“I have to get away” she thought, beginning to panic, “.........There has to be some place I can go...! I have to run....! I have to...” Deep in her thoughts, a limb caught her foot, causing her to plummet to the forest floor. She stayed lying on the floor……and slowly began to sob... “Mommy...!! Daddy......! Help me, please...!”

Lea's hand clenched tighter, her head swaying slightly as if she was trying to say no to something. "Help m-me...... S-sombody....." She mumered, her voice broken and choked with tears. Her body began to tremble horribly, her eyes squeezing tighter in fear.

...She remembered her mother’s face… She had a soft serenity that she adored...Her father...He was a powerful fighter, but with the most gentle heart anyone had ever known. ...They were her family.........her life.........Now her life was over...... But mommy wouldn’t want her to give up. Neither would daddy...... “I’ll never give up...!” She declared. Suddenly, the sound of shouting and battle cries rang over the forest. They were coming.

"N...No.... I won't........I won't l-let them.....take me....." Lea gasped out, a little louder than before, but still muted by terror...

((DRAMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. xd Sorry, had to add some comic releif for a second.))

She was running faster now, with such a speed she’d never known. She had to get away. She couldn’t let them catch her, she couldn’t be killed. It was getting louder now, almost deafening. They were gaining on her; she looked over her shoulder to see the bloodthirsty Echidnas smiling in rage at her. But this only made her run faster, try harder. She could almost imagine herself surviving this, growing up to be a strong, beautiful woman, confident and pure. Just like her mother…

Her dreams were crushed when she saw the dark wall of trees that hovered over her. She tried to claw her way through the forest digging her feeble claws into the bark of the titanic tree, but to no avail. Suddenly, she heard a kind, gentle voice call her name....
"Lea....wake up.... " It was......familiar......warm..... She looked around for it....calling meekly for whoever knew her... A single name echoed in her mind...a name that she had known...or....was to know...."B...Bullet...?"

But as she tried with all her might to remember, the Echidna’s dark shadow cast itself upon the wall that separated her from freedom… A cold sweat began to run down her flushed cheeks, soaking into her white fur. “Heh.......You’ve given us quite a run little girl...” the Echidna leader chuckled, walking towards her.

"N...No....Please.....! Please...!!" She sobbed, her voice quavering and quaking so much, only a small portion could truly be heard.


She was frozen, choked in fear. Everything inside her told her to run, run far away….but she couldn’t move…! “But now…” He said, stopping in front of her.
“ it’s time…”

"No......!" Lea whirled around to look at her exicutor, her eyes widened with fear. "To end it!” The Echidna shot his fist forward, darkness incasing everything around her. “Noooooooooooooooo!!!!! ”

"No!!" Lea shouted, shooting her head up.
Shaking horribly for a moment, she looked downwards at her hands, taking short, shallow gasps of air.... Then, she realized where she was....when she was.....and then...looked up to the face of Bullet..... Wide eyed and afraid, she knew not what to say.....but only...to stare into his eyes....

Lea looked at him in fear, until she felt his hand gently caress her cheek. She placed her hand on his, her eyes glowing with love and gratitude... But as she saw Bullet trying to strain himself to get up, she moved his hand from her cheek and placed it in both of her hands. "Hey now, hold on a second!" She said, almost a bit flustered. "Y....You shouldn't strain yourself right now... At least give it a little more time to heal." Looking at him in concern, she tilted her head to the side slightly.

"Worried about what? My safety? Nah. You know how I bounce back." Sickle reassured, not knowing exactly what she was on about, but he thought his guess probably was right. Looking around, he noticed Lea - who originally saw for a moment or two, had fled from sight. Confused, he turned to Kairi, who had been with her. "Where'd the other wolf go? I counted more people a second ago. And.. different people."

Super stopped him. "Sickle, She went to go check on Bullet. We beat the hell out of him.. again. For the second night."

"In a row? A glutton for punishment." Sickle smirked. He turned to Kairi, "You don't look hurt. Why didn't you tell me Moonshot attacked?" He asked, before something dawned on him. Turning to Super, he stomped over to him in anger, "Why the hell is that idiot in my apartment!?!?" He yelled.

Super shrugged. "'Cause leaving him in the street would kill him, and Lea is apparently dating him." He explained.

He turned to Kairi, looking tired. "What the hell happened?"

"We are dogs, Kai..." He muttered, smartly not telling her about the whole - him beating the ever-loving-hell out of Moonshot the Previous day. Although, that secret didn't last long.

"Well, it wasn't much of a fight, yes, because of the number you did on him yesterday." He said, before thinking it over. "I need to carry a watch - it could have been two days ago, for all I know." He admitted. Turning to Sparky, he was oblivious he let the 'secret' slip. To be fair, it wasn't not told long enough for it to be classified as a secret.

Sickle crossed his arms, glaring at Super.

Sickle frowned, turning to Kairi, "I know that." He explained. Perhpas Kai has forgotten the reason he hated Bullet so much, along with Super. While those two may have been the most laid back heroes that one could find, They have deep-seeded dislike and untrust for anyone who previously made attempts on their lives or each other's lives. "He tried to kill me, remember. I may be civil when need be, but I don't care for his well-being." He said coldly. Super knew this side all to well- they shared it. But as sort of an out-of-body experiance, Super reached out for Sickle to stop, putting a hand on his shoulder.

"Dude, I know what your feeling, but let's calm it down a notch. You got guests and pizza to attend to." He explained. Sickle turned to the food, and to Sparky and Kairi.

"Super, I'm letting you get away with this just this once- I haven't eaten for over twenty-four hours." He said simply, before reaching over for his wallet which lay on a nearby counter. He pulled out the money for the pizza and handed it to the others. "Thanks for the pizza." He said, taking it away from their grip. "Paper plates, please. Pizza grease is annoying on normal ones."

Slash raised his eyebrow in confusion, watching as the whole situtation insued. It took him almost the entire time for the word "dating" to really go through his system. He turned his head to the side slightly, a look of aggrivated amusment on his face.
"Um.....what did you say about someone dating my sister.....?" He said in an eerily calm voice.

The black and silver wolf stared back at Lea as she attempted to keep him from moving, and stopped. He knew that moving would be bad, the pain he could feel with every movement he made was proof enough.
"Only as long as your okay." Bullet said softly, almost looking away as he said it. He stilled seemed a bit edgey around the subject of being close to someone...having someone staying around him and caring about him--despite what he was and did.
"Are you okay now?" Bullet asked a second later, refering to the dream that Lea had been having.

Sparky stared between Super and Sickle as they talked amongst each other and Kairi. Blinking for a moment, Super had mentioned soemthing about two day ago and stared at him, before looking at his watch and sighing a bit. She figured he was talking about another job or something like that.
Sparky's mood only seem to drop as they got into the converstation about Bullet and Moonshot. And as if subconcious, she found herself staring towards the bathroom. She still cared about her brother...despite how much he and Moonshot frightened her at times...
