Gary grimaced and sighed sitting down. "An officer came to release me, then...someone walked in and killed him. I got out of my cell, walked over and saw the officer dead and bleeding.." He rubbed his face. "I picked up the gun to look at it, and i got blood on my hands. A few officers came in and...." He grimaced. "I'm wanted for murder now."

Alex rubbed her head,"Great this is just great..."
Lucia sighed,"How are we going to get out of this one?"

Jack clenched his fists. "We're not. "We're going to hide him. And both of you." He nodded to Alex and Lucia. "I will sort this out myself. You three get back to the ship and tell them to sail off."

Jack kissed her softly then took off his necklace and placed it on her. "No, alex...I'm not. I need to take care of my family first. Thats mean I'm needed here." He smiled sadly and Looked at Gary and Lucia.

Alex looked at him sadly and she closed her eyes looking at the ground, she played with his necklace, and some tears went down her cheeks."But I don't want anything bad happen to you."
Lucia had some tears build up in her eyes,"But...dad you...we have to stick together like you said we are family."

"Gary, take lucia and go to the ship. Your captain now." He grinned a little hugging him. "Take care of them for me." Gary nodded looking at Jack and had to fight back tears of his own.

Lucia hugged her father,"Will I see you again?"
Alex ran out the back door crying and she fell to her knees at the edge of the cliff to the view of the ocean.

Jack hugged her tightly. "I hope so," he whispered. "Be safe, Lu." He looked past her and closed his eyes hating to do this to alex.

Lucia nodded,"Maybe you should talk to mom more though." she said looking at her mother.
Alex clenched the grass in her fists and she closed her eyes crying.

Jack nodded going to her. Gary hugged Lucia and kissed her then pulled her with him outside and made their way to the harbor. Jack knelt next to Alex and pulled her against him rubbing her back. "Alex..."

Alex stayed close to Jack and she buried her face in his chest crying,"Why do you have to do this?!We didnt even get married and we are already getting separated." she clenched his shirt in her hands.

He brushed her tears away and layed his cheek against her hair. "I know Al...I know and I hate it..." He tilted her face up and smiled a bit. "Life's cruel isn't it?"

Alex smiled and she looked at him,"Yeah...and I hate when it ruins my life the most...promise me we will meet again and we live together forever...promise me Jack."

"I always keep a promise Alex." He kissed her deeply running his fingers through her hair. "Keep our daughter safe and out of trouble if you can." He chuckled picking her up. "Though I doubt it."
