The yell drew Clare's attention briefly, before she turned to Raki. "I'm sure life will work out like it's supposed to, and all will be as it should."
Clare made her way to Thorn and Warren with her bowl in her hand.

Raki walks back with Clare, "Yeah, your right, you always are. Thanks for listening even though I know it's not your thing. Also I want you to know no matter what happens I'll always be there for you ok. I'm going to grab a quick nap before we get moving, here lemme get that bowl." Raki soflty grabs Clare's bowl and stacks it next to the other emptys. He then begins preparing to rest. He walks over to Aiya, "Hey, Aiya?"

"We can't move. Nights going to set in soon and that would be more dangerous. He'll be fine, his wounds aren't life threatening." Aiya was really starting to hate Warren all around. She turned to Raki trying not to snap, "What?" There was a slight edge to her voice and she hoped it didn't offend him.

Aiya sighed, "Sorry Raki.... and your welcome. How did it go?" During his talk with Clare she wasn't really on the same plane of thought. She had gone to past memories.

"It went...ok. She said exactly what the small part of my mind which actually uses logic instead of emotion figured she'd always say. She said she does appreciate me but anything more than that is just not going to happen. I'm just going to have to learn to live with that."

"Yeah, I knew that was how she felt. But she took me in when everyone I knew abandoned me and up until like a week ago she was all I had, can you really blame me for getting a little overly attached? But now I have other friends, like you. Well goodnight." Raki slides into his bedroll.

Aiya smiled as she too slipped into her bed roll. She hadn't heard the term friend in so long. She had practical forgot what it felt like. "Goodnight Raki."

Raki goes to sleep fairly easily. However how what Clare said may not have been what he dreamed to hear somehow hearing the truth somehow made him feel less burdened.

Sleep was a long way off with memories of Teresa making a comeback. Tossing and turning that night was long and the quiet shuffling of the others was a background distraction.

Raki opens one eye slightly, having heard the metallic clanking. He noticing Clare's disturbance. She almost never seemed troubled by anything, what could it possibly be? I'll ask her tomorrow Sleep quickly takes Raki back.

While all the others rested, Warren could not go to sleep. He was lazy the majority of the time just out of habit, not out of necessity. Sitting by the campfire, mindlessly tending the flames and staring into the fire, lost in thought.
"It's been so long since I traveled with others,"he whispered quietly to himself, "None of them seem as though they care that I'm not a natural creation... I expected the other Claymore to be more hostile, but it seems I'm getting more resentment from the humans than she."
Warren shrugged to his imaginary conversational partner.
"Roseblood, I know this path is going to be a difficult one. One where we must fight to control ourselves and our power. If we're to have any hope of a normal life again..."
He paused for a moment and looked up to the night sky.
"We must destroy the Organization..."
The words dissipated into the night air, allowing silence to return to the grouping, accompanied by the soft crackle of the campfire and the slight sound of the breeze passing through as Warren returned his gaze back to the fire, zoning back into his mind once again.
