((sorry, I posted that while I was at work xp.))
Joseph continued down the pathway until he was blocked by a large knight that was her protector. "Garl. Move, i'm here to see the woman I love." He ordered him. Garl simply raised his great weapon in the air and threw it down, missing Joseph only by an inch. "Garl, what's gotten into you?!" Selen shouted just after she caught up on the group. She would have caught up to help Joseph, but the apirirts of the infants began to rise up from the muck to eliminate the intruders. "Garl, either move or I remove you from my path!" He ordered him. Garl simply didn't listen and continued his assault. " So, you became a red phantom... Then forgive me, my old friend." He told him as he began to go on the offensive.
Even though Joseph was unarmed, he was still lighter and faster then Garl's phantom. After a long and strenous fight, Joseph managed to pick up a sharp stone, and repeatedly stabbed Garl in various points of weakness in his armor, his red phantom glow seeping through. Joseph then threw down the rock, and ran down to where astraea was kneeling. "Astraea, I finally found you! We can leave this place now!" He told her. But Astraea was silent, as if she had a terrible secret.
Soap didn't anticipate the shooting coming back at him. If it wasn't for his quick reaction time, he probably would have been killed off in an instant. The roar of the B-52jets were loud enough now that it beyan coating the field with it's high explosive bombs. "Well hopefully that should do some heavy damage.." he muttered to himself.
((well, in order to speed thing up, i'm gonna post in 2 paragraphs now, cut out a few more characters, and just hope kiki's on for most of the time xp. Too bad, cause I wanted to flesh out those characters more))

((lol well u wanted your guys to come in and help with the big battle. right now im doing as much filling as i can for u and kiki XD im running out of ideas on how to fill the time now XD you never gave us a direct link to get all our characters into the area you guys are at so we can be part of the storyline too XD ))
Souji nodded as he rushed at Hex, dodging left when he got close enough, and bringing down his sword at her back. It cut but not deeply. and it only succeeded in making her mad. She turned around and made a slash at him with her electric attack. It bearly missed him and he countered by pulling his gun and aiming a shot at the head. He cracked it just a tad and it glowed lightly from the crack. "Heh shes like a shadow, The mask is its weakness... white means shes weak against dark skills" he grinned as he got his persona ready for a attack

Oomizu was surprised to see Joseph being attacked in the woman he loved not even try to help him out. What the heck was going on?! She heard Selen and turned just in time to see her being attacked by the infant souls. She glanced towards Joseph and saw him holding his own, so she quickly threw a barrier around Selen and began hovering over the ground to try to avoid the souls herself. "Selen! Just run forward! That barrier is a special barrier that will gaurds from demons and restless souls. You will be safe. Now come on! We need to join Joseph!" She turned and began flying towards Joseph, but she made sure to go at a pace where she would get out of range of keeping Selen safe.
((I honestly have no idea what you're talking about Mav. Which character are you not sure of where they are?))
Haku kept running. She tried calling Soap on the radio, but the lack of response must mean he had the radio off. Why would he turn the radio off? This was an important fight! What if she called begging him for help with something only he would know how to fix? Was he really that set on dieing today? She tripped and fell hard on something sharp and metal. She pulled the chunk of metal out of her leg and took the ribbon from her hair to tie above the wound before she went back to running towards where she hoped Soap was. As she got closer, she began frantically calling out for him using his real name. "John! John, where are you? John?"
Meiko ran after him and watched his atack. His slash with his sword didn't seem to cause as much damage as he had hoped. It was a pity too since she had believed it would help. She watched as her mask cracked at him shooting her in the head and grinned widely. "Great to know! I'll keep her busy. Please try not to hit me." Meiko charged towards Hex and swung her mike stand back, ready to hit her with all of her force.

Joseph wasn't expecting this. He expected Astraea to be overcome with joy at the sight of her rescuer. But, she didn't even look up to him. "Joseph.... My soul is the one you need." She muttered to him, saddened to even mutter the words. Upon hearing the words, Joseph's expression changed completely. She was the last archdemon? All at once, Joseph just lost his composure. "What? No, that's not important, I can take you away from all this, please!" Joseph begged her. Astraea just gave a sad smile and placed her hand on his cheek. " I know you still care, But I chose to stay here and comfort those discarded here. You need my soul to stop the old one, and I am willing to give it." She told him. " No! There has to be another way!" Joseph told her, trying hard to fight back tears even though there wouldn't be any other way. He just placed his hands on hers and tried harder to persuade her. " I promise you, I'll take you as far away as I can from the old one. I just want to save you!" He told her.
"You already did." She told him, followed by a grunt of pain. Joseph's hands suddenly became warm. He noticed that it was her blood flowing from the stab wound she inflicted on herself. "ASTRAEA!" He cried out, holding her in his arms. "Why?" He asked her, not even bothering to hold back his tears now. " I just wanted us to be together!" He told her, holding her close. "And we will. My soul is yours to use against the old one.... I love.. You....." She whispered before she fell limp in his arms, her body converting to mist flowing into his soul crystal. Joseph stared at his own hands in disbelief. His hands then cradled his face as he bent over and just started weeping for her. The souls, now losing the only mother they had, suddenly stopped attacking and faded away. Selen noticed what was happening, and just lost her adventurer composure."Here!" Joseph called out, not knowing it was Haku until he cleared some of the rubble and noticed that it was her. "Haku?! What are you doing here? I thought you'd be with Neru keeping the civillians safe!" He told her, taking off the hood and face scarf of his ghille suit.((meeh, let's say pretty close. After all, soap did mutter danger close xp And here's some sad music))

((Hmm lets make them close. like feel the heat close twisted
and no kiki. XD it was to have our characters join you character and durban's in that fight they are in right now. i was wondering how to get them there like through some portal or what but i never got an explination XD ))
Heavy just bearly managed to get behind a wall when the bombs fell. "You ok Doktor?" he asked making sure the medic had gotten behind the wall as well. "Who drop lots of bombs! Demo man here?"
Navi squeaked as she hid under Spy's shirt. "What the hell was that" she squeaked "That was not cool"
Souji nodded as he took another shot at Hex. She managed to move out of the way but didnt see Meiko's attack comming at her, smacking her and tossing her off balance and to the ground with the impact. "Nice hit!" he said as he rushed once more at the now fallen enemy. "Game over!" he yelled as he made a jump to stab at her damaged face.
Hex snarled as a powerful pulse of energy pushed both of them back against the wall. "How rude... Now im going to have to kill you!" she said as touched the ground and sent large pulses of electricity through the metal floor, hitting both of them with a few thousand volts. "Ohhh Dont tell me that was too much for you both" she laughed as she finished her attack. It was enough to paralize them for a few seconds

((That we do, but no one really has any idea where you guys are at. No idea of a location, no coordinates, no way of getting there.))
Medic had seen the planes coming, but wasn't quite sure what they were. Until they opened up. "Luftangriff!" he cried, hurrying to take cover. This was terrible. There was no way of knowing what kind of bombs those were, if they had any gasses inside, if they were trying to attack the robots or defend them... At least they didn't seem to be atomic. Then he realized someone was talking to him, and that he'd stopped healing Heavy. "J-ja... I seem to be uninjured..." Just a little shaken up. "Nein, zhey vere too big to be zhe Demoman. It vas ein Luftangriff. I'm not sure on English... Sky attack?" Actually, speculation could be held off until later. "Scout! Soldier! Are eizher of you hurt!?"
Spy brought up an arm to shield his eyes from the blasts. What the hell!? Who's idea was that!? "Zhere are people fighting over there, not to mention civilians still trying to escape! What sort of idiot would drop bombs haphazardly in a time like this!?" he snapped, irritated. He killed one person to save thousands, and he was treated like he had killed those thousands instead. Now someone had likely killed who knew how many allies and civilians alike? If there wasn't a harsh punishment dealt, then he should be let free with no questions!

((Ah. I got confused. XD ))
Haku spotted him and ran towards him with tears in her eyes. "John!" The way she ran towards him, it almost looked like ti was going to be one of those sweet moments where she would run into him and wrap her arms around him, burry her face into his chest, cry lightly and say she was scared before she looked him in the eyes and leaned in for... But no. As soon as she got close to him, she slapped him, hard, with a very angry expression. Yeah, she was crying, but this was no where near the earlier mentioned scenario. If anything, the tears were more to guilt trip him from him doing multiple stupid things. "Why are you trying to kill yourself, BAKA! Get to safety now, or else I die here with you." More guilt trip. "We will discuss what ever is making you behave in such a child way. Now go or I will knock you unconcious and drag you to safety!"
Scout heard the planes and looked up. Ah so Jack got those guys to- ...Wait, those didn't look like something that Jack guy would make. The planes opened and he could see bombs. his eyes went wide and he cursed out loud before he started scrambling for safety. He ducked behind a wall not too far from where Heavy and Medic had ducked and curled up for safety as the bombs fell. He heard Medic yell if he was alright and gave a thumbs up to show he was fine for now...
Soldier saw the bomber planes and could tell what they were instantly. They seemed friendly until they began dropping them amongst the crowd. He looked and found a piece of wall to duck behind. Sure enough, he was ducked behind the same wall as Heavy and Medic. At Medic's question, he looked himself over. Some cuts here and there and a couple of bullet wounds, but nothing major seemed hit... Well, he guessed... Ah, might as well let the doctor heal him, just in case. Besides, it could buld that uber of his faster. "I could use some healing, Medic."
Neru screamed as the bombs fell. This was frightening as hell! She had never been through anything like this before! ...Wait until she told Zatsune and Akaito about bombs! She turned and ran past Spy, barely missing bumping into him. She found some where safe not too far from him and Navi and ducked for safety. Where the hell was Haku? She just hoped she was alright...
Hiruko had never been through bombs before. The great earthquake that leveled quite a bit in Japan, yes, but that was years ago, and not to this scale. He knew he had nothing to fear, but yet a part of him, a part that he had pushed deep into his mind, seemed scared. Why? He shoved the question out of the way to ask later and went for cover.
Meiko grinned as she saw Meiko was about to finish off Hex so they could finally continue on to Shodan. But then- they were both knocked against the wall. She hit the wall hard and fell to her hands and knees. She looked up to Hex just in time for her to send the thousands of jolts through the floor. Gritted her teeth and did her best not to scream in pain. When it ended, Meiko collapsed to the floor, feeling useless for falling just because of some electricity.
Oomizu watched what happened and stopped just a few feet from Joseph. Oh, poor Joseph... not once had she ever seen the man cry... It seemed so... Unfitting. She stood still as she watched Joseph take in that his love was dead. It was such a shame to see that all of this had been for nothing. She gave a light sigh before she walked silently over to Joseph and lightly placed her hand onto his shoulder. She didn't bother speaking. She just wanted him to know she was there. Hopefully that feeling would help remind him that he was not alone.... But that was all she could do, hope.

Medic aimed the Medigun at Soldier, trying to regain his composure as quickly as he could while healing the American. It was just a little too much like back during the second World War for his liking. He could dodge rockets and pipe bombs, avoid stickies, deal with bullet wounds, simply jump into water if he was on fire (or get a jar of piss thrown at him), yank arrows out of himself without much thought, and handle just about any melee-type attack he had ever encountered... but those bombs just rattled his nerves. At least his team was alright, for the most part.
Spy decided it was a better idea to take some cover than continue standing in front of the door. He followed after the girl that had nearly bumped into him, recognizing her as one of the Volcaloids. "What is the point of fighting if you just end up killing everyone you are trying to save...?" he wondered aloud. Actually, that probably wasn't the best thing to say to this frightened looking girl... To hell with it. He was exhausted, battered, and irritated for a good many number of reasons; he could afford a slip of the tongue or two.
That was it, he just couldn't take it anymore. He just couldn't take not knowing if Kikyo was okay or not. Hoping the others would be able to hold their own without him (they seemed to be doing alright), Jack banked hard, making a swift turn to head in the direction of her and her husband's home. It was too much to hope that they would have stayed there, what with the several announcements and all the sounds of the battle, but with any luck he could spot them on the way. That was all he could do, really; search and hope.

"Right." Collette replied with a light nod before she began to follow him in that direction. Luckily for most of the city, many of the civilians had already evacutated the buildings and have gone underground like they were told to do in case of an emergency. But using her psychic abilities, she was able to still able to sense a few trapped behind closed doors. "There's a few stuck in that building up there." She said as she pointed up at a rther large apartment building. But as the bombs began to fall, she created a barrier around the two of them, protecting them from the rubble that was falling all around them.
Yuzuki, who was still trapped beneath a rather large pile of a broken building. Because of the damage that she had sustained, which would have been a lot worse if she was human, her system began to reboot itself almost immediately. Many electronic and metallic sounds began to come from her, almost as if she were a computer starting up for the first time. Come to think of it, that is exactly how to describe it. "O-Operational systems on. Damage report: 69041. P-P-Proceeding, 23%." She began in a highly robotic voice, similar to Shodan's but not exactly. "Automatic defences operational. M-Manual setting now. O-Overdrive." She then opened her eyes, looking around for a second before she sighe. "Ugh, this sucks." She muttered to herself before the bombs went off, causing more to fall on her. She screamed, mainly from frustration. She then began to transform herself into a small roving module, sneaking through the cracks of the fallen building, following the trail of sunshine peaking through.
Although Toph did not like the idea of Luki acting as a protective father towards her, she was still glad that she had a friend like him who actually did care about her. She had gone through Hell and back on certain occassions, so she was happy that she wasn't completely alone here on floating city. "Yeah, yeah. That's fine with me." She told him with a light smile before one of the bombs went off, seeming to shake the entire foundation of the city. Toph quickly screamed as her instincts made her run forward to Luki, holding him tight as she created a barrier around them, so that they had some sort of bomb shelter and that they would be safe from the pieces of the building that was slowly starting to fall apart.
"She might know about the sword. That much is for sure, since she seems to have access to an extreme amount of data. And what she doesn't have, she can just hack into with ease." Tomoe told Alexander before her ears began to twitch like crazy. "Alexander! She cried before she grabbed a hold of him, bracing for impact. As a few bombs went off, she cried out, trying to keep her balance although to her it felt like the entire world was riding a large wave. "A-Alexander? Are you okay?"

"Well well... Hello there Toph" A familiar voice said from behind her. A man stood there, she knew who he was. Around him were others. It looked like a small gang. "How have you been doing my love" Kratos spoke as he sniffed the air. "Hmmm? That is a interesting sent coming from you " He told her as the group around him split up and started to encircle them. "Heh you look as beautiful as ever, but what happened to your eyes?"
Raguna swooped in low on the fighting craft he was flying, inspecting the damage that the other planes had caused. "That is some messed up stuff" he said as he pulled up and did another round, taking pot shots at whatever bots were in his cross-hairs.
Maverick nodded. "Ok lets take the elevator" he said as he drew a circle on the ground and touched it, causing the floor they were standing on to rise to the room they were on. "Good enough or is it higher?" he asked
Alexander had managed to set up Neru's Love barrier around them as the shock waves rippled. "You ok? " he asked Tomoe. "What do we do we cant just leave in the middle of the battle and we cant go in alone either. It would be too dangerous"
If anyone was looking for Link he wouldnt be too hard to miss his Neru's barrier shining in the distance. He was firing all sorts of weapons at the enemy. "This is too much" he said as he looked over to Kikyo. "I dont know how much longer we can hold them off like this."
Souji was using a persona who was weak against electricity. This caused him to be unable to stand up as he tried to recover from the pain.
Hexadecimal smirked as she walked up to Meiko. "Oh poor baby. Did you get hurt? Some time tells me you wanted so badly to scream" she said as she traced her finger along whatever exposed skin she had, sending pulses of electricity as she moved it along. Touching her spine she sent another strong bolt through her. "Such a weak human hybrid" she said as she pulled on her hair to force her to look at her. "Dont worry Ill make sure to make your death as painful as possible."
Heavy sighed as he looked over to Medic now healing the soldier "Doktor.Vhat ve do now? Should ve push more? Save people in city?"
Navi squeaked as she popped her head out of Spy's shirt "Sheesh how many people do you think he killed there? Kinda makes what you did look like a drop in a bucket compared to that" she said

Azmaria stepped through the portal just asa bomb exploded, the shock wave sending her forward onto the hard ground. "O-Ow." She muttered to herself, her head a bit dizzy before she snapped out of it, realizing that she actually had boobs now. Her cheeks immediately reddened as she scrambled up to her feet, straightening out her nun's outfit, panting lightly. "Wh-What in the Lord's holy name is going on?" She asked herself before she heard a few screams from the distance. Realizing that her talents were needed, she quickly sprouted her angelic wings and took to the skies, flying over all of the carnage that laid beneath her. "Oh holy God, hear the prayers of those lost and dying, may thouest rest in peace and walk through the pearly-white gates of heaven alongside your begotten son Jesus Christ. Amen." She whispered, her hands folded in prayer, before she landed on the ground below her wings folding against her back as she looked at her new commrades, tilting her head to the side, obsering the new people who she were to now call 'friends'.
As she heard his voice, she immediately cringed. That voice. His voice. The one that had been intruding her nightmares and had emotionally crippled her for the longest time. She didn't need her sight to recognize him, which made her glad that she had gotten her procedure reversed. She knew that if she had even a glimpse of him, she would have puked. But she wasn't going to give him the luxury of allowing him to get to her so easily. "I made myself blind once more, so I didn't have to see you dispicable face any longer." She told him as she gritted her teeth, almost growling silently under her breath.
Yuzuki continued to dig through the rubble that was atop of her before she finally made a breakthough. She snuck through a pretty good-sized crevace before she revertted back into her persacom form, stretching for a moment as if she were a human who was stuck in a rather cramped space for a long period of time. She quickly dodged a few bullets by jumping to the side, turning her arms into two machine guns, sending her own bullets in the direction of a few bots. It was then she spotted Raidou. "Hey! Let's get going! C'mon!" She exclaimed as she ran over to him.
"No, it wouldn't. I'll go ahead. I think I'll be a lot better at evacuation than helping the barracading of the bots at the moment." Tomoe told him as she withdrew her sword and sheathed it quickly. "Don't try to stop me either love, you couldn't win." She said with a light chuckle before she reached over and kissed him on the cheek. "I'll be safe and I'll come find you when I'm done." She then made a few handsigns and disappeared in a puff of smoke.

Jack soon saw the barrier, and grinned. Oh, hell yes! They were still alright! Not wanting to waste any time, he pushed the small ship to its limit, firing upon enemies as he drove. Assuming the barrier would block him, as well, he just cleared a small area, before hovering his ship and opening the hatch. "Hey, over here!" he called out, waving to Oomizu's parents. "Link! Kikyo! I'm here to rescue you!" That just sounded silly, for two reasons; he had so long identified himself as evil (evil didn't "rescue"), and he hung around some pretty powerful people, who didn't often need rescuing.
He was asking him? A lot of the time, he just went along with whatever the others decided to do, barking out orders whenever he thought something wouldn't work. The Medic looked at the others, and realized they were depending on him to keep them safe. So, he took a deep breath, and tried to quickly think about their situation. "No... No, ve should hold our ground," he decided. "Ve don't know if zhere vill be any more bombs, and ve can't push too far ahead or ve vill be cut off from help. I don't know how may more machines are out zhere, und I don't vant to get trapped. Ve vill vait for zhe ozhers to catch up, and hopefully I vill have anozher Ubercharge built up by zhen." It at least seemed like the right thing to do.
Spy couldn't help but give a soft chuckle. He wasn't accustomed to people trying to hide inside his clothing. "Now, now, I wasn't looking for anyone to outdo me. I was only trying to save as many people as I could, not murder them." Then, he heard something that sounded like very large wings, and looked over to see... A flying nun? An angel? What...? This world was so strange.

Navi smiled. She felt safe in his shirt. "Well he sure out did you weather you wanted someone to or not" she said as she looked up at the angelic girl "OOOOooooo shes pretty!!" she giggled. "Spy now is no time to stare, we need to do something" she pouted noticing he was staring too.
"Woah woah where is all this hostility coming from?" he asked "I would of thought giving you what i did would only make our bond stronger and more loving" he said as he walked closer. "Hmmm who is this guy. Your new lover?" he growled. He could smell her scent on him meaning he was close to her alot lately.
Alexander rolled his eyes. "Thats my girl. I just wish she wasnt so rash" he pouted as he fired at another few bots. "Time to get out of here " he said as he fell back to a nearby wall. "Woah what are you all doing here?" he said looking at Heavy and the rest of the group
Link looked over to Jack. "Heh, isnt that our job?" he laughed as he moved Kikyo over to the plane. She already had a injured leg but nothing to serious. "In you go love" he told her as he helped her up. "Whats going on Jack, why are your bots acting up?"
