The man who was asking questions, Ali. His shadow began to elongate and grow darker and darker and darker. Eventually it began to bubble, like a liquid. And a body rises from the liquid. The liquid boiled away as soon as it touched the air and turned into black mist, shadows, that eventually settled around the room. It was a little darker because of it. The man who had emerged looks right at Crow, from behind the mask, and there was no doubt who he was, in chains and wearing a mask. This was Malachi.

She dropped the knife and plates she had been holding as she saw Mal. Her eyes changed from a soft to a deeper red and she stammered. "M..Mal?"

The man nodded, and opened his arms as wide as the chains would let him. Black tendrils creep across the floor and up Crow's legs, and all over her skin. They penetrated the clothes like thin air. He doesn't say anything yet, but takes a step foreward, the black iron of his ball dragging on the floor with a hollow noise.

*He blinked his eye a few times as he watched Crows sudden reaction, then finnaly he could feel Mal`s pressence behind him. Instinctly he tok a step forward and turned around, standing in his defensive position with both hands clenching onto the hilts of his two axes*How?, Where did you emerge from?

She closes her eyes, her breath catches in her throat and she seems stunned for the moment.

Malachi seems to melt, and moves along the floor in the shadow stream that was running up Crow's body already, and he emerges in front of her, bypassing the other entirely. He puts the chain over her head, and pulls her her body close to his own, the tendrils that expored her body, not shying away from 'intimate' areas were cold.

*He knew they had history but still, he had sworn alligance to Crow and to protect her from anyone. But it might be best to be sure nonetheless. As he moved closer, he unhooked the axes and prepeared himself. The smirk he always got before a battle slowly creeping across his lips once more*Say the word Crow and i'll take care of him

As his body is cut in a thousand places, the black mist begins to seep out of him again, and thickens the shadows of the room, making it darker and darker. He ignores the man behind him as Crow ignored him. His mask shatters and falls from his face, his face that was little more than a shadow of a human face. The mask, too, dissintergrates into black mist beofr eit hit the ground.

She regroups on the other side of the room. Growling at him. "How dare you come back here after all this time and act as if nothing happened. Where the hell have you been Mal?" Her crimson lips reminded her of his kiss as well as her body his icy touch.
