"Yes, I am familiar with that phrase." she said softly in reply. With the touch of his hand on her shoulder, she sat up and looked at him. She were silent for a moment before blurting out; "I miss my master. Your wings make me pine to see brijtskular again."

David embraced Ziven, trying to comfort her. "Brijtskular you said? I knew her Rider, he was a good man. How is he, have you heard from him lately?"

Though she did not savor the idea of cozying up to David, she gratefully rested against him, appreciating that he cared enough to comfort her. Though she found his next words curious, she did not have the strength to feel upset or question it, instead choosing to go along with it, remaining curled up against his side. "My master has been to many lands and known many people."

""Yes, I know, I used to travel with him a long time ago." He trembled and looked around. "Ziven, although I woulden'r mind reminicing here with you, I must take my leave. I'm sorry." He stood up and walked to the door. He opened it and rushed through, dissapearing into the night.

Feeling him tremble troubled her. However a moment later, he announced his need to leave. Nodding her head, she accepted that he had to go, though wished he could remain because she did not wish to be alone. "Thank you, David. Take care of yourself."
Looking around the room quick, she tucked her legs under herself and brought out her book to read again.

A pair of deep set crimson red eyes opened within the darkness of the main room's raftor beams. Yawgmoth had awoken. The dark king silently crept along the beams of above trying not to make a noise. Even his ten percent compacity output had been reduced to hide himself from view. He poked around seeing who was around and found Ziven reading a book on the couch. Yawgmoth, being rather bored, decided to mess with her. He leaned himself over the raftors at just the right angle before his body melted down into the thick black liquid she was familiar with. And it started to drip from above. Pouring down on the pages of her book, spilling into her lap. As if there were a kettle above pouring Yawgmoth's liquidized form down onto her.

At first, she thought the roof had sprung a leek. However, it was not raining so that was clearly not the case. Drip, drip on the pages of her book, taking the familiar form of black liquid. With a small grin, she prodded the liquid with her finger. "I do not wish to know what part of you I just prodded, but I must give you props for flare on entrance."

The liquid in her lap half solidified into a face with crimson eyes that coughed a little before speaking "We try to keep them entertaining and my my look where we are. Closer to our goal than ever before we must say" the eyes darted around looking around her lap before all of the liquid pulled away from her leaving her clothes and book clean and spotless as it gathered into a large pool in front of her towering up to form Yawgmoth who cracked his neck a little. "That is what part you poked we guess." he said rubbing the back of his neck lightly. His tail flicked around behind him swaying back and forth with enough force to cause the wind from it to blow a page or two of her book over. "You look as bored as we are"

"Bored .. lonely .. all the same." she nodded and inhaled deeply. With a sharp snap, she shut the book which then disappeared back in to her pocket. With a grin, she looked up at him, thinking of lyrics she had once heard. "All I can do is read a book to stay awake, it rips my life away but its a great escape."

"So is ********>" Yawgmoth said bluntly. "You can tell which one we prefer over the other" Yawgmoth stuck his forked tongue out at her and retracted it just so. As the last bit of his serpentine appendage slipped past his lips they cocked into a delightfully evil grin. "And we can tell very very easily which one you prefer. Say. We are curious, enlighten us" Yawgmoth said dragging a barstool over with his tail and plopping upon it. "It has come to our curiosity, are you a pure virgin. You know. Never done ANYTHING. or are you just a technical one..you know. Never done the thing that matters but have dabbled a little in other things." Yawgmoth said scratching his chin. "So many definitions of 'virgin' these days. Inquiring minds, wish to know." He said flatly and boredly

She stared at him for a moment, still smiling just a bit. Though she did not truly wish to give these details, she had nothing better to do, and went with it. "As far as I know ... I have been kissed on the hands and forehead. My lips have touched those of another only to assist in helping save their life. Rarely does anyone touch or hold me on friendly terms let alone that which would lead to .. mating." she finished awkwardly, trying to use his own terms for this

"So nothing huh? Wow have you ever missed out on some fun activities little girl" Yawgmoth said with a snicker standing up. His tail kicked the stool back under the bar and he headed behind it to fondle around for something to drink. "We will never understand your life choices, and we do not pretend to. Maybe one day we'll just cop a feel somewhere and watch how red you turn. Or how angry you get. Either way its more ******** amusing than sitting around this hell hole with nothing to do but watch the insects skitter around and play" he said ducking behind the bar. A few snipits of his red hair could be seen above the counter top since he was so tall but otherwise he had 'vanished' under it to look for something.

"I know." she said simply. Standing, she started wandering aimlessly. She did not truly wish to wander closer to him but did not wish to leave either. She thought about what she wanted to say for a moment before expressing her thoughts. "I would like to find someone, just .. I have no idea who. I know everyone thinks that I am so naive, so slow, so .. incapable of these things. Truth is I will share all these things with someone, some day. Yes, I do desire such things, but I am selective about who I would share such things with. Just as males are selective about whom they would wish to be with. Twisted fate it is, knowing that there are many layers of being in a relationship that I desire yet I am only able to seem to find persons such as yourself that desire only part of what I seek."

"It is because you humans overcomplicate mating to a large degree. There's all this.....'feeling' stuff in there. Our policy is to hell with that s**t, we do it, because of how it feels. And because, it is embedded in every living creature's brain to do so. We like to think we are following what nature intended." Yawgmoth said rising up with a large bottle that held a dark red liquid within it. He bit the cork and pulled it off before taking a long sip of the bottle. "Perfect" He said leaning against the countertop as Alley came in. "Never heard of a one night stand we suppose. Try it. We enjoy the idea, as it forgoes everything about feelings and relationships and two people are having sex just to have sex and nothing more. Just, following nature. You want too much out of one act we expect. But preference is preference. We just feel a tiny tiny bit sorry now knowing we're going to take that ideal away from you soon"
