Ace Teh Impure I gotsa my popcorn, but i made waaaaayyyyy too much..... anyone wanna come over and help me eat it????? to put things into perspective, i have about 3 microwave popcorn bags worth of popcorn to eat.... That's a lot of extra tasty popcorn! Count me in!

Don't you sort of have to be 13 to read what's on Gaia anyway. lol

It was his 21st Bday today, so we played a Tourney of games, with 5 rounds, each round consisting of 3 matches: Round One: Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 2----------------Winner: Me Round Two: DBZ Budokai Tenkaiichi 2--------------Winner: Him Round Three: Need For Speed: Underground-------Winner: Him Round Four: Halo 2------------------------------------Winner: Me Round Five: Mario Kart: Double Dash---------------Winner: Me His brother and nephew were also playing, but they're not as good as us.me and him play video games against each other almost every day or so, so we pretty much know everything that the other is going to do. it makes for a funny game to watch. And i feel as if i am going to hurl, i have eaten about 2/3 of it so far.

okay, King and I were commenting on how fast this thread moves and how he wants to start a thread for newcomers that would be able to move a bit slower and could be kept up with. (gee, we have all sooo heard that one before!)
Anyway it got me thinking and I started going back into the archives and gathering numbers.
The guild as a whole was started on Nov 2, 2004.
Someone got a chat thread going for the first time on April 3, 2005.
Now it got off to a slow start but hung in there and claimed page 100 19 1/2 months later on Nov 29, 2006.
Now the best I can guess is that the guild had a HUGE population explosion about then and page 200 got claimed just 2 months later on Jan 31, 2007. (which is around the time I joined it)
Now something lit us all on fire and just 27 days later we had done another 300 pages and claimed 500 on Feb 27, 2007.
By then the momentum was going and in just 19 days we had done another 300 pages.
Things slowed down for a bit and it took 14 days to do another 200 pages and 1000 was claimed on 3-31-07.
Kiss closed the thread on 4-13-07 to a resounding page count of 1138 pages.
Then we did the Anniversary party weekend and in just 72 hours covered 68 pages. That weekend was amazingly fun.
Now we have a new thread. It was started on April 16, 2007 and in just 5 days covered its first 100 pages. We hit a lull and took until June 1 to get to page 300. And now tonight in just 2 1/2 months we have hit page 600.
WOW!!! eek I guess that means we like each other huh?!!!
