*Sierra smiles softly at this, her expression softening as she pets him fondly. Shaking her head she sighs*
"It's okay Veil-kun... The guild is a network of shield's, charms, spells and all sorts. They've been built up around the guild since I settles here eons ago... This is something different than anything I've faced before I think... that it would un-nerve me so. Whatever it is... it cannot hide from my sight forever... I will know the shadow that darkens my doorstep and I will send it back to the abyss from whence it came."
*The elf's fists were clenched so tightly that her knuckles were whiter than the rest of her pale skin, her jaw set in a firm line of resolution as she stared ahead unseeing... or so it seemed. Really Sierra looked ahead through time and back, drawing on the strength of her experience to help guide her now.*

*moves his head softly in a nodding motion sensing her sudden tenseness and biting his lip slightly before reaching his hand up. His fingertips caressing her cheek softly, in an attempt to comfort and ease her mind and body if only for a few minutes.*
"Let it be for now, we will be ready for such a thing when the time comes. For now, relax and enjoy the company hun."
*His words whispered with an inhuman softness and comfort. His words were like silk that caressed her skin.*

*Sierra stiffens and then relaxes under his touch. Smiling she nods and rests her head on his shoulder still petting him. She let his words slide over her as her voice slid over most. Soft, warm, conforting. She does her best to banish the unpleasantries from her mind, but still the lurk in the dark corners of her consciousness. However, the elf and long since learned to deal with such feelings as she had faced them most of her life and smiling brightly she pressed on not letting it ruin the here and now.*

"there that's it hun, now tell me is there any tricks I can do for you? It's been a while since I used my power and well I need the practice... and if you could, I'd like to learn Void or Shadow magic if you know them..."
*He thought that she could use the distractions, and he did want to learn other types of magic but was always too enveloped in his own divine magics and well planely forgot about the others until this point*

*Her long pointed ears twitch at this and she smiles, something drak sliding behind her eyes as his question caused her to giggle inwardly. Did she, the Elven Oni Incarnate of Fire and Darkness/Shadow know Sahdow and Void magic? She had only been taught such things since she was a child... had only been perfecting her technique of these and all the elements for the thousands of years she had existed and long before she ever found herself transported to Gaia and far away from her elven homeland.*
"I would love to begin teaching you these magic's if that is your wish my pet... but the dawn presses us. We can start your studies of these arts tomorrow if you like?"
*Sierra watched him closely, never letting their eyes meet. Sometimes she wondered just how much he knew about his mistress and what she was.*

"Alright it sounds good, I am growing a bit tired as well... and I'm glad I found a good teacher to learn from."
*he giggled and sat up allowing her to move once more so that she may take her leave for bed if she wished*

*She giggles and pokes him in the forehead playfully but sternly, chiding him in a teasing mannor*
"Wipe that smirk of your face you brat... "
*Shaking her head she was tempted to stay where she was... She didn't want to go to sleep but her body demanded it of her, lately she'd been near collapse from exhaustion. She had to start taking care of herself and that meant sleeping despite her foul dreams and eating if nothing more than to fuel the vessel that was her body. She longed to stay where she sat and the hesitation to leave was noticeable... but finally she forces herself onto her feet. Petting Veil lovingly and gathering up her robes she heads for the door and her chambers.*
"Oyasumi gozaimasu Veil-kun. Sweet dreams..."
*The last she said almost sardonicaly as she grimaced and continued out into the hallway.*

Wakes up in a little ball on her cloud she looks around yawning. She uncurls stretching like a small cat as she rolls her tongue out of her mouth. "Finally able to get some sleep" she picks her shades up and puts them on and shakes her head pulling the hair back into a messy bun.
