Chase reached for the quaffle, unaware of his surroundings. Just before he could lay his hands on the quaffle, it seems that something ran into him, knocking him off balance. His first thought was that a bludger hit him, but upon turning around, he noticed that he had instead collided with Dhylan, a Hufflepuff Chaser. He could tolerate the force of the impact, since it was nothing compared to a heavy iron ore. But still, it would leave Chase with an unwanted bruise that would compromise his flying skills.

He slammed hard into something, with a small "Oomph." he looked up, expecting to see a bludger or maybe even a goal post, but he saw Chase! He rubbed his forehead tenderly and chuckled. Chase chuckled. This collision was nothing. He raced forward on his broom, ready to assist Shina with the quaffle and passes.

What am I thinking? Here we go again. Katrina watched as Dhylan and Chase collided in mid-air as they both reached for the quaffle. Shina instead got it and Dhylan took off after her. Kat looked over to see if Chase was fine, but he seemed alright. Kat smiled and leaned forward, taking off after Shina as well. Out of Character Chaser Life 1 Life 2 Life 3

Devin hovered over the playing field, having to play seeker one last time. He didn't know what was up with Ariana. She must be sick or something. Regardless, he had to find this snitch, and if he could find it early, he knows they would win. This was a must catch snitch game. They needed to match Gryffindors total points, their seeker catching it twice already.

"Got it!" he yelled as the quaffle safely landed in his hand, albeit it was a close one. Chase would need to watch out for that Hufflepuff Chaser. Scanning his surroundings, he determined that he was in the head, and threw the quaffle back to Shina. "Shina!"

Shina snagged the Quaffle and went for height. Spiraling up, she pulled out a few theatrics, spinning and rolling more than was strictly necessary, pushing herself and her Firebolt 2 to draw they eye up and away from the rest of the field. Then, when a stolen glance showed Chase in position just outside the scoring area, she dropped like a stone. Plunging down, she dodged the players who had been drawn upwards by her tactics, and tossed the Quaffle to Chase as she whistled by, taking care to stay out of the scoring area herself. Chase kept a close eye on the Hufflepuff Chasers as he swirled around the goalposts, catching the quaffle and carefully selecting his position of which he would take to attempt to score. With a high determination, he aimed at one of the rings and lobbed the quaffle toward it, hoping he would score.
