-x- Lupess -x- Catherine I Vercingetorix I remember last year you guys did the Silent Hill Nurse thing. xD {♫}{♪}{♫}Yeah, Bri, Meri, Malee, and...several others whom I am unsure of did, and that was just after I had seen the movie for the first time... XD **remembers she had to watch it with breaks, in a well lit room, in the middle of the day** XD;; Shut up, I am Lady Gaga. Lol. I remember watching the movie. It wasn't as frightening as the games though.

D8 Shut up, I am Lady Gaga.

Vincent Valentine-Jenova Awww why Hanae?
^^ I'm very happy right now. Mah first one year anniversary. Feels like a big milestone to me. The classes just... urgh. The organisation is nonexistent, as are the teaching methods, and they've decided the best way to make us learn is to make us get up, shuffle around for ten minutes because the room is full of unused desks, and then sit with people who know way more kanji than we do and also have indecipherable accents (read: Chinese). It's completely useless.
On the Silent Hill topic: I think that the movie is more BS than Homecoming, and I think Homecoming is pretty BS. ...of course, Homecoming cribbed a considerable amount from, oh hey, THE MOVIE, so it's just kind of this endless cycle of fail. Lovely. To put it simply, it enrages me that they're making another movie. And that they'll probably make an assload of money from it. blagh

Meriko My firstborn dropped the f-bomb and "dyke" in public when Hubby and I weren't careful enough while playing word games with him. ^^' Oh no...
I still remember Kay belting out "Alcohol" After I'd been listening to said song by Brad Paisley in the car... I don't remember where I was at, but she was like little... and I was embarrassed.
Peter: What Diedrich item? What Risky Angel? ...*reads further down the page* Wow! That is... *at a loss for the right word*

People like me love it, because it forces you to learn the language in order to survive. Bri, on the other hand, learns way more from a structured class. So that might be your learning method. Perhaps you could bring it up to the teachers? If not, then maybe you could work an exchange with another student? (They get English lessons in exchange for more Japanese) Honestly: Your in Japan. That in itself is something. Most people never get there, let alone get an opportunity to learn the language from an actual teacher. I can understand the frustration, but the experience far outweighs the minor pain in the a**.

Miss Hanae kindly and curiously wonders if there might be a benevolent soul willing to gather her the Halloween event items from this year's festivities, as she is unlikely to be able to attend.

I see your point, but since a significant portion of our time is being spent in and preparing for these classes, it's more than a little frustrating. This is time we could be spending on relatively productive things, like helping out more at our assigned middle schools or learning about other schools, and whine whine whine complain b***h.
Also, when I get back to real school I probably won't be caught up with the group with whom I'm in classes, so that's also somewhat distressing.
Anyway. Complain time is over.
I remember one time my little sister was in the car, and we were on the way somewhere, and somehow she had picked up some swears, so the whole way she was going "God dammit! God dammit! God dammit!" Our mother was not amused.

Alex & Hanae: In years past I've collected extras, but this year I don't know if I'll even end up with everything for myself, my girls, and my hubby. ^^; best of luck finding someone who can get you extra sets. <3
Meri: Best wishes in getting everything done without a lot of stress. <3
On an unrelated note Bellua Modesta Dernier*Cri is so pretty.
Also, there was the announcement with the gravedigger and the ghosts... anyone know what we're supposed to do? Or was it just to announce a manga update?

Meriko Jude Halliwell: I'm sorry to hear that you lost your job. What type of work do you do? I worked at the mall, but I'm a certified massage therapist, so now i'm looking at jobs geared towards that field, like the hotels (I live in Palm SPrings, so we're a BIG resort hot spot) I'v e been applying like crazy so I'm just waiting to hear back from a few places.

It's still a little early for this, but it'll explain why I'll be even more absent and distant...
My cat died tonight, not to long ago...She fell off her scratching tower and stopped breathing. I'm thinking she may have broken her neck or had a rib poke her lung...it didn't take long and it was quick...
I'm really...REALLY torn up over this...I've had her since she was a kitten back in 1997. I understand that she was getting up in age and that might have hindered her in her judgement and sense of balance, I'm starting to think I should have removed high objects from her reach since she was getting older and having trouble doing the things she was use to. But hind-sight is always 20/20...
