Well I had finished the Blood Pact novel a while ago.
It was an interesting different kind of take but all in all it felt too short. Like there wasn't enough meat and potatoes in it. Oh well, next one should be good.
I'm curious when the next Ultramarines novel is coming out. I'd like to see what McNeil has planned next for Capt. Ventris.

Next in line is the Chapter's Due, hardback release slate for June alongside the paperback of Courage and Honour.
No new Gaunt this year thankfully. We do get the Lost arc omnibus and paperback Blood Pact.
Other than that, too many new Space Marine novels but a good pile of Fantasy novels, if you like the Empire you'll like Death & Dishonour, Call to Arms, Sword of Justice, Grimblades, Warrior Priest or God King.
There are some Guard novels, such as a new Cain omnibus, a new Cain novel, a IG novel called Redemption Corps which is obviously about the Penal Legions and Dead Men Walking, about Krieg Guardsmen.
Come March things are going to get really good.

That Kriegs one interests me. I have a kind of love hate relationship for those creepy guardsmen.
An glad about the new Ultramarines novel also. By the way, how do you find all of this info out?

The cover art is very consistent between series, which is good I guess. The Prospero Burns cover really screams "We are here to ******** YOU up" to me. And Shira looks a bit like Winnie, if you take away her bubbly cuteness and scar her mentally and physically. sweatdrop

That would be a crook that he is holding, not a walking stick. It is usually shown along side the flail as carried by Pharaohs. The flail represents the responsibility of the Pharaoh to provide food for his subjects, while the crook, a tool for the keeping of flocks, represents the task beset upon the Pharaoh as shepherd of his people.

Hehe, I thought the guy in the foreground was the Demoman from TF2 at first glance. Silly me. Do you think that maybe the book Henry Zou has coming out in December is going to be maybe another book for his Inquisitor, or is it going to be about the Blood Gorgons from their point of view. (If so I hope it is as good as Storm of Iron, that was a great novel.) Edit: What about Ravens Flight, you missed that on purpose? Or just a simple mistake?

Raven's Flight is an audio book.
As for the other Bastion War books, I think the author mentioned that the other instalments would follow other people and factions. Flesh and Iron seems to be the introduction to the Ironclad and Blood Gorgons would be about the said traitorous legionnaires.

I'd only get that audio book if it was Leonard Nimoy reading it to me.. Just the whole thing, was him reading to me.
That would be lovely.

I'd like to listen to Charlie Brooker doing one, with optional commentary.

Yeah, I was just saying, it does look like a nicely painted walking stick that's all.

You know, that is Ahriman standing there in the foreground. He's a bit upset over the sudden and uncalled for invasion of Prospero.

The trailer states that it will be played straight as two loyal legions fighting each other, not the Imperium prosecuting traitors. But hasn't it always been like this? Magnus just wanted to warn the Emperor and in doing so, used powerful sorcery against the wishes of the Emperor.
Though it is a tragic story, I still can't help but root for the Space Wolves. Their cover art is so dramatic.
