Allegro ...veigar? Did he get good while I was gone? Veigar has always been just as good as the person playing him. If he can farm up 200+ AP just off his Q, he's OP.

Man, I want to get both Megaman Legends games, but they are expensive on Amazon. I believe it has something to due with rarity.
