Tansy blinked at him for a moment. “I don’t remember that….” She sighed softly as she laid her head back down on the pillow. Everything was starting to clear up just a little. “thank you, for coming with me.” She let her body relax somewhat as she lifted her head to look at him once more. “I think I’m okay… Although these things are pretty tight.” She moved her wrists around, the chains clicking against the metal rails of the bed. “how long do I have to be here?”

"Well, I wouldn't expect you to, it's hard to remember anything while unconscious." Ako said, smiling so she knew he was joking. "And I couldn't just let them take you alone, I would never have forgiven myself if I let that happen. I guess I should have stayed a little closer, though, they said you started fighting when you woke up. As for the time, I have no idea. I kinda got annoyed at the waiting room's clock and uh...zapped it."

Tansy smiled softly and let out a weak laugh. She rested her head against the pillow again and closed her eyes. "Every time I pass out, I go back to the black void I told you about... But this last time, there was someone else there." She could feel the hairs of the back of her neck stand as she told him about it. "I've never heard that voice before. It was cold... like ice." She frowned somewhat.

As soon as the bomb was activated, Alias began to feel sluggish, nauseous, and faint... but, more so, his features seemed to fade. Vain didn't seem sick, but his entire form started to fade as well, until he clenched his fists and brought it back under control. Alias gasped for breath. "Don't... don't do that. Please." Vain had no such inclination. "Well, thank you for your hospitality, Mr. Cortez -or whatever you call your sick sense of self- but I have business to attend to. I'll bid you farewell." He grabbed the coffee and turned away, towards the door, muttering. "Stupid hillbilly... Two. What a stupid nickname."
Alias ran after him, catching him by the shoulder and spinning him around. "Vain, you heard him. You can't just leave!" Vain expression turned dark, like he'd been used before and was sick of it. "Alias, you don't understand yourself. You don't understand me. We're just powers of darkness. That thing turns on, we're gone. Understand?" He didn't wait for an answer. "You can't trust him. You're only with him for what? That." He pointed to the scarred hand. "I'm not here to be some hick's subject. I'm not here for anything. I've been around long enough to learn that." He paused. "But I've decided to help you, against my conscience. I'll go find more about Tansy, and hopefully I can find some way to get you away from him. You're not going to like how this ends, I can tell." Alias looks at him hopelessly. "Vain, there's nothing I can do. I-" Vain shook with barely contained anger, his eyes changing to orbs of shadow. "You what? All this is a choice. And I'm choosing for your own good. Have fun with your slave driver." He stepped into the shadows near the door. "It'll be different next time. I'll make you come to your senses... or I'll recruit your Gray to help. That'd make an impression, right?." He checked Alias's expression. "Of course I'm right. This guy is bad news. Good luck."
And with that, he melted into the shadows, the coffee falling to the floor and spilling.
Alias stared at the spot, stunned. He looked back at Lev. ---
Gray stopped with Lillith out side of a diner they were passing. "Huh." He felt something about the place drawing him in. He looked at his companion. "Do you want something to eat real quick? I'll pay."

"Was it hostile?" Ako asked. He worried about Tansy, and would do anything to help her. He worried about her when she went to that void, he couldn't do anything about whatever she saw in there.

cleardaystux "I'm a friend. Are you okay? I saw you pass out back in that one alley." "No need to look for me. I'm all in your head. Don't worry, I won't break anything..." He waited for her response. Worries ran through her head Who is this guy? Did he see me in action in the alley? What if he tells someone? What if he gets me in trouble? She paused for a moment and stopped looking, "If you are truly a friend as you say you are you should find a way to show yourself and not hide in the darkness like a coward." -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Trinity's mom replies to Gidget's inquiry, "I don't think now's a good time. I'm not sure what you guys were doing earlier but Trinity was extremely tired. She went straight to bed after dinner. Though I'm sure she will be pleased to have her bike back I must say. Who should I tell her returned the bike? I could take a message as well if you like?"

"You can call me Gidget ma'am." Gidget was surprised to hear that Trinity hadn't told her mother anything about what happened earlier. She contemplates her available options. Leviathan is a dangerous man, and it would seem that Trinity was actually trying to protect him. She must have no idea about the kind of person he is. She could either let well enough alone and allow Trinity to make her own decisions and mistakes, or she could intervene by way of her mother.
Gidget tilts her head to the side curiously and asks, "Does she usually get this tired after using her powers?"

(So not cool, sorry guys. I did make a post the other day, but right after I submitted it my internet got screwed up, so it didn't save. I guess it didn't post either, just realized this. So sorry.)
Lily grimaced as the elevator doors closed, pressing the button that would eventually lead to her floor. She listened as Annie spoke, being able to read and wright early was something she didn't do. Lily was better with math when it came down too it. She sighed, looking at the girl, everything about her was seeming to be the opposite to Lily.
Once the elevator doors opened, Lily filed out behind Annie with ease, moving too quickly for any person injured to move, only showing her hatred towards elevators. She didn't understand how a person could create something to go up stories in buildings on nothing but a cable and some breaks. She shuddered to think about all the possibilities of her sudden demise. Elevators will be my death. she cursed.
"I'm a-" as she was about to explain to Annie about her choice which was business, her vision began to blur yet again, the quick movement she did to get out of the elevator obviously taken it's toll. She looked down the hall way, it twisting and turning before her own eyes, causing her to giggle as she caught the wall. "I am a bu" she burst into laughter again, a state of delusion taken over Lily as she tried to make her way down to her dorm. Luckily her room wasn't that far away from the elevators, one perk about having a single dorm.

Rikki Tikki Travi "Does she usually get this tired after using her powers?""Her powers?! You mean there's more than her hair, eyes, ears and the suddenly athletic condition she's in? I suppose it would explain why she's this tired. She was awake long enough for a shower and dinner but I could tell she was extremely tired. Can you tell me more about it?"

Gidget's smile faded a little bit. So Trinity really hasn't shared anything with her mother. This troubles Gidget slightly. If her mother were alive there would be no secrets.
Gidget nods and says, "I'd be happy to. In fact, if you'd like, I can also show you some video footage of what she can do."

Lilith stopped for a moment. "Really? Are you sure?" She frowned sightly, not wanted to owe him anything.... But it was then that her stomach growled, rather loudly. She blushed brightly. "Food... does sound really good....." She blushed brighter.
Tansy paused. "I'm not sure yet if it was. I think it might have been more of a scare tacit. The voice claimed to be death." She sighed softly as she rolled her shoulders, adjusting her wings underneath her.

"Do you think it was? The last time something calling itself death spoke to you, it was just a trick." Ako said. He noticed her little shimmy to try and get comfortable, and stood up out of the chair. He'd deal with what the doctor had to say when he came in, right now his friend was uncomfortable. He worked the buckle on the straps and loosened them as much as he could without taking them all the way off.

She smiled somewhat. "thanks." She let out another small laugh as she sat up just a little. "I really don't know. it grabbed my arm, but I couldn't see anything... Although," She looked down to the hand-shaped bruise on her upper arm.

"No problem." Ako said as he sat back down in the chair, resting his elbows on his knees. At the sight of her bruise, his fists clenched until it hurt, both in anger at whatever did that, and at the fact that he couldn't do anything about it. He quickly calmed himself, hoping his fists had been hidden by his knees. Once he was calm again he said, "Well, it couldn't have been Death, You're just hurt, not dead."

Leviathan calmly tapped the tips of his fingers together, his eyes slitting as his wide set smile became mute, then a contemplating frown. Vain had simply disappeared. Lev tapped at his chin, looking at his cigarette pack with much disdain. It was an empty worthless box now. "Cretin. Call me a Hillbilly..Well then!" Lev pulled the backpack back around, tapping at another panel. A screen lowered, revealing an almost computer like monitor. With another tap, two blips began to pulsate across it's face, and a map of the entire area flared across the face of it. More blips showed up, along with a larger third blip, Vain no doubt, much farther away. "Now i said we're in this. And this ain't my only plan now ya hear One?" Lev tapped at his skull, "I'm more think then tank Strangeness." Lev winked, sliding his coffee cup away. "Seems like you lost yourself a bit there old boy." Lev sniffed at the air, idly speaking aloud as he hovered over the screen. "Your boy is far off. That's a nasty little trick he's got, bet you could do the same.." Lev threw his hand up wildly, as if to show how much he didn't really care, " But rest assured Senor El Fuego Pantalones Numero Two will be back sooner then he'd like, or I'll track him 'ventually. Anyone hit by the beams emitted from this bad mother," A nod to the bomb, "Tagged like a shark, you know how they do on that Discovery program? You get me." Another waft of his hand, "But then again.." Suddenly multiple blips came across the screen, and Lev sat bolt right up, eyes wild and alive. "I know where others are now too.." Lev had already swung the backpack on, now holding a hand out for Alias to shake. "Your friend is wrong Senor. This machine changes everything. Imagine having enough power to be yourself." Lev gave a knowing eye to Alias, showing his intuitive thought behind a thick skull. Lev had made two and two together long before they had even reached the restaurant. "But for now, we recruit."
