Sam gave an excited smile before he dug into the ice cream, not even stopping for the intense brainfreeze he felt.

Yuki was trying to hold in her laugh but couldn't. She burst out laughing and tried to talk."Yu're gonna get brain freeze if you keep that up, Sam."

It was too late; he was already making a puckered up face, one of his eyes shut and his lips sucked in. "Nnnnn!" he looked so silly.

She giggled. "Hold on a sec." she walked into the kitchen and came back with a warm wet dish towel. She tied it around his forehead to warm it up. "That should do it. Pace yourself or your face might get stuck that way." she reminded. She gave him a little hug then heard a 'ding' come from the kitchen. She got up and went to the kitchen, only to return with a cookie for Sam. "Here." she sat it next to the ice cream dish. "You'll like it. It's an old recipe that my mother used to make..... well..... when she was around. I got that letter about a month ago though, so I'm fine." she giggled again. She thought Sam was pretty cute when he acted like a stubborn five-year-old child who didn't listen when you warned them. The thought made her giggle again.

Samuel blinked and the towel fell down so that it was covering his eyes, his face a bit red from embarrassment. "H-hmm.." he could smell the cookie, but he couldn't see it. His slender fingers blindly groped for it, but he couldn't seem to find it.

After what seemed like an eternity, Rina lifted her head and rolled over onto her back. Her hand picked up her cruddy cell phone again, looking at the time. "..10:13," she mumbled. It should be free if she called anyone right now. Rina flipped open the phone, punching the buttons to her contacts, and since there were only 3 contacts on the list, it wasn't hard to find Yuki's name. She pressed Send, sending out the call, and pressed the phone to her ear, listening to the calling tone.

She giggled again and picked the cookie up. She grapped his hand and closed it on the cookie. Then her phone rang. "Whop could that be?" She went and answered the phone. "Riverside Cafe` This is Yuki speaking how my I help you?" she asked in her work tone.

Samuel's slender fingers wrapped around the cookie and he gave an appreciative smile before happily chomping down on it.

Yuki confused, Set the phone to speaker phone for if the caller was ther and said "Hello?" again before sitting down next to Sam.

Rina almost sighed when she heard Yuki's voice. "Hey, Yuki. I was wondering, do you mind if I went over to your cafe sometime to try out some of your famous desserts? It's been a while since I've eaten anything sweet."

Yuki walked over to Sam and took out a safty pin and pinned the warm cloth to his forehead so he could see. She sighed. "You need to sleep with braids in or something. I would like to do your hair sometime." she said so only Sam could hear.

Samuel blushed slightly when Yuki pinned the cloth up and blinked a few times as his eyes adjusted. "A-ahh..." he thought for a moment before hesitantly speaking in his soft and shy voice. "W-would you l-like to n-now..?" he asked tentively.
