Nas looked at them both and smiled. He could see that Nephilis had only two things before him. Some papers. "No, it's not. Not in any way is it true."
"Is that so? Okay Nephilis, why would you say that he is guilty of the charges you've brought against him?"
"Well Decia, for one investigations. I've spoken t oa select few of people and they've sighted an Avion or two on the premises. That's one reason." Nephilis repositions himself in his chair and laces his fingers together. "Besides, two days ago, there was an attack on Alloy. I have no clue who did it, but a man, Plats, entered into the soot near him, 'Avion.' Why would he do that? If they had never attacked once, as you say Nas, why would he be inclined to write such a thing?"
"For years now, the Noids of Alloy have been losing there lives near all of that machinery and the only one that can ever nurse them back to full health is us. We have that power. Now, if they lose a couple hundred a year, that's not our fault. We do the best we can."
"So you're telling me that he wrote it because the Noids are mad at the at the Avions for a crappy doctoring?"
"Yes...yes that is exactly what I'm saying. Nothing more nothing less."
"Indeed." Nephilis was surprised by Nas craft. Either he had planned this, or it was spur of the moment lie. Either way, he had one piece of evidence that would give him the win. Only time could bring it to him though.
Decia nodded as she sat back. She knew both men very well. Nas had helped her hone her skills to heal and Nephilis has just been an all around friend. They both were very dear to her, but her job came first. If Nas loses this, he'll stripped of his title. He and his wife will be exiled and a new leader will be elected.
Time for the next question. "Okay, Nas, you've given us word of a 'superweapon' in Alloy. What are the specific claims?"

Zakk sat in a seat, rather far away from everyone esle,he wore a black coat over a simple black turtle neck. he had cleaned up for this,even though he hated politics he wasnt even sure why he was here. and on top of that his left arm was killing him, he pulled the glove on his left hand tighter. his attention was drawn when Noroa was brought up ot the stand. and captured when the slavery had been brought up, he didnt know they had saves still. he gritted his teeth as Noroa told his story. he was denouncing Noids. Bloody Avion, Plats had'nt written that note in the soot because of the doctoring! that was bull, and he knew it. he wasnted to protest, but politics had never been his skill set. so he ground his teeth as he waited womdering slighlty what would happen if he broke an officals nose. the comment on the super weapon confused him, they might be talking aobut the guns and cannons they had been developing but they had those for years and the new ones were still being tested.

"Ah yes. That. As the city in the sky, we see everything below us." Nas said, stressing below. "We've been given intel that Alloy is building a massive weapon capable of destroying nations ten times over. The specs are more complicated than any weapon blueprint i've ever seen. From what I know though, it draws from a source of energy called Bind. It is far stronger than aura, but has less frequency than ki or chi. If harnessed the right way, it can give off more electricity than thousands of L'eausian power plants. one hundred gallons of oil can power a simple machine, but a milliliter of this coolant-esque liquid can power cities for decades. Decades. And they plan to use it to in it's purest form."
"Why?" asks Decia who is drawn into this revelation.
"I don't know. That much, I don't know."
"Did you know about this Nephilis?"
"No. I can't say I did. But is some blueprints really what you have to go by? Why does it have to be a weapon, Nas?"
He remains silent. "I was just going by a source." That entire statement was a mistake and at the very least, a blunder.
Nephilis smiles at Nas mistake. He knew he was getting to him because of it. He noticed the way he'd look out to his wife and the way beads of sweat dripped from his forehead. It was a matter of time. "A source that gives you false information will help you lose your position. Now stop with the offbeat and let's stay on track shall we?"
"I guess you're right. Okay, next question."
"Wait. Can I call a witness up here? A mister, Zakk Keith please?" Nephilis requests.
Nas sits up abruptly in his chair and almost yells, "This is a proceeding, not a court. He can't-yes he can, and so can you if you have a witness. Now, is there a Zakk Keith in the room? A Zakk Keith?" asks Decia.

Alyss looked at Lilith. "Nothing really... yelling yelling and yes more yelling." She said softly, a stern glare came over her face. "So annoying..." She said softly, shaking her head.
Riko sat next to Kessaris, shaking her head. "It's retarded...." She said softly, looking at Kess. "This is really weird don't think-" Riko gripped her stomach and she sighed. She felt weird for a second but then lost it.

Zakk stood up. frowing, he began to make his way to the front, aware of many eyes following him. it felt like they were burning him. he finnaly got to the front "I'm Zakk Keith" he wondered if it was a mistake that he had been called up.He shoudl'nt have bothered to come. though thinking aobut it he relished hte opportunity. now was his chance to set the record straight that this Avion had twisted to suite his purposes. he glared at him, before drawing his attention to Decia and Neph he recognised him. barely. but he knew him.

"Thank you Decia. This is a Noid. Zakk Keith, worker in Alloy. He has plenty of friends that have been disappearing. Why would you say that is Mr. Keith? What other reason could there be?" ~~~ Kessaris tilted his head in bordem. This is a bit retarted. I see what they're talking about, but at the same time, I don't." he noticed that Riko made a gesture to her stomach, but paid it no mind after she let go. "Something wrong?"

Riko looked at Kessaris and her pupils became slits, turning red and stayed that way. Her skin turned even more pale than it was, making her look almost albino in color. "Umm... I just feel sick..." She sat back, looking at Kessaris still. "I feel faint..." She laid her head back and closed her eyes.

Zakk stared at him, was he suggesting that his friends were being taken and turned into slaves? that the man responsible was a few feet away from him. "I-I'm sorry i dont quite understand what your saying. People have'nt been showing up for the past bit, but Alloy isnt exactly a vactions hot spot." he frowned "are you saying my friends are being turned into slaves?"

"That's exactly what I'm saying. And this guy here is responsible for it all." Nephilis looked over to Nas, still smiling. "This man is lying to you Zakk. I would never do such a thing! I helped you and your family numerous times. I wouldn't dream of such a thing!"~~~ Kessaris looked into Riko's eyes and a strange feeling shot through him. Her eyes resembled his, but as she laid back and closed them, it went away. He felt bad and confused, not knowing what was happening to her. He placed his hand over hers and held it. He was prepared to stand by her the entire way.

"Oh this is getting riduclous! Nephilis! Nas! You both are being jerks! You are putting this man into a stupid fight for no reason!" Alyss looked at Nephilis. "Ten years ago you stopped a war. Now you are trying to start one?! In heavens name really?!" Alyss growled, thinking. "Even you Nas. Ya'll need solid evidence to this madness. All you've done so far is point fingers! Decia are you seriously listening to this?"
Riko opened her eyes and looked at Kessaris. "You thinking about something?" She could see a little what he was feeling but she couldn't make anything out.

Monet stood up after the badgering of her husband. She walks forward. "I hate to disappoint you Nephilis, but what you are saying is ludacris. You have no solid evidence of anything. As far as the statement that was said about exhile...I hate to burst your bubble. Seeing how each nation is their own government...you cannot be exhiled unless another member of that family exhiles them personally...If anything all ties will be cut off with Noroa..." she said to him. "And I know you wouldnt want that...we have resources that everyone needs" she said.
Lorna sat down, listening.
Keliah remained silent. So much deception...i've seen it all...I know what's going to happen she thought to herself.

Zakk rolled his eyes, he hated when people assumed they had helped him. both of his parents were dead. "you would'nt dream of turning my nation into slaves? but you would accuse us creating a weapon capable of destroying nations?!" he snarled, a thought occured to him, 'is it possible he woudl'nt dream of it, cause hes already done it' he glared staring directly at Nas, though he spoke to Nephilis "can i get five minutes alone with him?"

Nephilis looked out to the crowd, his eyes scanning everything. He himself was tiring of the finger pointing as well. "This discussion is over either way. Once Plague arrives with what I need to finish this, it'll be over."

By now Monet was pissed. "Nephilis how dare you assume that you call shots on anything!!!" she yelled at him. "you are nothing but a future tyrant...who wants control over all the other nations...its mighty funny how you are leader of Tenshu and not Samara...Kilitia's leader is merely a child as well as Hydron" she said outloud. "this meeting that you have called is not only unruly, but out of order....because we have no ties that bind us together" she said.
