.

But learning the seals was just the stepping stone, or the precursor to something greater. He would need to have chakra backing up the jutsu. This was the real tricky part. For like lock picking a door, you need to find that "sweet spot" that will ultimately give you entry and access to what is behind the door. Using that in the theory of this technique, Aoishi would need to find the correct amount of chakra so that upon release, he won't waste more than he needed to; and more importantly, won't waste chakra but putting too little into the technique that the jutsu doesn't work in the first place.
Soon enough, Aoishi stopped and would gather up all the materials he gained. He wanted to hurry on to the man before he finds him having continued on with his pursuit to knowledge. Finding him and coming upon the roof like the girl, he placed his belongs to the side and looked to the man, "Sorry... I had to utilize the facility. But I am ready now."

Hinote Tosatsu Um, Zin. Akura just made an NPC to teach you, who subsequently stopped your RPC from getting the scrolls in the first place. ( Oooh. When I read the post the first time it seemed like he was only speaking to Snuff. But okie. )
