Tony had gone to fetch a few doctors. He came back with them. They carried with them the IV and a few other things.

"You think I'm ******** PATHETIC? ******** you little girl - you have a lot of nerve! Any angry puppy would've bit your hand off, BRAT! Just TRY and ******** order me around-!" Just then an explosion ripped through downtown New York - a skyscraper - one owned by one of the biggest anti-crime lords in the city - was falling to the streets below. The shock waves reached the mansion, making it violently shudder. Sami looked around as things began to fall and crash down around the room. "What the hell?" She breathed. Snatching her gun from wherever it had fallen, she leaped out of the bed, stumbled and cursed as her weight fell on her bad leg, and pushed past the doctors, running out of the room. We are a people that are obsessed with Death.

Laura watched the explosion and didn't finch. "That was..." She muttered. She watched as Sami ran out the room. "Come back here!" Laura yelled, chasing after her.

Snatching them up as she passed, she rummaged through her pockets in her pants to pull out her phone. One missed call. She dialed the number and held it to her ear. "Hello?" She huffed as she yanked on her shirt. "Did you do it?" "Yeah, we did," the voice replied. "The Anti-Family's building is sinking to the ground as we speak. We're planning on blaming it on one of the gangs.""Good," Sami huffed, her leg aching. She ignored it. "I'll try to get back in touch when I can. Right now I'm being chased by a brat who thinks she's hot s**t with a bullet in my leg - no. Wait. I think they took it out. So yeah, just a bullet hole." The person on the other line was silent for a moment. "Elle, what have you been UP to?"Sami laughed. "Oh, you know, just hanging out," she replied. "Thanks for doing that for me babe - really appreciate it." "Any time. When you gonna get that cash for me?"Sami winced slightly. "Uh... soon?" She replied, swerving down the hall and opening the door that led to the underground garage, shutting it behind her. YES. Her keys to the Eclipse were still in her pocket. The other chuckled. Jareth just looked at her with saddened eyes while the other cops were very confused. A few of these no really important cops walked up to the young woman while saying, "I think she's confused?" The Cop then looked at Jareth while saying, "She has a concussion right?" Jareth sighed while laying through his teeth, "Yeah...Iris thinks that I am 'The Charmer'!" Out right lie! "How can I be that guy?" He chuckled lightly while trying not to look at Iris, "Sorry Iris but, for medical reasons, I am taking you off the force!" He still had that power and he was going to use it. "Your gun and your badge," His blue eyes just watched her carefully while knowing that she was going to react badly. He could not let her open his biggest secrets now or all of the scum he put in jail would go free. He could not allow that! "I'm sorry Iris but it's for your own good...once your better, in two weeks, you'll be back on the force!" He ordered using a rather calm voice.

And I believe that he would have to fill out paperwork and go to the police office in order to do anything. He can't just take gun and badge out in the field, or in a hospital.
