GaijinFlameSage Gaijin may have noticed her, but from the way he was moving and the fact that he never seemed to look behind him she wouldn't think so. But hey, he's a Hunter so who really knows? Whether he didn't know she was there or he was just ignoring her, Gaijin's mind was in another place all-together. He stopped in front of the alleyway he'd found Mia and Quinn the other day, and he seemed to be thinking. *Serena knew that this mortal must be very keen seeing on how Rikku didn't drink his blood, so as to lower any suspicion about her presence Serena continued to walk by him. She walked down the next alley and jumped onto the roof of the building. She looked down at him trying see what he might be thinking.*

Gaijin's eyes noticed the woman walk past him, and he let a little smile curl at the side of his mouth. He had a knack, it seemed, for telling what someone was. He wasn't so good with Demons, but Vampires and Lycans were getting easier to spot. Just something about then. He turned and continued to walk down the street, wondering if the person was following him out of curiousity or wanted to try and make him a snack.

He wasn't so good with Demons, but Vampires and Lycans were getting easier to spot. Just something about then. He turned and continued to walk down the street, wondering if the person was following him out of curiousity or wanted to try and make him a snack. *As Serena look over the edge of the building she didn't see he mortal where he was last. Serena looked over the side of the building and saw that the mortal was now following her.* The mortal must be a hunter. Or he is just a mortal who knows to much. I wonder how much he knows about the creatures of the night.

Gaijin moved down the street and turned towards the way he had just come, scanning and catching a flash of movement on top of the building. He stood there for a moment, turning and looking towards the movement and figuring it was more than likely that woman who had passed him. You know, if you've got some business with me it would help if you came down here and met with me face to face.

I suppose that's fair enough. My name is Gaijin, and as for what happened to Rikku, Logan and I took Rikku back to my apartment where she could rest and be safe from Shadow Shi. Now why don't you come down here and tell me who you are?

"Fine." *Serena jumped down from the building but since she had badluck instead of landing on the pavement she landed in a pile of boxes* "Why me?" *Serena stood up and dusted herself off* "My name is Serena."

Gaijin goes over to the vampire and helps her to stand up. You're not exactly the most agile of people I've ever seen. I suppose I should say that it's nice to meet you Serena. You don't have anything to worry about. I don't plan on killing you or Rikku. Unless you do something wrong that is.

*As Gaijin was trying to help her up she quickly withdrew herself from his reach* "Look, I'll talk to you and all but don't touch me. Espicially since your a mortal. It's for your own good." *As Serena stood up she looked Gaijin up and down* "Your pretty well trained for a mortal. Every other hunter I've encountered didn't realize I was vampire until I actually told them. I congradulate you."

He shrugs and steps back. I suppose if you're afraid. It comes from my spending so much time around the non-human races. Maybe, as Kinikki says, it makes me a bad Hunter. Or maybe, as Logan says, it makes me a good one. I don't really know myself. Now Serena, why were you following me?

Trouble controlling your powers huh? Maybe you should train more. Possibly find someone more experienced to help you learn how to do it. He motions towards the alleyway. Should be warmer down the alleyway if you don't mind talking in there. I'm a bit cold myself. Unless you'd rather go get a cup of coffee or something. Yes, I'm aware it's strange for a Hunter to say something like that, put it down to my naturally curious nature.
