---------------------------------------------------------------------- A smile crossed the face of the ghost as he saw the guards nod. Removing his hand from the man's lungs he held out a piece of paper. "If you would just sign next to the red X and I will take her off your hands" he said in a gentle tone. It was not often that Sai would become angry like such. But when a innocent person was being mistreated he would act.
Taking the paper from the guard he slipped it into his jacket and grabbed the leash from him. Kneeling down he smiled, "Are you alright" he asked softly. Sai did not wish to seem like a threat to her, and wished to make her as comfortable as possible just as Jay would

Not wanting to be rude, she rolled onto her side, facing away from Sai, and froze the water around her, making a small ice bubble casing to form around her body. The ice glowed white, and swift currents of water swirled around it, but still the surface remained unmoved. Inside of her safety bubble, Annabell turned onto her back and linked her hands together behind her head. Closing her eyes, she sighed, allowing a small puff of white breath plume from her mouth. Thinking back on her past, the disappearance of her brother, her father banning her, the accidental murder of her master... She blamed everything on herself. She loved her father, and she had the most deep feelings for her master but those were long buried until Sai came along. Still, she felt that something was bothering Sai, and couldn't help but assume something she did was wrong. Sitting up and slamming her small blue fists against the ice so hard, a crack formed and sent a cracking noise that sounded like a glacier had split across the store. "Damn it! Why do I have to be so stupid!" She yelled at herself, and slammed her body back against the floor of her bubble. Breathing deeply, and wincing at the dry air, a small smile spread across her face. She was proud she could punish herself, as she was now, for breathing in too large amounts could be life threatening, without giving in. With tears soaking her face, she continued to breath deeply, and wrapped her arms around her aching chest, before everything went black again. Anna always did this to herself, and she wouldn't stop punishing herself until she was completely happy. In her unconscious state, the ice melted and the currents stopped, allowing Anna's body to float slowly to the bottom of the pool. It looked, again, as if she were just asleep. [[Sorry for getting on so late... Tim's sick and we've been at the hospital all morning.]]

---------------------------------------------------------------------- Sai figured the girl would not talk to him just yet so he stood and handed the paper work to his master. He reached down and helped her up and lead her to an empty cage with everything a neko would need to survive. Once she was secure Sai removed the old collar and placed on the one Jay used to tell the past of the slave. He scratched her ears and quickly filled a jug of water and a plate of food. smiling at his accomplishment he turned around and shooed the guard out of the shop.
A smile crossed his face until he heard a large cracking sound rattle the very support beams of the shop. Looking around he could see that Anna was not were he left her. A sigh escaped him as he walked over and phased through the bars to see her seemingly asleep. He wondered what the loud crack was and sighed as he dipped his hand down into the water and touched the soft blue skin of Anna. A smile crossed his face as he went into his ghost form and slipped into the pool.
Sai moved so that he was laying next to her and his hand became that of a human and he gently stroked her face. The ghost smiled as he lay next to her. All that could be seen was the outline of Sai and his hand wrapped in her own. But her skin felt strange, as if it had been hit against a hard surface. Looking down he could see slight swelling and he sighed hoping it was his imagination.

They were more like memories- Flashbacks of when she lived with the man that captured her, her past Master. His name was Owen, and he was one of the richest men in Australia. She remembered how scared she was when he caught her, and how relieved he was when she found out he only took her thinking that she needed help, and that he had been watching her, and worried over her. She remembered how she would lay with him all through the night and watch him sleep, eagerly waiting for him to wake. [[Eww, sounds like twilight... Dx]] She remembered the way he smiled that half sleeping smile at her every morning, and the days that they spent fishing together. As quickly as those sweet memories began, the horrid began too. Whining in her half-conscious state, she her fingers twitched, as she remembered the feel of a heavy kitchen knife in her hand. Then, she felt someone's hand on her face, and another linked with her other. Immediately, the memories escaped her mind as her eyes slowly flickered open. Her chest still burned, just as a human's would after breathing freezing air for long periods of time. She could tell by the way her blood was flowing, she had a few spots that were swollen and would be bruised purple for a few days. The sides of her hands where she had hit the wall of the ice pounded and pulsed. As well as along her back, and especially the joint where her tail met her back. Groaning, she remembered the hands and studied them. The large strong hands she identified as Sai's, and smiled. Pushing herself up, she pulled Sai's hand, motioning for him to surface with her. Once she reached the floor, she examined the damage. The outer sides of her hands and wrists were already purple, but the swelling was already going down. She pressed a finger lightly to the beginning of her tail and jumped, letting out a small squeek and sighed as her shoulders slumped. Of course, she expected this as usual, but that was one of the worst parts of her body to bruise. "Uuugh.... Damn it.... Stupid tail."

---------------------------------------------------------------------- Sai smiled when he saw the bright blue eyes of the small woman. He was happy that she was awake but at the same time he wondered if it was him that woke her. Feeling the slight tug on his hand and phased out of the pool to the floor. Once more he was visible his body was dry as a bone. This was one of the greatest powers he had and it was most enjoyable. As he moved closer to her he looked over her body and got a closer look at her hands.
"what happened? Why are your hands bruised?" he questioned as he placed a gentle kiss on each hand. Sai did not wish for her to be in any pain, even when it was caused by herself. Pulling her close he made sure to leave her tail alone as to not cause her any more pain. His eyes were full of concern. "Was it something I did" he thought to himself as he held her close. He looked down to her with his bright silver eyes hoping to find an answer in the bright blue hues of Anna

Raising her arm and scratching behind her ear after allowing Sai to kiss them, and sighed. "I....uh.... I fell." She said, hoping that he would buy it. She didn't like to lie to him, it felt wrong, but she didn't want him to know about the things she did to herself. Resting her head against his bare chest once more, she smiled and looked up at him. If he knew what she did to herself, he might think she was a freak, and leave her alone again. And she didn't want to be alone anymore.

---------------------------------------------------------------------- Sai shook his head as she told him that she "fell". He could not believe such a thing from her when her wounds did not add up to a fall. She complained of her tail hurting and the bottoms of her palms were bruised. sitting her down so she would not fall the ghost spoke, "One second my dear" he said as he became like a ghost once more and he flew into the office and grabbed a medical kit. He returned to the cage and sat in front of the blue woman.
HE grabbed her hand gently and began to rub in a ointment that Jay made to reduce sting and swelling. "This will help, but I want the true story" he said softly as he kissed her hand when he was done. His eyes did not look at her's as she rubbed the medicine in on her other hand waiting for an answer. Lastly was her tail, he wondered if she would allow him to do so but did not ask or wait. He moved behind her and rubbed the white fluid over her tail and smiled when he was done. "all better, now talk dear. If its something I did, then I wish to fix such a thing. You can tell me anything" he said softly pressing his lips to her neck once more.

She allowed Sai to rub the ointment where it was needed, and blushed when he rubbed it on her tail, but blushed even deeper when his lips met her neck. She knew that in order to tell him, she would have to admit to things she didn't enjoy talking about. Looking at the floor, and fiddling with the hem of her dress, she readied herself to tell him. "It's nothing you did... It's just..." Anna sighed again before continuing. "Owen, I mean I previous master, and I... Cared for each other more than a master and slave should care for each other. But, ever since the accident, I've kept those feelings locked up... I haven't allowed a single man to hold me, let alone get close enough to touch me without me... getting upset... And then there's you. I haven't even known you very long..." She said as she turned to him and and sat on her knees in front of him and placed a hand on his chest. Noting the physical similarities that Sai and Owen shared: The hair, the body figure, frame and build. "I'm not afraid of you... But I got the feeling that I was pressuring you into doing something you don't want to do. When I asked you what's wrong, you said that things will eventually... come together and that made me think that I did something wrong, or there's someone or something else that you think greater of. I don't want to get in the way of you and your life... But somehow, I think... Master Owen wanted me to meet you... He somehow made this happen..." She said as she dropped her hand from his chest and looked at the ground, her ears laying back against her hair, waiting to see how crazy Sai thought she was now.

 Reiha blinked a couple times as she sat up and looked around, she tilted her head and eached up stroking her ear alittle before she yawned, she sighed and looked at the water and food curiously. she wasn't used to haveing a nice cage, or even food and water, she crawled over and looked at herself in the water and touched her ears softly. she sat back on her knees and looked down at the uniform she wore and remembered back when she wasn't a slave but a normal human girl. (( i'm back ))

---------------------------------------------------------------------- Sai sat with the girl in his arms and could not imagine a better moment. Then there was Jay, he was kicking himself in the mind for being so childish earlier. He pressed the thought away and absorbed every word she spoke. It was a sad story yet he could see the happiness intertwined into the bad. When she moved towards him he smiled feeling the cool palm against his chest. And when she spoke of him being led to her by the ghost of another he smiled. He wondered what would happen if he could allow her to see her old master one more time.
He sighed when her eyes and hand fell to the floor. Placing his forefinger under her chin he made her look up at him. Sai always enjoyed the sight of her brilliant blue eyes. "I am sorry for your past and what happened to your master. I am here because I want to be, I don't want you to worry..... When I spoke of things coming together I spoke of my master. for the longest time I had watched over him, he stole my heart. But when I met you something changed, I felt as if I could not be complete unless you were near. I understand its strange for one to feel for two people but I can't help who my heart beats for. Please understand" he said softly as he pressed his lips to her forehead.

"I understand." Is all she could think of saying. Strange for one to feel for two people... It wasn't strange to her. She thought it made perfect sense, but she didn't want to get in the way of the one he felt for first. Leaning forward, she rested her forehead on Sai's chest and sighed. "I'm glad to hear that I have somewhat of a positive affect on someone..." She said and laughed a bit at herself. [[Meh. Sorry. I'm doing the prom thing so my mind's a bit jumbled and I'm going cross eyed. xD]]

His arms naturally wrapped around her thin frame and he rested his head on top of hers. The ghost laughed a bit when she spoke, "A positive effect indeed my dear. But do you know the good part about feeling for two? It gives me twice the reason to continue to stay on this realm." he said softly. He could not keep the smile on his face when he spoke of his leaving her or Jay.

Reiha drank some of the water and smiled softly as she laid on her stoamch and played with her ears quietly, she glanced around the shop curiously, she tilted her head when she noticed there were only two other people besides her that she could see. She wondered if the shop keeper just didn't get any slaves in or people just bought the shop keeper out.

She smiled as he said that it have him twice the reason, and figured that maybe Jay had some good in him after all. She promised herself that she would try to give the man a little more... slack. "I wouldn't want you to leave. I'd be right back where I was... And I like where I am now." She said as she moved even closer to him, and pressed her small fragile body against his as she wrapped her arms around his shoulders. She looked around the shop really quick to make sure no eyes were watching, and again, leaned in and nibbled softly down his neck to his shoulder. Wrapping her arms tighter around him, she rested her chin on his shoulder and closed her eyes. It was as if she were giving him a silent thank you for staying with her.

Never before had he been able to be so close to someone even if another looked at them. With jay the two had to keep their pleasures in private, which was fine with Sai. "I am not going anywhere that I could not make it back to you" he said softly. The silver eyes of the man widened a bit feeling her move closer. His own hands wrapped around her waist and stopped atop her tail making sure he did not touch it in fear of causing her harm. Sai smiled as he bared his neck to her when he felt her teeth drag acros his skin. As her chin rested on his shoulder he mirrored her kissing down her neck to her shoulder. Sai smiled as he felt so great at this moment.
