Its probley about the activity thing she tried to do. I belive she was throwing around the power to demote Kage's when she didn't have it...

little mintchan _Manpish_ well ill have Hana head that way then...
umm... thats easy. just make the image a rollover image and add a link in its code... but then again ive never used that program before... but if you use Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 then you can do it with ease... i ment the original way liek this >_>;;
