"heh" she said popping back into view "sometimes it just happens if im not careful" she began to blush a deep dark red as she said it. "maybe with some training ill be better able to control it, though it does seem to have the most affect in regards to my emotional state at the time" she laughed again. "by the way my other name is Ghost if you wanna call me by it" she added with a bigger smile

Logan blinked curiously, but shrugged a moment. He began finishing his tea while the announcement went off, and he was soon finished, quickly taking his dishes up, before wandering back over, and then watching Arkell wander away. "Is she okay?" he murmured quietly to Marie, putting his face mask back up, though he was already picking up a few hints of things. Drafts of Tess around lunchtime entered his head from the draft from Arkell, and he'd put his mask on before he picked up anything off of Marie.

"Shall we?" he asked, offering his arm as always.


Tess blinked as he heard Sergey, and he grinned, getting his trash together and standing. "I dunno- I never paid attention to what team I was on." he called in return, throwing his trash away. He wandered over to the other male, grumbling to someone who pushed past him, before taking a spot beside him. "I was just going to hang out on the sidelines, since I don't know. Or, I might ditch, since there really isn't much I think I could learn from all this." he sighed and scratched his head a little.

Alwyn nodded her head to Harmony. "yes this is Sam" she said making the introductions. "Sam this is my teammate Harmony"

"Oh, she just doesn't want to be late," Marie answered Logan. She looked after the firey girl. But before Marie could start off to attempt to catch up to her, Logan had offered his arm. She smiled politely and took the offer. Marie was a bit embaressed and confused. 'He's just being polite and friendly... don't read into it... it would make team things ackward if you put yourself out there and he didn't like you.'

Marie and Logan started off and soon caught up with Arkell. Before she knew it they were at the training grounds with some of the other students waiting for things to begin. She waved and said hello to people she'd met today and had classes with as well as a few other people she didn't even know just to be polite.

After a few waves though, she noticed her arm was still with Logan's and she realized the picture she was giving off. Marie gently unlaced her arm, saying, "Thanks," softly before turning to look for signs of the meeting starting.

Quickly grabbing a few power bars, Mal raced after Sergey.
"You coming?" he called to Kazuko as he raced away. He caught up to Segey as he was speaking with Tess.
"Nice to see you again," he said, nodding a greeting towards the dog boy. At the mention of ditching, Mal laughed. "I'd be up for it," he said. "Who else is even on our team? And besides, what are we going to do at this meeting? Decide on costumes for out team? I think the three of us have good enough disguises."

Logan blinked as Marie pulled her arm out of his, and then smiled slightly at the word of thanks. He wondered if she was upset about what he'd said earlier. Why would she, though? Weren't they just friends? He frowned a little as he pondered her reaction to those words as he shifted to stand off to the side, eyes looking up as the Headmistress walked out of the Training Facility.

Tess grinned at Mal, and then blinked at the comment of him possibly being apart of the team. He nodded, though, to Sergey and shrugged. "I'll hang around with you, then. And, if I wasn't on a team, maybe they'll put me on your guys'." he shrugged a little again and examined the people gathered already. The Headmistress was coming out of the nearby building, and he stuck near Sergey and Mal. "If I do make it to your team, maybe we could call ourselves the Monsters, or something. Compared to mostly everyone, we'd be the best at scaring people by just showing up." he murmured his suggestion.

The Headmistress smiled to the students gathered as she stepped out from the training facility, an air of peace and calmness hanging about her and spreading to each individual student. She paused to wait for students to stop conversing so she could start up the training session for the day. Most groups were distinct, though a few were mushed together, and some people were still only just arriving.

"Yeah," Kazuko answered Mal as he ran off to the meeting place. She had just finished selecting an apple, and munched on it as she trailed both Mal and Sergey.

"So this is Tess..." she thought to herself as the three of them held a conversation about teams and such. He was indeed noticeable in the crowd, also very tall. Kazuko felt quite normal standing next to the three of them; fins and gills were nothing compared to fur, feathers, and a lack of skin.

She idly wondered if she would be placed on their team. She wouldn't mind. Monsters sounded like an interesting name, as well.

About to comment as such, the Headmistress was there. Kazuko felt rather calm and relaxed. She didn't really feel like starting up a conversation now; the announcement was about to start. Instead, she took another bite of her apple, munching contentedly.

"Hadn't planned on going." Aki said with a shrug, glancing to Candice before following Matt's gaze to the headmistress. She heard most the students fall silent, and everything seemed abnormally calm and peaceful. Gotta be a useful power. she thought, realizing it had to be the headmistress's. She'd used it before, after all. And it was somewhat fitting, considering how often she'd probably have to use it as she was in charge of everything.
