Reck looked to Kei then quickly looked around the cafe as if he was looking for someone special. His gaze fixed onto something in the back of the cafe and he stood up patting Kei on the head.
"Cinnamon rolls, aye? I'll se what I can do. You just sit tight for a couple minutes."
He then began to walk towards the back of the cafe moving around groups of people and tables and made it to the back walking behind a curtian. He walked out with his arm around a girl that worked there and pointed to Kei sitting at the table. They both smiled and she nodded at him as they both went back behind the curtian and into the kitchen.

Kei sat down at a booth and watched as Reck disappeared. When he came out with a girl and pointed at Kei, she was starting to feel a little self concious... was there something wrong? They were gone again... What's going on...?

About 15 minutes later, Reck came from behind the curtian holding a plate of something behind his back and he bowed to the people behind the curtian, smiled, and walked back to Kei at their table and stood next to her holding the plater behind his back still and smiling at her.
"I got a surprise for you Kei."
He pulled his arm around and showed Kei the plate he was hiding behind his back and what was on it. It was a pile of something black smothered in something yellow-ish.
"Tada!"

Kei turned her head at the cinniminny smell and saw Reck with something behind his back. A smile instantly spread over her face. "All of those are for me? I though that they didn't make those here? Thank you brother!"

Reck placed the plate on the table and sat down next to Kei smiy rubbing the back of his head.
"Yah well. I used to work here and I pulled some strings so I could make this for you."

Kei's grin grew wider. "That's awsome brother! When did you work here?" She asked him the question as she reached for a cinnimon bun. "Eat these with me... I dont wann aeat them all while you just sit there... and then we can go to my place and hang out for a while, ok?"

Reck picked up a cinnamon bun and took a bite chewing it a bit savoring the warm, toasty, gooey goodness it had and swallowed it then told Kei about when he worked at the cafe.
"About 2 years ago. It was a mission back when times were slow around the village. It was kinda fun. Speaking of missions, what kind of stuff have you done?"

Kei smiled slightly, taking abun for herself. They tasted delicious. "I got a job at the hospital to pay for my bills since y family is... well you know... Anyways, they put me under Kisoku in the labs, so I worked with him and have since... That's why I dont require a genin cell, I work as an apprentice under a chunin. I'm also a councelor there... I help with therapy... pretty cool, huh?"

Reck stopped chewing the cinnamon bun he was currently eating and froze staring at Kei with a look of surprise. He then turned his head forward and pouted a little at how cool Kei was getting a real job in the village while he could only pull of small tasks. He swallowed the bun and turned back to Kei.
"Thats really cool sis."

Kei was happy to hear that Reck was impressed. "Thank you brother, I worked really hard to get there... but I've missed out on a lot of missions and stuff. Unlike most genin, I've never left the village..." She finished off her first cinnamon bun and took a second.

Reck picked up another cinnamon bun and ripped off a small piece giving it to Gomma who was sitting on his shoulder. He fluttered his wings a bit and started to eat the sweet bun happily. He then put the rest of it up to his mouth like he was going to eat it but stopped and looked at the sky outside of the door.
"Oh wow. It's about time for my mission! I just acceped a difficult mission today and I'm gonna need py partner for this one. So you wana pack up and take the rest home?"

Kei smiled. 'Yeah, but where is the mission, what are we doing? And wont I need your sensei's and Lady Kinami's permission to go with you?" She finished off her second bun and moved to a third. She wanted to eat as many as she could before they were rapped up.

Reck then leand forward towards Kei and held his hand up to the side of his mouth as if what he was about to say was a secret.
"Well, It's a top secret mission and noone outside of you, me, and the Kinami-kage can know. It's dangerous and if we succeed then well get paid 1,000,000,000 Yen."

Kei smiled and raised one eyebrow. "You're bluffing. Lady-Kage would never pay that much... and neither would any customer..." Kei finished off the cinnimon roll.

He then quickly leaned back in his chair and let out a mild laugh placing his hand over his face. He then moved his fingers to the side and looked at Kei with a slight shine in his eye.
"Got me. I really don't have anything to do, I was just messing with ya. But you really should get training for the exams."
