Marik merely nodded, and lept onto the ground, persuing on an invisible trail leading to his brother. "Malik," he chirpped inquisitivly when he was near. "Oh dear brother of mine!"

Malik startled when he heard Marik's voice piercing the quiet. For some reason it brought back a foreign memory.
Hikari, you'll never win, I'll always be with you.
Shacking his head in order to erase the memory, Malik turned to face his brother. "Marik."

His eyes slightly narrowed, but returned to normal with a half smile. "Why are you here?" He questioned, leaning back against nothing.

Rafael's eyes faltered for a moment and he quickly shook his head, trying to clear his mind. However, it didn't seem to do much good, since everything was started to become blurry. "W-what did you d-do?" He swayed on his feet and took a few steps backs, confused by his sudden weariness.
Yugi watched Rafael as he rubbed the small nick he got on his neck from when the other swayed. "Well, this is odd..." Yugi looked over at Ryou. "What did you do because I know I didn't do that."

Malik scoffed slightly at Marik's attitude, or apparent attitude, "I need your help, there was a fire in my forest and I can't heal it." Malik rubbed his arms feeling unnatrualy cold. "I'm afraid it's dying."
The words were painful to say, both Malik and Marik were tied to their forests, should their forest die then they too would die.

"Oh," Marik said, his attitude fleeting quickly. He took a few steps to his brother. "Of course I'll help you, Malik," But the memory of destroying his brother's flower came quickly to mind. "As best as I can, anyway..."

TatteredRaven Rafael's eyes faltered for a moment and he quickly shook his head, trying to clear his mind. However, it didn't seem to do much good, since everything was started to become blurry. "Well, this is odd..." Yugi looked over at Ryou. "What did you do because I know I didn't do that."((took me long enough xx; )) Shocked Ryou looked at his hands. "I prayed, I prayed for aid in helpign you. I guess my Mother answered my prayer. . I wonder if my wings are back." Some how Ryou couldn't muster up th ecourage to check, he was afraid of being dissapointed if he was still mortal.
"Atleast he won't hurt you now. Who is he anyway?" Ryou asked turning to look over at Yugi.(It's okay ^_^)

Doing something he hadn't done since they were children, long before the feud between them had begun, Malik let out a chocked sob and through his arms around Marik's neck hugging him tightly. "Thank you Marik, brother of mine."

Marik was stiff for a moment, but exhaled and held his brother loosely. He could not say anything, for he didn't know what he should. And after a moment, he said, "Well, well- Can't have you breaking down yet... 'Haven't even seen the damage and you're getting all mushy..." He joked to lighten the mood; and to stop himself from sobing. He made himself writhe sometimes... Getting all warm and soft with his brother. But the lighter side of him chimed in with it's remark about the fact that they had not been together since adolescence... Maybe earlier. Shaking his head, the dark faerie stepped along-side his brother towards the light forest. What was he; going crazy or something? Voices...

Yugi smiled slightly at Ryou, not having the heart to point out that his wings were still gone...although, the demon swore he saw a silverly outline behide Ryou for a second. 'Just the light...that's all.' He thought to himself before looking back at Rafael. "His name is Rafael, he's a demon hunter. I caused him some tourble a few years ago and I guess he's still sore over that."

Ryou looked uncomfortable for a moment, his gaze briefly meeting Yugi's before focusing on Rafael. "Um, what should we do with him? Do we leave him here and leave? Or should we call Otogi and Jounouchi?"

"Indeed you arrright." Otogi said to Jounouchi, the alcohol starting to get to them. "And this'ere ale is the best DAMN problem'at everr x'ists." One hand slammed on the table for emphasis. "That'll teech 'em." he muttered under his breath. It was better to be more inert and inept at times. Plus, if someone tried anything with him...he'd be too drunk to care. AND, he had a warrior blonde with him. He hoped.

Jou couldn't help but give an amused smile in the mage's direction. He didn't approve of seeing one getting so drunk, but... hey, to each man his own. Plus, Otogi seemed to be quite amusing in this state. "That really didn't take long at all, did it? Your words are already slurring." He grinned. "I guess that means you don't do this much. I would hope not. Travelling all over the place with a drunkard mage doesn't seem like it would be... well, productive. No offence, of course." The blond leaned back his chair and folded his arms up back behind his head, eyes never straying from Otogi's form. "Well, if I'm right, does that mean I get to hear what's bothering you?"

Malik nodded and lead the way to where it was the worse, the exact centre of where the fire had been. when they got there it was hard to distinguish if anything living had ever been there at all. Here and there a few flowers and bushes could be seen, obviously grown by Malik in an attempt to save the forest, which appeared to be whithering slightly, even as Malik seemed to weaken.

Looking at the damage, Marik let out a puff of air. Whether it was satisifed at the fact that he could fix it, or the fact that it was so badly burned, one could not tell. Lowering down, he looked at the black soot below them and ran a few fingers through it, gatherring some to observe. "This is pretty bad, dear brother..." He murmored. "The is were it's the worst?" The question was ritoricle. He sighed. "Well, the worst part is going to be clearing away the ash- though it mostly helps in growth- I'm afraid your forest cannot rejuvinate with it. Fire's technically a 'dark' force." He emphisized the quotes with his fingers and a sarcastic expression. "So all we need to do is clear away the ash and stir up the soil..." Standing, he let his eyes wander around the vastly burned area. "Yeah...all we need to do..."
