Jen: I don't know if this will help you. But it helped me greatly. When my father died, my mom refused to let us see her cry. I honestly don't remember ever seeing it. But she didn't stop us. But I think her strength really helped me get through it. And the full impact of it didn't hit till later. (I was also younger and didn't believe it.) I honestly don't remember any of my grandparents passing. Although I know I met three of them.

Thanks Vin. <3 My girls have seen me cry. I think that it may actually worry them more if I don't. Hubby's not a crier though. I can think of like three times since I met him that he's ever cried.
See, and we're over at my mom's like every weekend, at least we were before all of this stuff with my dad and grandma so the girls know Great Grandma. Like I don't want to sound cold, but I don't think it would be as hard on them if we lost Hubby's mom because they just don't see her as often (since she lives in another state). Not that it would be easy, just... not as hard.
I still remember Mom telling me when she lost her dad how bad it hurt. She said she used to think that dying of a broken heart was just a romantic notion, but when she lost her dad... But she told me how it hurt so much because she knew him and loved him so much. Would she trade that pain away if it had meant not knowing him? No! Because that was why it hurt; she missed him terribly.

But The last time I asked I was a lot younger. So that might have just been the reason I was given. But I understand the idea of "Not as hard."

Thank you Cardi!
I'm thinking that I got rid of my bad karma today with another car accident. sweatdrop I was sitting at a red light and got rear-ended by a van. Everyone is fine, not injuries what so ever. And no damage to the cars either. I just kinda bounced forward. My car either thinks its a tank, or a bumpercar.

Meriko Yikes, Vin. o_O; You're having quite an up and down week. Yea. It's been pretty crazy. At least I'm not getting snow on top of it!
I hope all that are being buried are keeping warm!
