*She looked at him a little more interested now that he was talking and resumed her seat on the arm of the couch, facing him now.* "Yes I am always charming. . . . . . " *She said with mischeif clear in her eyes.* "Nice of you to notice. . . . So where did you say you traveled from Sir?"

She lays back and stretches along the floor, just listening to the conversation.

"The Sandmoon Territory. My territory." He said, removing his unsheathed blade from his shoulder and dropping it into his lap. "It's further away then I'd expected. This trip wasn't the funnest either. Silence is boring after too long." His eye flickered, staring at the woman near him with neutral emotion.

*On pure impulse Mercy dove off the couch and landed on a Domi playfully. Giggling she rolled over so she was ontop of or hurting her and sat on her knees.*

"Acccck!!!! I have been attacked by a Mercy!! Whatever shall I do?!" She brings the back of her hand to her forehead and sighs dramatically, before looking at the smaller woman and growling playfully. "Happy?"

Genesis stared with a bit of silence, but then simply leaned his head back, closing his tired eyes with a sigh.

"That I am!" *She giggled and reached up grabbing the bag of cookies and taking one out popped it in Domi's mouth with a smile.* "So you have no companions?" *She tilted her head as she looked up at him.*

"None that I'd care to have come with me. Most of them are the shady assassin types that would kill before they'd speak. They're useful political tools to keep a territory in line." He shrugged, looking down at the woman once more.

"Lonely? I suppose sometimes yes. But I'll live. For the moment anyways. Being the head of a clan where the next leader gets chosen by killing the previous one tends to get out of hand... Once had four leaders in the same month." He chuckled to himself at the thought of it. The strong ruled the clan after all. Although intelligence didn't hurt when finding good ways to kill a leader.

*Mercy growled when he didn't accept her cookie so then stuck it in her own mouth.* "It's never nice to be lonely. . . . . And so what would be the benefits of an alliance between the clans?" *It was obvious her mind never strayed far from a task at ahand, only deiverted a bit.*

"That's no joke. Have to sleep with one eye open otherwise someone else might take your place. But I hope to change that by adopting into my Family those souls that would care to join." He nodded and scratched his chin slightly with his armored hand.
"And an alliance would best help both our clans avoid any sort of war. As well as offer protection to one another. I know of this clan's history of enemies."
