He smiled and leaned forward to kiss Jordyn. "Thanks," he said. His tongue still throbbed, but his hand felt better already. He laughed a bit. "The more time you spend with me, the more you'll see that I am in no way graceful."
He giggled, still blushing. "I suppose I'll have to do the same, ne?" he said, a wide grin on his face.

Mie-tanuki "Huh? Yeah, I'm fine... Just couldn't sleep last night." He grinned and ran a hand through his hair, ruffling it. ((Sorry! I've been uber busy the last few days...))
Marc nodded sympathetically, "Oi, I know what that's like..." He laughed at his grin and nudged him friendly. He paused a moment, "So..you wanna go get a coffee or something?"

"Sure... you're treat, right? I could use something to wake me up?" He got up and dusted himself off before offering a hand to the other.

Jordyn laughs at the comment, probably harder than he shold, "Oh, don't give me that.... If you could see yourself the way I've seen you for just the past day, you'd speak differently.... You're very graceful, but... just so tense... I'm going to have to give you a massage when we get back somewhere..." He takes a slow sip of his chai. Isaac, "Well you could choose not to, but I'd be sad..." he turns the mixer back on, laughing.

He ginned. "I'll look forward to that, then." He blew on his coffee a few times before taking a cautious sip, finding that the liquid had cooled enough to be safe. He set it down on the table and sighed, leaning back into his chair. "It's good to have some time off," he said with a smile. "I usually have to work a lot..."
He giggled. "I could never choose not to. It's not a concious choice for me. I just do." He giggled and finished mixing the icing, turning the beaters off just before the timer on the oven dinged. He set the beaters down and ejected them from the mixing device, holding one out for Isaac. He set the other on a small plate as he went to geta pair of oven mits to take out the cake. He set it on the counter and pushed some buttons on the oven before taking off the mits and taking the beater to lick it. "Mmmm... well, we have ten minutes for the cake to cool a bit before we put the icing on it... Do you want anything else on it? Sprinkles, chocolate chips, strawberries? If we have it, we can put it on..." He giggled some more and leaned back against the counter, stretching his back.
((=P You can tell I love baking. xD))

Jordyn tilts his head, "Really..... I mean.... because I have to as well... Isaac doesn't realize how lucky he is sometimes, but I don't go to public schools outside of the reservation usually and most of the time I'm doing handiwork sewing beads into whatever souvenier someone decides to start buying next...." He smiles, taking a small sip before saying in a smooth tone, "But I've really brought most of it on myself, I've had chance after chance to leave but... oh, I don't know..." he shrugs, knowing hiss own deep bond with his culture sometimes outweighed the social atmosphere he yearned for. Isaac sits like an innocent boy, licking at the beater with great pleasure and watching Akio, "It really doesn't matter to me, love... All of it sounds good... oh man.... this is amazing..." He licks at the beater more, twining his tongue into the hard to reach places.

(('Kay.. after this I'ma finish a movie with Mum, but I should be able to get on later. =3))
He smiled. "Ah... I don't any sort of culture or anything. We never had much room for religion in our house... not even Buddhism. I work a lot as a painter or designer for various places, but only when it interests me. Otherwise I just take random jobs or get a job through connections or something... I used to do photography for Yumi-chan and Akio... but I was never particularly good at it." He smiled and took another sip.
"Mmm... strawberries, then." He watched Isaac work with his tongue, giggling. "So... is that like training for French kissing or is it the other way around?"

Jordyn's eyes widen, "Wow, you do that much?... But aren't you in college? how to you findthe time?" he takes a slow sip and lets out a long yawn, "It makes me tired just listening about it... I tried getting a job in commercial photography once but... well, its taxing of a person's soul when they can't choose what they want for inspiration, ya know?" he glances up to Kyo's eyes, holdingthem for a moment with his own before the glances away, blushing. Isaac nearly drops the beater in surprise, getting icing all over his mouth and chin as he coughs. He stares at Akio, beginning to giggle through his coughing, "urg... who says I need practice?"

"Yeah... I skipped years, like Akio, so I'm in junior year of college, even though I'm nineteen. I do a lot of the work for school during lectures and I tape the lectures in case I miss anything, but I'm pretty good at multi-tasking. Anyway, I go to an arts college where you decide your own curriculum and there's no real grades other than finals, so it's mostly self motivation."
He giggled. "No one... But you're not just born a good kisser, right?" He stuck out his tongue. He washed his now licked-clean beater and set it to the left of the sink on the drying rack along with the other washed dishes.

Jordyn blinks, "Wow.... that's amazing... I can't believe that you.... well, that you aren't full of yourself... You're so lucky... I want to go to college in another year and a half when most kids my age start, but god.... you're a junior??" He sips of his tea thoughtfully, "I feel uneducated in comparison, smart a**," he giggles. Isaac nods, "True, but you aren't bad at it at all and you don't have much experience... I have more experience, not much more, but.... It's all chalked up to how you react, how you experiement, and how fast you learn..." He sets his clean beater aside, wiping the icing from his chin and mouth and licking it off his hand.

"Don't feel that way." He smiled kindly. "I'm not all that great. It's just the typical Asian stereotype where they think we'll grow up really smart and they put us in advanced classes," he said, shrugging.
"Really?" He seemed rather interested. Sure, he'd heard this sort of talk from his mother and sometimes his sister or brother talking, but it had never interested him and he had always avoided listening if he could.

((oh, lol.. well, I was when I posted, lol, sorry)) Jordyn rolls his eyes, "A stereotype? Kyo, if you are suceeding in higher level classes, then you ARE smart..." He lets his eyes drift back to Kyo's and purrs, "You should give yourself more credit..." ((and don't worry, I havent forgotten abot the ear thing, just looking for a chance to use it, hehe)) Isaac turns, tilting his head as he saw that Akio was serious, "Yea... You should know that, you are a prime example, love" He slides closer, massaging Akio's shoulders and back.

"No... I meant it was a stereotype when I was a child. I got used to it after a while." He finished his cup of coffee and glanced at Jordyn. "You almost ready to go? Want to see a movie or something?" He grinned. "Maybe something interesting'll be showing."
He blushed. "Really? I never really thought I was any good," he said truthfully. He turned so that his back was to Isaac and leaned a little into him, almost purring as his shoulders relaxed.

((oh, now you're just inducing it.... and this whole asian stereotype thing is starting to make me edgy, you little blonde American racist, hehe)) Jordyn smirks and stands up, "That would be wonderful..." He takes the last semi-cool sip left atthe bottom of the coffee cup with a smile and holds his arm out to Kyo, "Take me where you will..." Isaac laughs a little, "Of course you are, and believe me, I wouldn't lie to you. I've kissed you when you've blushed and not known what to do and I've kissed you when you were responsive and wanted much more."
