"Hold on Rebecca." Rose nodded her head and grabbed Elli's hand pulling her out into the hallway. "What's wrong? Can you tell me... If not just speak to Mary about it. She can probably understand. I don't want to pry into your business...."
She smiled and handed her the cellphone.

Elli smiled, and looked down. "Thank you..." she faked a smile for Rose, and made sure that she couldn't see her eyes. She called Mary, and walked out of the room. "Hello? Is this Mary?" She said quietly, making sure that no one could hear her, except for the woman on the phone.

Rose walked in and continued to read her email.
"Yes sweetie this is Mary. I'm guessing this isn't Rose? Anyways, what do you need?"

"I need to leave early." She continued. "There's a death in the family... and the funeral is this weekend..." She closed her eyes, trying not to burst into tears. "This is Elaine Robinson, the prep.." She added, just so Mary knew who she was.

"Oh sweetie. I'm so sorry." Mary typed something quickly and it could be heard on the phone. "I'm sending a car right now. I know who you are Elli. You don't need to give me a full name. Or label of course." The lady chuckled. "Anyways, it should be there soon. I don't know what you want so I'm sending a limo. Take off as much time as you need...

Elli grimaced. "Thank you." She hung up, and went back into the room. "Here you go. It was nice meeting you." She smiled, still not showing her eyes. "I hope that it all works out for you." She set the phone down, and left the room. She walked up to her room, and started packing. Her mouth was dry, and she knew that if she said anything more, she'd start crying. She walked downstairs, and walked over to the gate, dragging her suitcase along with her.

Rose nodded and looked back. Turning to the email she deleted it on accident. Realizing what she did she gapped at the computer. Once deleted, it would never return.

Elli had left a note on Otaki's pillow.
Dear Otaki...
I have to leave early. I hope that I'll be able to meet you again, but I probably won't be back this summer. Please have fun the rest of the summer.

Otaki saw Elli walk out the door, with her suitcase dragging behind her.
"ELLI! ARE YOU LEAVING?! WAIT, STAY THERE!" Otaki quickly ran downstairs and to Elli. He was out of breath, but just managed to ask where she was going.

Elli grimaced. "I have to go home..." She whispered. "I probably won't be back." She didn't look at Otaki, instead keeping her back to him.

Rebecca stretch and looked at her brother who was on the couch trying to regain his strength. Maybe I pushed him too far on that last session on DDR...he might not be up for a little while longer... Rebecca gave herself a nervous smile as he turned back to Rose and saw her expression when she deleted her E-mail.
"Did you delete something by accident," Rebecca asked, knowing the expression well, since she would get Theron to troubleshoot for her to get her documents back every time it would happen to her.

"What? Why?!" Otaki tried to make her face him, but she was set on that spot. "No, you can't leave. You can't leave me.." Tears started rolling down his face.

Coming back to reality she gave her a weak smile. "Yah... But I don't want the offer anyways."
It had to be the best thing ever. She had been accepted into a music college somewhere far off. If she wanted to go though, that would mean leaving this place right now.

Elli grimaced. "My- my dad's funeral is this weekend... I just learned about it half an hour ago..." She ignored the tears that were dripping down her face. "I have to be there..."
