Still staring out of the window, Rocky had a delayed reaction to Yue's voice.
....."What? Oh! He'll be fine! He is the son of a combat genius, you know......"
Rocky was more worried than he was letting on though.
As he was facing Yue, the clouds moved quickly. When there was a gap in them, Rocky's maroon eyes flickered bright red for about .6 seconds. "Dammit! It still works?!" He accidentally thought aloud, than brought both paws to cover his muzzle. "....Did you hear that?"

Dimitri entered the kitchen drinking from his cup and carrying another for Derrick, "Did I hear something fall? You alright Derrick?" He asked as he looked around the kitchen and spotted Derrick by the refrigerator.

Derrick removed his paws from the fridge, holding a cutting board with a golden brown loaf of bread laying atop it. "Yeah.. I'm fine." He was aware that his answers seemed rather curt. He headed back over to the platter and placed the bread next to it. "Good job on the whole being fine thing." He mumbled quietly to himself, shaking his head. And now.. meats, veggies, condiments! "Way to go.. Can't even make a sandwich right. You're forgetting the most important part." The coon slapped a paw to his forehead and rushed back over to the refigerator, speaking inaudibly under his breath.

Mika enters the brick building. It was a cafe, from the looks of it. She surveys her sarroundings and spots the coffee bar in the back. At the coffee bar, she tries to decide what flavor she would like, and what type of snack she would like to go with it. "Hmmm."

As the voice invaded her head, the fur on the back of her neck stood on end. She nearly had a heart attack. Looks around the room. "Who said that???"

*sweatdrop* "You did that?",she said almost accusingly. He wasn't helping her blood pressure by continuing with his little joke. "I'm... fine. Thanks for asking. And yourself?" She felt like she was losing her mind.

"Here, let me help you with that, Derrick." Dimitri said as he moved to the counter Hmm, I'm moving on too many assumptions tonight... "You know, judging by the way you looked at Sef, you really want to help, niet? Heh, from my experience, that desire is one of the most powerful a kind fur can feel, one is willing to give anything for the cause." He leaned on the counter and looked at Derrick.

Derrick let out a forced sigh and glanced over at Dimitri. He nibbled on his lip silently, thinking of how exactly answer the question. "How did.. you know?"

He used his magic to place a red shield under a cup and saucer set then float it to Mika. When he saw she had the cup he filled her cup and smiled at her. "It's quite good, so I believe you'll like it."
