Crystal felt the returning message of Holly and returned it to Dream. Her mind was starting to grow tired of all the simultanious communication, hopefully things would stop soon.

Dream heard the message, and decided that it would be better to speak face to face. Crystal was getting tired, he could feel it through the connection. So he sent one more message, coupled with telepathic energy. It wasn't healing by any means, but it would give her a bit more energy to spare. Crystal would absorb the energy, and then send the message on. Hello, Holly. Can you find us? It'd be better to talk normally, the telepathy is starting to tire my faithful companion Crystal.

In response, Holly searched out for Dream's aura again and nodded to herself. She quickly found him and alighted down beside him.
"Okay, I'm here. What do you need me to do?" she asked, an expression of curiousity on her face.

He smiled when he saw Holly. He hadn't known Holly for very long, but she already seemed like one of the nicer of the bunch. She didn't deserve this. "Nice to see you, Holly. Actually, I think we all might be doing something in a moment." He looked at Violet, hoping her newfound kindness might stop a confrontation between her and Holly. There was already enough problems in the world without another conflict. "Did you get Crystal's message? Should we go?"

Holly thought for a moment. "The only messages I seem to remember are the one I just received and another about making sure I stayed back. Could I ask where we're going to?"

He nodded. "Apparently, the darkish angel Liam has managed to release the darkness in himself, which now has the possibility to do some kind of damage to the others. I assume that light is the best weapon against it, and therefore it's mainly my duty to end it. Unless you can wield light as well?"

"We go there, seek out the darkness, tell the others to back away, and blast the darkness into oblivion with a well placed and powerful blast of light. You can help us there, if you want. What exactly can you do?"
He sent a message to Crystal. Warn me when things start really getting serious, alright? I'll be right there. After this, you're done for a while, you can take a nice long rest.
He received the reply a second later. Alright, I will. And thanks, I'll look forward to it.

"Heat and light. The light will be what you need. Okay, here's the plan. We go there, I'm going to use my Star Rod to blast the darkness. It should be enough, but better safe and use as much light power as possible. So if you could blast it with light too, that'd be great. That's about it, really. Also, make sure you don't upset Violet." He winked at her. "She won't like it."

Holly hovered slightly as she waited for him to lead the way.

The faint murmer of people from afar caught Liam's sensitive ears, and with that the darkness caught it too. Before Holly and Dream could even get anywhere near, the darkness had creeped up on them, grabbing at their limbs and pulling them towards the ground.

He walked forward a bit, but stopped before they reached the area. "I'm going to wait for Crystal's signal before we move in. That way we don't interfere with whatever they may already be doing, we can take stock of the situation first, and we let the others get warmed up to the idea."
(OOC: The real reason is so that the rest of the people can catch up to the point in the RP we got to jsut now. Feel free to continue RPing in conversation though.)

He suddenly noticed the darkness tearing at himself, and instinctively drew his Star Rod. From it, he shot a blast of light at the darkness around him. It didn't hurt him, but the darkness creeping at him was obliterated instantly. He looked at Holly. "You alright?"

Holly blinked. A soft aura of white light had surrounded her. The darkness recoiled from her as if the light were pure pain to it. "I'm good. Would you like me to enshroud you in light as well? It doesn't take any energy to do."

He smiled at her. "I know." To prove it, he erected the same type of barrier around himself. Dream's light was a tad different from Holly's, a bit weaker, but it was a barrier nevertheless. "But good idea, though. Nice thinking."

"Heh. Guess I could treat you to some breakfast after this is all over..." Leila said to Haucon with a smirk. Her hair tore through a few more of the tendrils as she got closer and closer to Liam, her face stern with determination.
