*She went to the bathroom with her wet shirt and jacket and hung them over the rail. As she reappeared in the room, she noticed his emotions were confused, but she said nothing till the other lycan left. She also picked up on something he said.*

She met him as a hunter then had a go at him a while ago for his attitudes against lycans and such... XP

((Aah...yes. I figured it had something to do with that. After all, he did attack Mia out of the blue, which was her reason for attacking him. Now though she has come to understand him some. xp ))

Mia walked the streets, really trying to remember where the pizza shop was at. She sniffed the cold air hoping to pick up a scent from Quinn, but got nothing. She roamed aimlessly thinking some streets looked very familiar. Then she found the pizza shop. She walked over, thankful to see that it was open, and stepped inside, although, she didn't see Quinn anywhere. She walked over to a booth and took a seat, not ordering anything as she didn't have any money.

Gaijin stands up and slips his hands into his pockets. Now that he's not wearing his jacket, the places where his arsenal is kept is clearly shown, though all his weapons save the two pistols behind the small of his back is on the desk. Is that so? He looks towards her and smiles a bit. That attitude is one reason for my confusion. I wonder why suddenly people are paying me attention. I'm only a simple Hunter after all. Nothing special. Another is that I'm confused about some feelings of mine. How I feel about Tsunami, how I feel about you. That kinda thing.

He smiles at her again, shaking his head and chuckling softly. Strange. I would never have figured you for the type that would want to hear anything I had to say. After all, it was only a week ago that you would have killed me given the chance. How things change in that respect. But you know, I don't much mind this change. For now, all I can tell you is that having you to talk to yesterday, seeing you enjoying the simplest thigns such as rain... it was somwhat attractive.

He sat down on the bed beside her and gave her a shrug. Don't worry about it. I've long since forgiven you for that. You've proven yourself to be useful. And on top of that, I'm learning slowly that you're kind, intelligent, and more than capable. All good qualities in my book. And yeah, you're right on that. Sometimes, the simplest things are the nicest. He reaches over and lifts her chin to look at him. Like sitting and talking with you in the rain yesterday.

Gaijin smiled a bit and shrugged. Well, I like the rain myself. It's just something about getting wet in the rain that feels nice. And having good company was nice too. I don't often find company that's willing to make repeat visits. Of course, I also don't find many Elders who take kindly to a Hunter with a different point of view... He smiles as he blushes, leaning in and kissing her cheek. Embarrassed?
