I used to think the same way, but these days I don't care as long as my grades satisfy the financial aid people. I'm probably coming out of this semester with two As and most likely a C.

I got it on request from a friend and still have no idea how to use mine! HELP!

I'm out right now, but later today in the next hour an a half I'll be at my Grandma's for like 2 hours. Maybe we can Skype then? /complicated Dx Like I said, I've never used it. I made it and just... left it. Can't help you much! rofl

Nariana I just... My heart and soul would break if I got a C. gonk I guess you'd become catatonic if you ever got a D then lol. Lucky enough for me, the two Ds I got last year made me realize that the name of the game is getting passing grades and paying attention so there's still something learned; the rest is for show.

I would absolutely die. xD But you are right. Long as you get credit for the class, eventually grades won't matter... Unless you have a scholarship requirement. Also, thanks for the guide~ Obviously my plans for the day changed since I'm just now getting online again. MAJOR car accident caused traffic to stop. Literally. So I never got time to visit grandma. Phooey. Buuuut anyway. Wanna Skype in the next hour? biggrin

I do have a scholarship requirement of maintaining a 3.0, and a minimum grade of a C to advance to the next class. I could get two As and a D and still qualify for financial aid, I'd just have to repeat the D class. Oh, and you said you're going into engineering right? Good luck maintaining anything above a 3.5 lol. We get the short end of the stick when compared to useless philosophy or women's studies majors.

Repeating classes is no fun. I had to withdraw from Chemistry because the teacher was a butt and the work was stressful. Now I take it again with a hopefully better teacher. Dx You just saying our classes are way harder?

Dx You just saying our classes are way harder? Yes. Compared to some bullshit classes that easier majors take. Those looking at the GPA for eligibility stuff won't care if you're in a more important major, you're boned if you go below the guideline for any reason.
