Katie yawned continuing her little clawing bit--somewhat oblivious to what Kai had said. She stopped and twitched her ear. Leaning more onto Kai, "Did you say something..?" She was clearly trying to hear what he said, and more than likely she had heard only a faint hum of his voice--nothing to be able to understand.. Since it was the first thing she had actually heard for the day, she seemed a bit persistent to hear him speak again even though she couldn't quite make out what he was actually saying.. Her face at this point was so close, that Kai only needed to twitch a little and it could be considered a kiss, though Katie was clearly oblivious..

Ryu nodded, "Yeah...true..unless the birdie's blind.." he said before looking up and spreading one of his wings, the inside had was a bright orange so the bird would definitely notice.. He motioned for her to come down to them so they could talk.
Kai moved his head back a bit, "I might have to trim your claws." he said slow enough so the girl could make out what he was saying.

Katie's eyes went wide, and then she smiled a catty yet challenging smile... "If you try you'll get hurt..." Her tail fliped a little showing her amusement and a bit of a challenge for him to continue further with his comment..

I wonder if she can hear clearly now
He said unsure after hearing them talk, then shifted silently. going into a trance like state Michal fell asleep. A few seconds later he woke up.
Its so boring, we should do something fun
He sighed holstering his gun, then pulled out his knife. then moved to a really dark part of the shack.

((I apologize for my absence. I've been quite busy and also I thought maybe the thread was dead.))
Kit's ears twitched from the movements inside the shack and she finally opened her eyes a crack, her nose also checking the air. She noticed that Michal had changed spots again. She mumbled.
Isn't mornin yet?
She blinked sleepily. She vaguely remembered that she hadn't actually slept for four days.

Kai sighed lightly, "It would be worth it.." he said, in a same slower speech so she could either read his lips or maybe hear him.
He glanced over at Michal as he went over to a darker spot with a knife, wondering what he thought was fun with a knife in a dark corner..

Katie hissed at his words, "Likewise.." She then got off of him as if in some sort of pissed cat mood..

After a long series of tapping Michal yelps
"Owww!"
then the sound of his knife hitting the floor, an him walking out of the dark clutching his hand which now has a deep cut in it.

Kai kept an even gaze at Katie till he heard Michal's yelp, then sighed as he saw the deep cut, "Oay..come here, I'll patch that up." he said as he leaned over and got the first aid kit again.

Michal walked over slowly

He laughed then extended his arm so Kai could see the cut

"Bored or not, please refrain from injuring yourself.." Kai said with a half smiled as he looked over the cut. He put a bit of anti-bacterial ointment on the cut before binding it. Half machine was still half human so Kai sided with caution just in case.

Kai finished binding the cut before also glancing at Katie, "She seems a bit better....responding faster and seeming to understand some things if spoken slow enough, but I'm guessing still a few days to a week before she fully recovers." he said as he glanced at his patch job on Michal's hand and put away the supplies in the kit again.

((I'm back!!!!! I took forever to get here and I might get taken away again.....Sorry it took so long.....))
Emily began trekking back through the woods to get back to the cabin. After drooling at all the different weapons on Sasha's wall, she decided against taking one. It would be like accepting help, not that she hadn't done that alot recently. She walked up onto the porch of the cabin, her shoes a little wet from all the snow on the ground, and knocked on the door.
((Also, everyone should see Inception!!!!!!))

Sasha kept pace with Emily, chuckling a little, "I see you do not like to take things vree.." Sasha patted Emily on the back with a gentle yet not quite knowing of her own strength pat, after Emily knocked on the door, "We are not very divverent. No.. not at all.." She then sighed, "But many people chase you. Many people chase me too, but many people think I've died--which is very good for me." Sasha laughed a hearty laugh and then turned to look at Emily with a serious look, "Now I help you. But.. not for free. Dis way you do not veel awkward. Good plan, eh?" Sasha gave an encouraging smile almost like a merchant would to a customer.. and within her eyes there was a friendly look about her as though she were a bit lonely and missed some of the action after retiring...
