((I have to go to bed despite the fact I have no school tomorrow, so last post from me.))
Meiko looked up to the cube and whimpered slightly. She squeezed his hand back and whispered, "Do you think it's too late to apologize?" She really wished she had some cool power to just blow the block up or create a shield or SOMETHING useful.
Hiruko replied with a half-assed, "I could say the same for you," not even trying to make it sound sincere or friendly even though he knew Spy pretty well. The simple fact was that Hiruko did not really make friends. If Spy wanted to befriend him, fine. If not, Hiruko honestly could care less. It just meant less chance of Spy coming to him with issues or causing Hiruko problems. "That big guy seems to be doing quite a bit of damage. I assume you were close to the front at one point, so can you guess about how many are left, or are there still a lot?"
Soldier yelled out, "Thanks, Doc" before he jumped from his hiding place and began shooting rockets at the robots once more. He wasn't about to allow Heavy to have all the fun.
Scout saw Heavy move out and the robots aim at him, so he went the other way and began shooting at the robots, hoping he could make a few hite before he would need to reload again.
Haku rloaded her riffle and took aim. As she looked through the scope, she took note that Heavy was causing a pretty good distraction. She began picking off robots that were closer to the army of citizens or those trying to grab people. She needed to keep doing this, otherwise she would begin thinking about earlier and get distracted again.
Neru could see how well Haku was doing and assumed she was using her anger to fuel the dessire to kill of the robots-- silly Neru, she should know by now that's something only she would do. She went to shoot and found she was low on amo. She glanced and saw Haku was just about out as well, she she quickly stood up and ran back to the supply room to grab a large box for her to take back to where she and Haku were fighting.
Oomizu giggled lightly at Joseph's comment. Now that she thought about it, all of these people knew Joseph, and they were completely accepting of the fact she kept calling him her brother and none of them were questioning why they had never seen her before when they all knew Joseph so well. Oh well. Maybe this world was just more friendly than she thought it would be. She listened to the thumping and looked questioningly to Joseph. "Say, what kind of monster are we facing this time?"

Medic waiting, holding out, watching as the attacks got ever closer... and then activated the charge just before they were hit. He couldn't help himself; he began laughing. It was always such a rush, and even though the Heavy was destroying mechanical enemies instead of biological, it was still a fantastic feeling to be half of an unstoppable machine of death. To watch so many things collapse and die, often while trying to flee, often while frightened, and know that it was because of him, that he was part of something that held so much power...It was at this time that the last pilot exited the garage; Jack himself, in one of his older inventions. It hadn't been much to look at, but it always seemed to hold its own, so he had saved it for himself. ((The one on the left, where he can be completely inside and protected.)) That sarcastic, "I don't give a damn," response caused Spy to let out a short laugh. That was basically the same sort of response he would have expected from another Spy. At the question, he shook his head. "I cannot say, but I think, too many. The charge only lasts for eight seconds, and then there will be nothing protecting them from the attacks."

((and im having a hard time thinking about a game to use XD ))
Souji took her into his arms as the cube got closer "I love you" he whispered to her as he closed his eyes waiting for it to crush them.... That never happened instead he opened his eyes... they were somewhere else completely different. "Are we dead....A portal?" he asked as he looked around the place.
Heavy grinned as he continued to shoot at the machines. They had actually managed to clear out a large portion of the enemy line. well at least on the side they were in. His fireing was unrelenting as he stepped forward some more getting even closer.
Maverick felt a hot burning something burn through him "What the ********!" he growled as he noticed one of the machines had managed to slash at him pretty deeply. He placed the circle on it causing it to fly up . "dam..." he said as he fell back a bit.

((Sorry for the lack in posts. Holiday to being thrust back into school and all that. lol))
"You need to calm down Luki." Toph told him as she walked forward into the hallway. Since she didn't sense any danger at the moment, she deduced that it must be safe to be exposed at the moment. But at the exact second, a machine crashed its way through the wall of the bedroom the two of them shared. "Holy Crap!" She screamed as she was shoved forward from the force of the impact against the far wall across the hallway. She hissed slightly, since some rubble had crashed against her back, hurting her spine enough to cause her to fall down slightly. "Ugh, Luki! Are you okay?!" She exclaimed, her voice clearly strained as she used her powers to shove the machine back through the wall it came in, trying to sense where her friend was and in what condition he was in at the moment.
Nuriko was in a pair of pants and a kimono top as he fought, hopping onto a machine's shoulders before he gave it a crushing blow to the top of its head. Its entire body was split in two when he landed, sparks flying and electronics spewing from all over. He panted slightly as he wiped some sweat from his brow before he moved forward, continuing to fight off the machine menace.
Collette touched a hand to her crystal pendant, activating her powers, which caused a blue glow to eminate from her hands. She quickly turned on her heel and created a shield, right when a machine was about to slice her in half with a large blade. Gritting her teeth slightly, she pushed back on the machine with one hand while the other created a large sword, slicing the machine in half before it had a chance to do the same for her. But as soon as she did, she saw one of her commrades fall back slightly because he was injured. "Hey, take it easy," She began as she ran over to him, steadying him slightly. "Are you okay? Do you need medical attention?" She asked him as she created another shield with one hand, blocking more machines from hurting him any further. With a keen eye, she inspected his wound, tilting her head to the side as she awaited an answer from him.
Tomoe nodded to Alexander as she sheathed her sword with a smirk. "We'd better go," She began as her ears flicked back and forth quickly. "Seems like the battle has already begun. And don't worry, the kids are safe. They're hidden with my mother. That's all you really need t know." She then took him by the hand before she made a quick handsign, which teleported them to where everyone else was at that moment. She immediately moved to the left, dodging a shot narrowly. "Woah, this is pretty heated." She mused as she usheathed her sword, blocking and diverting a few more shots that were sent her way.
Yuzuki didn't really have time to be able to respond to Raidou at the moment because of the vast numbers of robotic beings and machines that were quickly approaching. She quickly turned on her heel and deployed a shield from her hand to block the oncoming lasers from hurting the two. She then furrowed her brows as the shield quickly transformed into a powerful arm cannon. She quickly aimed it at a few machines and fired. A large plasma beam shot out from the barrel and created a large hole in the group that was fast approaching. "Raidou, we need to be quick and regroup with everybody else." She told him as she fired another blast, backing up towards him, looking even more serious than she had before. She was analyzing the inner complexities of these machines, trying to figure out where their weak spot could be.

Alexander nodded as he pulled out his weapon. "What do you think babe? easy kills?..." he asked her as he made a slash at one of the machines. His sword bounced off the extremely hard metals. "Well... thats not good" he said to himself mostly.
Maverick looked over to the girl. Who was she? He had never seen her before.. but seeing as how all that had managed to escape the city were now fighting along side them, it wasnt unusual to see a new face. "Uh... yea. its my arm... sorry to like keep you from battle like this.. i was careless" he told her as he pulled out a few more alchemy circles.

"Don't worry about it. You're not keeping me from alot. Just Shodan's control on those JackBots." Collette told him with a half smile as she took the headband that she wore and quickly fashioned it around his wound as a make-shift bandage until he could seek medical attention. It was good enough to just stop the bleeding, and right now, that's exactly what he could've needed at the moment. "I'm Collette by the way." She told him before she let go of him to have the energy surrounding her hands to be stretched out and formed into a large hand, crushing a few of the machines underneath.
"Well, yeah 'that's not good' babe," Tomoe told him quickly before her sword met the blades of another machine. "They were produced by Jack, they're meant to take on the more formidable of opponents, like us." She said before she shoved the machine back with her demonic strength before engaging another.

((its ok dragon. hey you came back in time for the big storyline =D ))
Alexander nodded. "looks like we will just have to out smart the ones we cant beat" he said as he got in between two of the bots, jumping out of the way as they fired on eachother. "HA!" he laughed. "who would of thought that would of actually worked" he smirked before thinking a bit. "Hmmm im ganna see if i can get this gun here to work. it seems to still be attached to the battery. he said as he picked up the arm of the machine and started fiddling with it a bit. Good thing Oomizu tried to teach him some of that stuff. He wasnt as good at it but hey he could still hold his own.
Maverick nodded "Maverick pleased to meet you." he said as he lifted her and turned her out of the way of a incomming machine, setting her down where he was standing and spining low before sticking a circle the machine that was attacking her from behind. "These things are annoying. and we still gotta break through them to try to save the people inside the city. i just hope its not to late for most of them"

Raidou was in shock at the lasers about to hit them. Though Yuzuki's power was also shocking to him. He looked ahead into the machines that were fast approaching them. Yuzuki did some damage to the group but their was just to many of them. "Y-Yeah, let's go." He said nervously, unable to hide his fear. "I couldn't do anything to stop that last monster a while back. How the hell am I going to stop this?" His thoughts raced on how he was going to survive. Unlike Yuzuki, or Souji, he didn't have any kind of abilities of his own. All he had was his demons, and they didn't seem to help much so far in his coming here.

((In which, Medic finally discovers his special power))
It took a little bit before the Medic realized that the charge should have been over by then. Yet there they still were, looking like metallic monsters, still invulnerable to everything coming their way. He looked, and yes, the gauge still was going down; just at a much slower rate than usual. This would be something he would have to investigate later. For now, all it meant was that they were unstoppable!
((And I'll wait for kiki to post before I go and do anything else.))

Picking off the robot soldiers one by one, Soap kept his demeanor nice and cool as he kept picking off the robot citizens. He used his anger used from Neru's insult to motivate his shooting skills. However, his Barrett was only doing minimal damage to them. So, pulling out his Javelin missle launcher, he fired a missle into the air, causing it to rain down on the army and cause a large dent. The insignia of the tactical nuke was still fresh on his PDA, waiting for his final approval.
Joseph heard the thumping get louder, and a gurgled roar was heard behind them. When Joseph turned around, he saw a large giant that must have been assembled by a young mind. It's left arm was nothing more then a bunch of muck, with the end formed into a sphere for bashing, while the other was just a flat log. Joseph was just able to jump out of the way as it tried to crush him with the left arm
((Man, I am SO glad I've got a few days off. After a bad snowstorm one day, me being robbed the next. I can't wait to get home! sweatdrop ))

((Sory it took so long. I couldn't think of anything to post. >_< ))
Hiruko had begun watching the clock when Spy said the charge only lasted a short amount of time to guess about how much time was left before the robots would be able to advance again. As 8 seconds hit, Hirko looked up to see it was still activated. He looked down once more. 10. 11. 12. He glanced up and the charge was still activated. "Seems the little doctor has found a way to make that 'charge' of his last longer. That could be very helpful on our part..." By their part, he meant not needing to get involved.
Luki instantly moved to block Toph when the machine smashed through the wall. He made sure to stand in the door way and gripped tightly to prevent himself from moving before he instantly began to shoot at the machine with his machine gun to make sure it wouldn't come after them. He calmed down once he saw it was no longer working and watch Toph move it with her abilities. This gave him a chance to feel he had gained some damage and was bleeding a little, but he was still capable of fighting. He heard the strain in her voice and was instantly by her side and lifting her up to carry her bridal style just far enough from the debree where he could set her on her feet. "I am fine. What about you, Toph-chan? Were you injured? We should still get you to the shelter, just in case. It is not safe to be away from the others."
Scout quickly reloaded and continued shooting at the robots. It took him a moment to realize it, but then he shouted out in a little bit of excitement, "Doc! The Charge is still up! I can't believe it! How'd ya get it to last this long?" Well, forget the hows and whys. Just seeing that Uber Charge lasting longer than usual certainly made Scout feel a little safer (even though it wasn't like the doctor would ever use the uber on him).
Soldier heard Scout saying the Uber was still woring and looked for himself. He slowly grinned in glee and began laughing. "HAHA! There is hope yet for a victory! I can already smell the defeat coming from their side!" He shot off more rockets at the robots in the hopes to aide the damage being done.
Neru began running back to where Haku was with the box of ammo and dropped it next to her silver-haired friend. Just in time, too. It appeared Haku had already finished off what ammo had been there just in the time Neru had left. She lifted a gun and looked through the scope to view the damage done. "Damn! All of that, and there's still so many? Well, at least that fat pervert and the scrawny guy seem to be causing some damage. They better hurry up!" Neru lowered her gun and began reloading it before she started shooting at more of the robots.
Haku looked as Neru dropped the box and quickly pulled out bullets to go into her riffle. She looked to what Neru was talking about (Heavy and Medic), and nodded lightly to her comment. "They have done very well whil you were gone..." She picked off a few headed towards Maverick and some woman she had never seen before before she scoped the group once more to check on all who wre there. "I am worried about Luki and Meiko... I have not seen Meiko at all today, and Luki disappeared... Lui said Gakupo was in a cell of the teleporter room, so he i safe since he is one of the robt at the moment.... Although, I am worried for him, too..." She knew Neru probably wasn't listening and didn't care if she was, so she just went back to shooting.
Meiko opened her eyes and looked around. This was odd. She was sure they would have died, but she ddn't feel dead... What was dead again? Oh well. She could ask later. For now, she was just confused. "Say, are we the only two here?"

((So you can play video games from an early hour and get more time in than if you had slept longer?)) "Helpful for us," Spy agreed, not exactly looking too thrilled with the situation. "Not so much for my team back in my world..." True, it was keeping him alive now, but what if the Medic was still able to hold a charge out like that when they returned? He would definitely need to do something about that man..."I am zhe Übermensch!" Medic shouted, rather than answering his teammate's question. Like he had told himself, he would worry about what made this happen after the battle.((And I'm being lazy, and unlike Kiki actually do have class tomorrow, so I'mma just say here that Jack is flying around and shooting at things. Because he can. Night!))

Toph allowed Luki to lift her up into a bridal carry before they darted down the hall. "I-I'm fine, Luki. Just a bit shaken, but I'm okay. But these things, they're everywhere!" She exclaimed her vacant, grey eyed looking about, almost as if in a daze, as she used her special sight powers to track most of the Jackbots that were in the area. The ones that were airborne though, she couldn't tell. She could only locate those who were using the earth as transport, that much was certain. "My goddess, what on earth is happening Luki? I'm so confused, why are these... these machines attacking everyone!?" She asked him, almost hysterical as she braced herself against the wall beside her, biting her bottom lip lightly. Since she was separate from the group, and in her room, for most of the time since she was last out.
Yuzuki turned back to him while she continued to run towards the rest of the group while they were still partially stationed at the city hall. But she soon skidded to a halt when she picked up a few beings on her sensor, screaming from a building that seemed on the edge of collapse. "Raidou! There's people in here that we need to help!" She called to him before she ran into the building without even forethought. She quickly began to scale the stairs before she was rattled a bit from a laser to the back, causing her to fall. Even though pain didn't unsettle her much, the laser did alot of internal damage to her harddrive. But that didn't stop her for long, after her freeze was over, she saw the bot pick her up and throw her against the concrete wall, her busting through it easily. She was made of much tougher materials. She struggled to get up for a moment, but as soon as she did, she created a machine gun out of her arm, firing it quickly, to keep it at bay until she could destroy it, before it called for reinforcements.
While Alexander was fiddling with one of the bots' guns, Tomoe made it a priority that she would protect him at all costs. She growled unde her breath as a bot shoved her down and tried to clamp a hancuff on her wrist, to subdue her, but she quickly began to struggle before ultimately dragging the bot along with her, smashing her against the ground before smashing it again to the other side of her. She did this repeatedly until it was smashed into pieces. Once it became unoperational, Tomoe ran towards the bot, ripping off the cuff from her wrist. But as she did so, it snagged on her skin, slicing into her wrist enough to draw blood. But it was nothing that her demonic healing powers couldn't handle. "These synthetic monsters need to calm down soon! Or this is going to get deadly!" She cried before she ran backwards into a wall. Gasping slightly, she quickly ducked out of the way as a bot tried to punch her head in.
Collette allowed him to scoop her up and move her out of harm's way up until she was safe enough from the machines to stand on her own two feet. As he confronted the robot that was going to attack her from behind. "Thank you." She said quickly as she moved to the side and dispelled a few bots with a blue wave of energy before she turned back towards Maverick. "Oh yes, I believe you're right. If we don't help these citizens quickly, the casualties will be through the roof." She then turned around quickly before she blocked another attack with a shild that she created out of thin air.

"Yuzuki!" Raidou yelled as she saw her thrown through the wall. He looked back to the building that she was trying to save the people of the city from. Raidou ran into the building, heading up the stairs. Yuzuki was keeping the machine busy, so their was a chance for him to get to where the people were. Once there, he looked to see that the ceiling was about to give way. He quickly pulled a tube from his pocket and summoned Thor to hold up the rubble for a short time. Raidou gathered all the citizens he could find, he told Thor to take them from the building safely. The demon quickly scooped up the people in his arms and jumped through the crumbling wall. Raidou jumped from building as well, however, without a demon to help take the impact of the fall, he hit the ground hard. The citizens quickly left to find a safe place to hide, while Raidou recovered from his fall. He didn't seem to have broken anything.
