♥ 하루하루...
I don't have many books at all. ;__; And the books I have... who knows where they are. They've probably turned to dust in the storage unit we have. Ah... so sad.
...무뎌져가네 ♥

...Unrelated: is air travel alone difficult? I've never done it before... Not particularly. I saw on your stat your going to Japan. You have your passport and everything, right? I believe you'll have to buy a tourist vias as well, but I'm not 100% (As usually I'm on orders when I travel to each different country.) Watch your luggage, and be mindful on your surroundings at all times. Just a bit of advice!

I do have my passport, as well as the proper visa. It's for school, so they helped us figure out the correct paperwork and everything...
Man, I'm getting nervous whenever I think about it. @_@;

Man, I'm getting nervous whenever I think about it. @_@; You'll be fine. Just make sure you stick with the group. Don't wander off unless with a group of at least 4-5 people. If you do go with less, make sure you go with someone that speaks the language enough to get you back to where you need to be if you get lost. I would suggest finding out with the embassy is as well.

I mean, I've been studying Japanese for a while now, so I like to think I could get around decently. Orientation has prepared us for most of the stuff, I think, and there's going to be additional orientation once we're over there.
I'm just worried about the bit with the planes and the airports and all, you know?

I'm just worried about the bit with the planes and the airports and all, you know? XD That is actually the easiest part. I would say that out of all my experiences, the airport never was a problem. The most that is required is security checks, and then the flight over. I won't ask which airport your flying out of, but I can tell you the worst part of the flight is the waiting. So taking something with you ( a book, or a video game) will keep you occupied. Also, I would say that since your going with a class.. that your way better off than someone going by themself. You have that whole structure of the buddy system that no one else would have otherwise.

My fear with airports and travel in general is being left behind. There've been a couple of situations where I was on a plane that had a layover. The first plane was late, so the the layover was a five minute span to get from one end of the airport to the other, find the right gate, and board before the plane was ready for takeoff. And with this airport you had to take a tram to get from one end to the other, too.
Another travel experience I didn't like was when I went on a train from Rhode Island to Pennsylvania. I had a layover at Penn Station in New York, and by god is that station large. I had an hour layover and it took me 40 minutes to figure out where the Amtrak departures took place. There are multiple rail lines that go through that station, and it turns out you had to go upstairs for the Amtrak line, and of course, there weren't any signs that even mentioned Amtrak at all. xd

I'm just worried about the bit with the planes and the airports and all, you know? As someone who is traveling to Japan alone (and who has flown within Japan alone), I can assure you it is easy! All international airports in Japan have people that speak English, with English on their signs, it is hard to get lost.
What airport are you flying into? If Kansai, I can totally walk you through that airport from memory, Narita not so much... And when are you going? I'll be there end of October. biggrin
My experience with flying, airports have been easy experience. The majority of the time I have a solo traveler and I find that the nice things about airports, no matter where you are, if you look lost, an airport employee is bound to step up and help you.

Aw, Isaac is so adorable~ <3 You can see so much personality and energy in him. XD I too want to know if he liked the banana!
*snugs Hanae* I agree with the others. You'll be perfectly fine. The air travel is the easiest - while possibly most boring - part. Bring a PSP or book and you're golden.

he's tolerating cereal...he eats it better at daycare then he does here at home lol I just need to learn how to make it to where he likes it.
we tried carrots today and he was very uninterested, but i think its because he's teething and just wasnt into it. We'll try again later.
