The sound of Lily talking to herself drifted out into the main room, but the words weren't quite distinguishable. Shortly after, she came out into the main room, pouting, and curled up on the couch next to Arlen.

"What's wrong?" Arlen asked, putting his juice aside to wrap his arms around Lily.

"I didn't seal the bowl tight enough." Lily answered in a sigh, snuggling close. "The dough went hard, and now I can't use it... but it's okay. I'll make more later, I guess."

Smiling, Lily shook her head, then rested it against his chest. "No... it's okay. I was more in the mood to just cook, not actually make stuff." She sighed softly, then looked up into his eyes. "Is there anything you wanted to do today?"

"Yeah... it's been that way lately." Lily murmured, then crawled into his lap, tucking her head under his chin. "It's weird... apart from the odd disturbance, there's like nothing going on here any more."

Arlen nodded slightly, seeing as how Lily's head was under his chin. "I can't say that it's that bad, but I still don't like it that much."

"Yeah... gets a little boring sometimes." Lily murmured, then pulled back slightly so she could look into his face. "So... you sure you didn't want to do anything besides sit here and cuddle?"

"Me either." Lily murmured, wrinkling her nose. "I'd suggest Parcheesi, but I don't know how to play." she smiled, then tipped her head to the side. "Maybe a pillow fight, since you weren't up for the dough fight..."

"Didn't think so." Lily told him, then kissed the tip of his nose before snuggling up to him again. "Just thought I'd offer."
