3.14 I am so dumb. I bought these cards today that I planned on giving my parents before I go...and I didn't grab envelopes... Also, WTF? gonk Why is decent trash pick up so freaking hard? So my last company a) was rude to my mother when she went to make a payment on my behalf, b) was consistently rude on the phone, c) liked to leave some of the trash in my wheeler when they picked up, and d) lost my payment. So I switch to a more expensive company that puts an emphasis on customer service. They tell me my wheeler will be delivered Friday. This afternoon I call them to inquire as to why I still don't have a wheeler. So they put a note in the computer to find out what went wrong, and tell me I'll get it delivered today. They're closed now and still no wheeler. I'm freaking calling to cancel tomorrow, but WTF? I'll just keep going through the damn list in the phone book. confused

It seems a fair middle ground.
