chimarii Considering Amityville is a high school, are there middle/secondary schools? Elementary schools? There do have an equivalent to elementary schools, but they aren't mandatory or public. They're more like...long term baby sitting for scarelings, that has a bonus of getting them use to socializing outside of their home and neighborhood. And of course to teach basic maths, readings, and macaroni art.

postin here from the hunter guild, +1 question:
*Does the Hunter island have a Starbucks?
*Would weapons and Hunters be able to communicate with each other while asleep? Do Weapons sleep? Would they share dreams?
*Are weapons able to manipulate their hunter's movements in any way?

No starbucks...unless you mean the occasional shipment of the bottled frappuccino and bags of coffee beans.
Yes, they would. They enter a "rest" state when their hunter does, and if they lay unsummoned for long periods of time (months.) This is possible although not a common nightly occurrence.
In a possession sense, no. They do, however, passively enhance a hunter's movements, which is why trainees who have never handles a gun, sword, bow, etc...find themselves with adequate skill to wield one (although not actual mastery.)

Are hunters descended from humans who somehow fused with creature of halloween, passing on the ability to see what cannot be seen? Also is Dr. H actually an employee of a secret order of humans out to control the world part time?

neutral Not quite. Although some have ancestors that were indeed able to bond with an empowered weapon.
Dr. H is pretty blatant about his goal, which is not to rule the world, just become god of it. This causes some issues with Caelius, who also wants to be god, but feels that this should involve wings. Which is in conflict with Dr. H's belief that Caelius should just jump off a ******** cliff and die already.
