"What you did to me was vile and cruel and you know it!" Toph cried out as she tightened her grip on Luki, clearly unnverved by Kratos being there. "And no, Luki's not my lover. Are you sick? It's.... um... Luka's brother, he's just making sure I'm okay." She told him, still not getting the whole Luka becoming Luki thing, so it was thebest memory that she had at the moment.
Azmaria looked over to her side and saw Spy and a fairy within his shirt stae at her slightly. "Um, hi there." She said as she ifted her hand in a light wave with a slightly embarrassed smile. She didn't really know what else to do at that moment since she had plopped herself into the middle of a huge robotic battle. Speaking of which, a bot came out of seemingly no where and tried to take in the young Apostle with a slash at her wings, but as if they had a mind of their own, her wings protected her by blocking the attack, still radiating a holy light. "Oh dear!" She then exclaimed, now a bit flustered from the sudden attack. But she quickly jumped back out of harms way, creating a staff in one hand as her wings disappeared, to form said staff. She then blocked another attack from the robot, evading each one. She stared wide-eyed at the machine, since robots didn't exist back in the 1930's, she was basically scared out of her whits.
"It's like one or two more up." Collette told him before another explosion rang out, not too far off from where they were too. "We'd better hurry or those people won't be the only ones who are goners."

"Navi, petite, I am only human. I have been doing all I can; avoiding injury while carefully picking off the injured." It's not that Spy wanted to stay out of this fight; there just really wasn't anything else he could do. He was too injured still to risk running around with sappers, and even then he would only be able to target the damaged robots, as the rest were resistant to them. His knife would likely only get him electrocuted at best. Although, it was kind of funny he had to actually remind people that he didn't have any special powers of any kind... He gave a small wave back to the... he would stick with angel for now, but then she was attacked. How had one of those broken through their front lines like that!? The RED took aim, careful not to hit the new woman, trying to hit the robot's weak point. "Go for its neck!" he advised.
"Well, I figure I should probably try to return the favor once in a while," Jack teased, helping Kikyo up and in from his end. "Though man, I must be the worst at spreading the word about things without the communications systems if you guys never heard what happened. Basically, my bots got hacked by another bot. Uh, think of it like one really smart one took over their minds. And a lot of our systems back at headquarters... And basically if we don't get control back soon we're screwed all to hell." That summed things up nicely, he thought. As soon as Link was in, too, the albino warned, "Hang on," before taking off, going back to where the others were fighting.

Azmaria quickly ducked underneath the bot, scrambling to gt away from it, continuing to pant heavily, her eyes wide. But when she heard Spy's suggestion, she sighed to herself, trying to steady her heart rate to just enough where she wouldn't have a panic attack or the like. "O-Okay." She told him with a light nod as she did the sign of the cross with one hand before she created a pentagram out of the same hand. "May God forgive thy sin of taking away the life of thee. But for the benefit of all, may thou being be taken from thy earthly shackels to a higher place, free from thy evils of Satan's dark magic." She whispered, her eyes closed. When the bot began to charge at her once more, she sent the pentagram forward, trapping the bot in a holy bond before it was destroyed. But what concerned her after the ordeal was the fact that no soul ascended into heaven once the deed was done. She was extremely puzzled by this predicament, her staff disappearing as she straightened out her nun's cap quickly. "Oh dear sir," She referred to Spy meekly as she walked over to him. "These beings, are they demons? No, they couldn't for even demons have souls...although they are tainted very much so." She mused as she looked up to him. "Then what art thou beings who act so for thy Devil?"

((Quick post real quick. Sorry for not being around today. I'll try to be more active tomorrow.))
Neru did her best to ignore the trio that were now in her hiding spot. She took the riffle and began once again picking of robots here and there. Honestly, she wasn't very accurate, and the lack of a laser probably didn't help her bad aim but at least she was hitting machines and not people. As Neru listened ot the angel chick, she huffed lightly. "Cop-bots. Shodan's the hag controlling every single one of them."
Luki tightened his grip around Toph's waist as she brought herself closer to him for safety. He felt nothing but the purest of hates for the man in front of him. He and Luka had so few friends, and this man had shamelessly tried to kill Toph in an act he thought displayed love?! The fact that Luki hadn't already shooting at him with the machine gun he had tightly gripped in his free hand was nothing shy of a miracle for Kratos. He was thankful that Toph had quickly caught onto the lie he was planning to use until he figured out why he was Luki instead of Luka. When he spoke, it was in a very low and deep growl, "What the hell do you want, Kratos? Shouldn't you be else where, watching out for only yourself as you have been? If I were you, I would go away before some Cop-bots come by. They won't come for me since I'm technically one of them, but they sure as hell won't think twice about attacking you, you over-muscled Furry."
Kikyo was relieved to see Jack. Her abilities were useless against these machines. She had used up most of her arrows in order to distract them so the priestesses could escape from the shrine, but that hadn't lasted very long. "It is good to see you again, Jack. It is a shame we only seem to really come across each other in times of need and panic."
Scout looked up to Alex as though he had just asked the world's dumbest question. "Weya tryin' not ta get our asses blown off while we try'n' think of a plan ta do some good in this fight!"
Soldier was thankful to feel his wounds being healed and looked at Alex and Tomoe who had joined their group for cover. He then looked to Medic and nodded. "Yes. I think waiting out this bombing would be a wise idea. If any one should know how to survive this sort of situation, me and the doctor here should be experts." After all, both had survived WWII. "In the mean time, I will throw grenades at the enemies. That should keep those metalic hell-bent abominations busy until we can find a good chance to move else where."
Scout was quick to put in his two cents about that part of the plan. "Dn't you think throwing live grenades any where near us would be a BAD idea?!"

Kratos laughed "Indeed i am. I just came back for the few things that i left behind when i left" he smirked as he snapped his finger. The group he had brought with him encircled the two and quickly displayed their elemental abilities. "Earth, Wind, Fire, Water. These are the elements that make up life and death. In the hands of beings like us however they bring power. Power seeks out power, thats why we are going to get that sword." he smirked a bit more. "Toph, I would like you to come with me and live happily together after that. I want you as my queen. Come on baby, lets put the past behind us and start anew" he told her "Dont you want our child to have both a mother and father?"

Alexander sighed "Ok so we cant just stay here. Look the fighters are taking out the bots, If we head around we can get to the city and start evacuating people in there"
Maverick brought the platform higher before having a piece of it punch a hole through the wall. "Well shall we go?" he asked as he stepped through the hole and into the room. "Hello! anyone in here?" he asked. The smell of smoke choked the air

Spy rolled his eyes. It was obvious she wouldn't have a clue what the Volcaloid was talking about, and she was probably from a place that was similar in its technology to his own. Well, maybe. "Think of them as clockwork. They are just empty shells, unable to feel emotion or think for themselves." Yet again, no one seemed the slightest bit concerned at the fact he was in tattered, blood-soaked clothes. Well, they weren't wet anymore, so it was more like blood-caked or -stained... Which really wasn't helping the situation. "They used to function to protect this city, but an evil being built similarly to them has taken control." That should make sense to her. Hopefully.
"I'm not sending my team on a suicide mission!" Medic snapped. "In case you can't tell, none of us have any powers! Ve are all human, und ve have to use our veapons to fight!" Some of them were likely low on ammo, too. He wasn't concerned about his own ammo, since he was fairly certain syringes would be completely useless against one of these things. "Ve can provide cover fire, but ve are not straying too far from zhe base!" Unless one of his idiots decided to charge in without listening, as they sometimes did...
"Yeah, my bad," Jack replied, giving a sheepish grin. "You know how I get caught up with my projects sometimes. I promise I'll try to remember to come visit more often after this, though!"

Azmaria nodded to him slightly, her expression continuing to look confused for a moment or two before it changed to a look of concern for the masked man before her. "Oh my! Aret thou okay?" She exclaimed as she covered her mouth with her hands, staring at the blood that she had just now realized was his own. "My apologies for not realizing such injuries earlier kind sir, dost thou require any healing?"
Collette began to cough almost as soon as the elevator doors opened, letting a plume of smoke just rush at them. She covered her eyes and her mouth with her hands as she moved forward, using her psychic powers to identify the amount of people trapped in these building. "A family of 5." She told him as she punched a few holes in the wall, so the smoke can disperse and they could see better. "Three of them are that way," She pointed to the left. "And the other to are straight ahead. W'll met back up in 5 minutes, okay?"
"Tch, you truly disgust me Kratos. In every way imaginable." Toph growled as she clenched her jaw as she glared in his direction. "You think you can just waltz in here and expect me to take you back with open ams? You are ********' insane if you think that!" She yelled releasing Luki as she walked forward towards him, shoving him slightly. "You raped me after I rejected you! There was no love in the concieving of this child and ther shal not be any if this child is born! You are a monster! Nothing like the man that I thought I wa beginning to love! I will never join you and your band of assholes. Not for all the power in the world!"

Why didn't the offer of help make him feel any better? Likely because she had no idea who he was. Strangely, that thought did provide some comfort. "Oh, these aren't fresh... I had been injured in an earlier mission, and was in the process of getting healed when the attack began. I am... not at my best, but there are probably others who need your help more... That is, if it takes too much concentration to heal someone. I would not know." There we go, that should be polite enough to get on this woman's good side. If she was just as good at patching injuries during battle as the Medigun was, then he would love to have someone he could rely on during a mission that wasn't the Medic.

Azmaria smiled gently as she rubbed the back of her head as she chuckled in an embarrassed fashion. "Ah well, this is true. My powers aren't like that of this earth. They come from above, from the Lord." She told him as she looked around, noticing many of the injured that were around them. "It takes more out of me to heal many at once, but I would be very pleased to be of any helpto thyn who need it most." She told Spy as she touched his shoulder with a nod. She then took a few steps before closing her eyes and clasping he hands in prayer. It was then she opened her mouth and began to sing the most beautiful of melodies. For anyone who was reached during this time, their injuries, no matter how grave, began to heal quickly before theylooked like they weren't there to being with. As she continuedto sing, her body began to radiant a heavenly light around her, her large angel wings sprouting out her back, spreading out widely.

Spy sighed as he felt his aches start to leave. Oh yes, he really did like this new woman. Although, he was slightly surprised he hadn't burst into flames, instead. He was far from a holy man, and arguably just as far from even a good man. It might be kind of funny to see her interact with the one god here, though... If her faith was anything like so many from his world, that was.

When the young Apostle was done, Azmaria's wings grew a bit bigger before the feathers quickly dispersed into nothingness. She then turned back to Spy, opening her eyes as she unclasped her hands from her chest, them now folded before her. "I hope whatever discomforts thou was experiencing is now gone." She told him as she tilted her head to the side, her lips curving upwards in a sincerely innocent smile. But it was then she realized something. "Oh! How rude of myself!" She began as she quickly, grabbed the hem of her robe in a curtsy, lowering her chin lightly. "My name is Azmaria Hendric, Apostle of Charity."

"Yes, I am feeling much better, thank you." An apostle? Definitely different than what he was taught. Still, this was so formal an introduction, he almost couldn't help himself. "A pleasure to meet you, Mademoiselle Azmaria," he replied, bowing low and gently taking her hand to give the back of it a kiss. "You may refer to me simply as Spy; everyone else does." Funny that they were doing this in the middle of a large battle, but hey, he had a moment.

Azmaria soon stood up straight, her cheeks glowing with a light pink hue that appeared when he kissed her hand. She usually wasn't accustomed to such introductions as these, but she made the best of it. "Okay, Spy it is then." She replied with a light nod, acknowledging his request for her to refer him as just Spy. "But well um, shouldn't we take cover or something? It seems that we are still currently in the middle of a grand battle, but the front lines won't hold for long I don't think.." She mused as she touched her cheek, biting her lip in a nervous fashion.

Kratos laughed. "You love me? HA you had made it clear that you wanted nothing to do with me. I had never been in love with anyone before you and you were inconsiderate about my feelings. You were the only one i cared for and trusted and you didnt even give me a chance. you..." he growled as his demonic blood started to take over. "You caused all this! You are at fault! You were at fault for everything that happened!! The teasing and then rejecting! You!!" he snarled "If it wasnt for you i would not be this way! i wouldnt had to spend weeks trying to control my demon self! Do you know how many innocent people i slaughtered because i couldnt control myself. because of you!" he snapped at her as if he was going to bite her head off or something "UGHHH! Dam you Toph! you didnt even want to give me a second chance! And i tried to warn you that i was changing that night and you didnt even listen, you continued to hover around me as i started to transform into a uncontrollable beast ! Constantly teasing me with your fragrance! "
Maverick nodded as he headed to grab the ones in danger. The smoke was thick and using any wind alchemy to clear out the smoke could fan the flames. He had to make due with what he had. He found the three that were trapped and started pulling them to safety. Arriving after a few minuets to the hole he had made. "Umm Collette you here?" he asked
Navi popped out of Spy's shirt again and grinned "And Im Navi!!!! the cute loveable spy in training!" she grinned happily before popping back into his shirt. "Shhh im invisible!" she said from under it. She had to admit she was a little jealous though.
Link nodded to Jack. "Sounds like a plan. Im sure Kikyo will make you some yummy home made pudding like she used to when you came over more often" he smirked. "So how bad is the situation. I noticed the sky flickering earlier, please tell me the shield is still up." he told him
Alexander growled. "Ugh fine Cover fire would be perfect just dont....." he stopped suddenly sensing something through his nose. It was a gift Tomoe had apperantly given him. The ability to pick up scents easier. "...Kratos...." he growled.

Spy smirked. Some people were just too easy to get worked up. "Don't worry about me; I somewhat specialize in staying out of trouble, as it were..." he replied, before activating his cloak. Sure, it may or may not do anything against the robots, but at least he could still shoot things like this. "Now you really are invisible, ma cheri," he whispered to Navi. He didn't want her feeling left out, she was still incredibly useful.
Jack just grinned at the pudding idea, but it quickly shifted from genuine to earnest upon hearing Link's question. "Hah, yeah, no... We're pretty much sitting ducks until we can get this place back under control... Emmet's got us on the dark side so that we'll at least have some cover, but like hell it's perfect."
"Don't... what...?" Medic had to ask, quirking a brow. Seriously, was this some code word for "act like an idiot" or "run away?" Then again, he seemed distracted... Perhaps it was something entirely different.
