And now to go into worry mode T____T
Pete went to the ER this afternoon. He seriously felt he swallowed a metal shard from a coke can and says he felt it move down his throat. So he's gone to get an x-ray, and a possible endoscope, at Landsthul. And what sucks is I can't be with him since he was at work and had the car. Granted if they do the endoscope on him, they'll have to knock him out and he will NOT be able to drive home by any means for at least 24 hours.
To top all this off, the middle Tennessee area, the place I grew up and where all my parents live, has been having horrible flooding for the past few days. I called my mother and step dad yesterday and they can't get to their jobs due to this. My sister has been calling our dad for days and can't get ahold of him. Normally one of us would just drive out to see him, but that is seriously not an option since the town square was flooded up to the top of the door frames of the surrounding buildings...My dad only lives about a block or two away from that same square...
