I give it a 7/10
Get rid of the ball and chain cuz last I checked, it doesn't really work with the wings. Also, try to get a little more white down by your legs.

6/10. That's not meant to be harsh, but I don't find it particularly eye-catching. It think the reason is that there's too much white, but aside from that...The single random splash of a dark colour on an all-white avi makes it look really off-balance. I'd reccomend adding in another colour, to complement the white colour scheme you have going.
But I think it's a great start to an awesome avi ^^
