One of the most terrifying techniques that a ninja may encounter is the Kesei Kekkei of the Souma no Kou bloodline. It is an unsettling thought to have an opponent enter your body and slowly destroy you from the inside out. However, for those that master the bloodline they can use the same technique but reverse its effects, causing an ally to gain great power for a limited time. When the technique begins one of the twins sinks into an ally ninja’s body but empowers them instead of destroying them. For the duration the ally can choose one of two effects, the twin remains dormant and lends all their physical prowess to the ninja (causing their strength, defense, speed and taijustsu to stack with their hosts stats), or become active, in which case the host gains all the advantages of the Souma no Kou bloodline. This jutsu is deadly to the twin using it since it slowly eats away at their body. It is rarely used because of this reason.

The best spy is someone who doesn’t know they’re a spy; the same can be said about assassins. The Marionette technique of the Souma no Kou bloodline allows for this. Unknowingly one of the twins enters the opponents body and hides, the host remains completely unaware of the twins presence even while the twin has access to all the information around its host. At any point in time the twin can force the hosts mind into a repressed state and take complete control over their body, manipulating it at will. During this period the twin can do as they wish although after about a half hour of time they are forced out of the dominant position and the host regains control. To the host it seems like they simply blacked out for a period. If the host is aware of the twins presence and is unwilling to be repressed then the chakra cost quadruples to perform the action and can only last for fifteen minutes.

Both approvedbt with a couple stipulations: For the first one, it will also be harmful for the ally because of course you have to take into consideration basically the cells of one of the twins and the ally ar combining. This will cause of course the antibodies of each being to attack the cells of the intruding cells. A for the second jutsu the timeswill be transformed into posts. For 30 minutes it will 20 posts and for 15 minutes itwill be 10 posts.

Considered the next level progression of the taijutsu style Aftershocks. Delving back into the styles roots of pressure points and acupuncture the ninja’s hands can heal or harm at the proper touch. Molding their chakra at the fingertips the ninja creates an effective senbon formed of chakra. These needles can enter the bodies of opponents at any time they strike and remain for several hours before dissipating. The chakra needles do absolutely no physical damage to the opponent but it affects them as if it did for as long as they remain, that means that a well placed strike into the base of the spine leaves an opponent paralyzed.

Approved. But keep in mind that not everyone knows how pressure points and paralyzation works so when a senbon connects to a vital area please provide proof of what the afflicted area endures and what happens to the body.

A strangely unique style that allows a ninja to flow and dodge like the gentle breeze and strike like a gale. The movements of this style are very graceful and soft but as a result the ninja’s resilience to blows decreases (defense is cut in half) but the gliding motions drastically increase evasive ability. (speed is considered doubled but only for evasive maneuvers). The winds provide evasion but also offense. When an opening presents itself the ninja launches forward at an amazing speed seemingly suspended by a wind force as they blow past their opponent and quickly return out of their reach.

Type: Taijutsu Style

Chakra: 3 per spin
Considered the next level progression of the taijutsu style As the Wind. Emphasizing the evasive abilities of the style the ninja spins when blows come close to contact and kicks up wind around them in a small whirlwind. The result is that the blow glides off the ninja and moves them out of harms way ready for a counter.

Both approved but I am adding a stipulation or two to number one: In the event that your Whirlwind Evasion can not be executed, the opposing shinobi may counter attack in a way that could be harmful to you because your defense is cut in half when this move is excuted. And I am only allowing a double in speed for when you move in your gust of wind, otherwise you are at your normal speed.

I agree with that the first one even though the Whirlwinds Evasion is not originally accessable to individuals. I don't agree with the second one. If you are going to take a massive blow to your resilence capability for only being able to use one skill then it's hardly worth it, which is why the doubled speed is only added to evasive capabilities unless using the Burst effect, attacking or defending would be at normal speed as well as effective movement outside of evasions.

This is because the ninja actually projects chakra from their feet with each step to just barely lift them from the ground, this makes it so they travel farther faster but also prevents them from bracing against the ground against attacks. The winds provide evasion but also offense. When an opening presents itself the ninja launches forward at an amazing speed seemingly suspended by a wind force as they blow past their opponent and quickly return out of their reach.

The perfected form of the electric fists. Adding a few more handsigns the ninja charges their chakra into the electricity amplifies it to new levels. The ninjas hands disappear within bright blue crackling electricity that arcs in thousands of small bolts that touch whatever is closest. The electricity causes the ninjas body to speed up significantly and even though the blows become weaker the sheer intensity of the electricity can cause immense nerve damage and direct blows to the head are considered instantly lethal. Alternatively the ninja can choose to focus the arcs of electricity and force it into a bolt to strike up to ten meters away.
(Speed increases by 10 while active, Strength decreases by 10 while active)

The perfected form of the Rumbling Fists. Performing more handsigns and blending their chakra into the vibrations the ninja amplifies them until they emit a low pulse and become visible as a light grey haze. When the ninja strikes the vibrations are released in a thundering crash blasting out in an impact with a radius of 30 centimeters. The vibrations from this are incredibly dangerous, direct hits can shatter bones or hemorrhage organs. The ninja needs to take time to recharge the sound so their strikes come slower although this hardly matters.

THe Seeking kunai fly about at high speeds and create a harmonious hum as they do you cna see flashes of them moving. (I only use ti against opponents slower them me) The blades will then slash the opponent in to peices.

(If you have read the Sasori fight or seen it in the anime then you knwo what im talkign about)

THe Genjutsu places the person in a world that feels like its filled with holy energy but sounds of Tourture are heard all around as well as a think Haze that surrounds the person out of the haze walks an image of the puppet(s) appear form the Haze starts to attack the affected the actual puppet is then attackign In real life. But the illusionb is used to make it appear that the attack is comign form the front or the side when the attack is then brought in form the blind spot created whiel trying to block.

By drawing his own blood using Eimin, Yamanaki summons Mitsude Zetsumei, who was the original maker of Eimin along with the other Ley-Line weapons.
Zetsumei wields seven katanas in battle, one between each knuckle and the seventh clenched in his teeth. He was well-known in the past generations for inventing the 'Shichi no Inochizaigo' sword style. His physical skills far surpass Yamanaki's own.

Type: Ninjutsu

Yamanaki carves a Trinity Seal into the ground, standing in the center of it. Zetsumei will join him in the seal, then disintegrate into ashes; these ashes will then be absorbed into Yamanaki's body, the trinity seal forming on his forehead, granting Yamanaki a 100-point boost to his stats. Eimin will then transform into the seven blades.

He then throws the target high into the air, grabbing a blade and slashing them, repeating the process with each blade. Once he reaches the seventh blade, he stabs it into them, driving them into the ground, sealing them to the ground, the kanji for 'wrath' appearing on the ground beneath them. A powerful burst of chakra can break the seal, but the sword will not move by conventional means.
Once this jutsu is used, the Trinity Seal will dissipate, and Yamanaki's CP will be reduced to 1.

All three approved. But since summonings do not have set stats, I would advise not using them to battle. But you can if you want.

The angel Arm When it transforms and releases its bow the Arrow that si fired is charged with Wind CHakra increasing its peircign power and its speed.

The Demon arms coverd in scaly spines that with the wind chakra will help slash up the enemy even if the enemy misses the cuts extend off the spines givign it a little more range. (Yes kinda liek Asumas Knifes.)

The seals which are stil on he arms Glow with Chakra this causes the both arsm to start glowign with the chakra The Angel arm releases a Poison gass thats white usign the chakra in teh one arm to temper the poison gas already there to a laughing gass and the demon arm creates a pure blakc gass that is a Corrosive gas that melts all that it comes inconntact with except the user. (ME) WHen the two inter mingel they become a powerful combo cause as you laugh you get melted but atleast you can die with a smile on yrou face.
