Whether it was sad or not...Kettil moved to smack his own face to snap out of it and he missed. She couldn't fly away then.

It wasn't enough!
He let go of his leg, oblivious to the gaping wound that he himself had caused. Not that it mattered. Hunger was driving him into an insane rage, to the point he couldn't tell hunter from student. The voices even now, were still yelling at him, urging him to kill, to feed. Obeying, he lunged after the first thing that moved, heavy feet hitting the ground in pursuit of his next prey.

Lumi turned every which way the shadowy figure had pulled her forward she could see where she wanted to be. There was what she wanted right in front of her right in her grasp. But just as quickly as it appeared it vanished the ground below became real again. Something wasn't quiet right, something was actually very very wrong. Where did Julian go, where did that welcoming feeling flee to. Loneliness suddenly took over as she slowly shifted back to her semi-human self. Reaching out for the pin she had been wearing she looked around her. Why was she back here, this isn't right. She could see Julian from the corner of her eye but it wasn't right, something gnawing and nagging her in her mind, there was a small voice it seemed so far away and yet very close at the same time. "he left...he..."She couldn't really explain the sudden grip of paranoia that took a hold of her before she heard shouts. The creature was heading strait for the school. Without warning, the black dog leaped at Vaith, teeth bared and ready to sink into flesh. There was no hesitation as he snapped at his throat, or used his claws to try and tear him down.
