She let go of him and went and pulled the wagon behind them stopping near a clothing store" maki and danny go get some cloths for all of us useing money" she said as she looked at maki "well then try talking to shade he may not talk much but he is sweet inside i know" she said with a small smile

Aurora looked at him "go with maki and get the cloths alright" she said grabbing the blood bag and drinking it quickly before the crowd saw her drink it

honestly, dusk was surprised to hear anyone suggest that she were desirable. the only person she ever knew to want her was Master Lazerus, and he had sold her after only a few years.
she was't sure how she felt about it at all, so she was relieved that Aurora wanted to protect her. she stayed sat up and began looking over the edge of the wagon at the town they were in.
where was this love that miss Aurora was talking about? did all adults want to find it? is that what happiness was? did love hide somewhere, so that people had to find it first? when would she find love? would it take a long time? the little girl had so many questions, and she felt small. the world was suddenly a much larger and stranger place than it used to be.
despite all that, she felt happy. this was the beginning of a new life for her. already she felt like she had a purpose well, maybe... she still wasn't certain what it was. all she knew riht now was that she was free. something she'd never been before, and never thought she would be.

Auora looked up and saw dusk up and smiled "hey dusk how was your nap. maki and danny went to get some cloths" she smiled and held her hand out 'if you want to sit with me then come her " she smiled
