-He gets up slowly holding his stomach and starts remembering waht the old man said. He gets in fighting potition, and with his right fist he thorws an punch aming for Ryuus face, in the mean time with his left hand he amis for Ryuus stomach-

his sharingan shined and stared to spin as he blocked both punches grabing them and pulling them into a cross like stance, he pushes him back and stands in the tora stance as he change to the snake, leopard, dragon, monkey, crane and finaly the tora stance again, each time hitting the floor with eather his left or right leg making small chakra explosion that stoped anyone around them from moving, on the last tora stance was made his hands shined with chakra and he stared to hit him on the chst neck and legs at a god like speed until 365 hits were placed on his vitals points, then ryuu holded his hand firm in front of him making it shine with even more chakra, he holded it back then hitted him hard on the chest with it
"Tora Rendan !!!"
the hand sended a huge pulse of chakra through all his body as it pushed him away

Still on shock he made hand seals as he walked to the aburame kid, a green ball of chakra appeared on his hands as he slowly healed his inner self

-He coughs up some blood so it lands on his jacket- "Ouch.. Hehe.. N-n...Next time.. I'll kill him" -With the pain in his body he slowly raise and walks out of the coluseum.. He walks too the nearest building and sits down and leans aginst it- "I.. I think.. I.. Know how too kill him.."

"great now I have 2 rivals in my team oh well...". He looked at Ryuu, "I think there is a mission of your lv, I need some help with it so as the only menber of the team who can do anything I want you to accompany me after you get some rest"

-he dosnet respond for a while then he grins- "Yes i do.. If you dont mind.. I need too go and train... I like the pain mixd with sweat and tears" -He got up and walkd too his house, he took of his jacket and started doing push-ups- "5000!! After that Running around the house 500 laps!! Then Sit-ups!!"

-After the 5000 push ups it burns in every part he knows of on his body, but he must continue. His way of the ninja is pushing yourself too the limet. He slowly gets up and starts running around the house, sweat starts streaming down from his forehead. While running he punches freely in the air-
