Sark sighed and knocked on the door, Xal running around her feet chaseing a butterfly. she couldnt help thinking about the note in her pocket..
Avarice, Kiari.
i ask that you trian my daughter in both energy and fighting. as payment she will give you a bag of Silver coin's, but if that is not to your likeing use the phone i gave her and call me. we will talk over what price you want.
please adress her as her real name, Neve, instead of the one she gave herself.

Kirai leaned over and kissed him. "Well, things will just have to get even better." She said sweetly. Then looked at the door. "Hm?"

Demitri, not wanting to bother Kirai or Avarice, followed the knocking and opened the door. "SARK!" He cried happily, tackling her legs. "I'm so glad you're okay!"

"Or not." He replied glumly. "Stupid door..." All he really wanted to do was just sit there and cover Kirai in kisses. Then, the someone has to come pay a visit. *sigh*

she laughed and droped down, huging him back as Xal tackled him. " Demitri! how have you been little Wolf?!"

"Well, surely at this late hour... it is a friend, and some one who will not stay too long." Kirai tryed to encourage. It's Xal, but Demitri is happy to see her... so it must be alright.

"I've been great, actually. Kirai's taken me in and has been caring for me." He rubbed the top of Xal's head, grinning. "Why have you returned?"

she straitend, leaning against the door way in an all to familiar 'Quin' pose. "i owe them an appology, and am to ask them to train me." grudgeingly she held out the small note for him to see. " father thinks Kiari is the only one near us with my typ of energy, so she has a better chance of 'calming me'... as Quin put it." she petted Xal mindlessly.

Avarice made a rather unpleasant face when he saw Sark, but noticed Demitri didn't seem to mind and approached them with Kirai. "And you're here, why? Tyler isn't here, I assure you." Demitri frowned, handing Kirai the letter.

Kirai read it, not sure if she should be amused, annoyed, or both. After a moment, she said jokingly, "Obviously he did not think out paying us with silver." Then looked at her. "Do you personally wish to follow what he has said in this note and approve of it?"

she thought it over carfuly, noding determindly. " my element skill is getting out of hand. i need control, and i truely beleave you can teach me that." Xal rubed against Kiari's legs and Sark smiled slightly. " beside's, youve won over Xal."
she looked dead at Avarice, saying Quins favorite phrase clearly. " what doesnt kill me.. will only piss me off and make me try harder to finish what i start."

Kirai knelt down, and pet Xal, saying to him, "Sorry about that earlier." Even if it was a spirit, and even if she did not show it much... she honestly loved not only kids, but animals even more so. She then looked to Dr.Avarice, waiting for his response.

Avarice was quiet for a moment, before barking out a laugh. "Lovely phrase there." He said, holding out his hand. "If you're up for it, then sure, we'll teach you. Maybe you could show others that we're not as bad as our reputations say." He mumbled the last part, meant as a joke. Honestly, he couldn't care less what others thought of them. In fact, he quite enjoyed being the villian...until it got aggravating like earlier with Tyler and Lily.
