Clint stood outside and nodded to the two guards. He smiled looking around for a moment, reaching causally into his pocket for his collapsible bow. He looked to the waiter, who was smoking a cigarette, as Clint asked politely, "Could I get one of those sir?". The waiter shrugged and handed over a cigarette to Clint.
Clint smiled as he placed the cigarette into his mouth, he leaned against the door between the two guards. He analyzed their possible movements and smiled to himself. "Did you guys see last night's game? Could I get a light man?", Clint asked.

Squirrel Girl was oblivious to what was going on, humming "I Am the Very Model of a Modern Major-General" to herself.
"For my military knowledge, though I'm plucky and adventury, Has only been brought down to the beginning of the century; But still, in matters vegetable, animal, and mineral, I am the very model of a--" she was singing quietly to herself, when she finally noticed Doom's words.
"Oh, so sorry, Doc! I was just practicing for my Drama class-- But... Business?" she asked, unfurling her tail and letting it wave gently from side to side.

"No." one of the guards replied, clearly not the small talk sort of man.. "What do you want here."

Clint smiled as the waiter leaned in to light his cigarette, as Clint said, "Information..". Moving with lightning fast reflexes, he grabbed the waiters arm and spun around, whipping the waiter straight towards one of the guards. At the same time, he pulled out his bow, which quickly expanded to normal size. Gripping the bow, he swung it as hard as he could towards the second, aiming only to knock them out.

The first guard was smacked by the waiter. The two stumbled backwards and into the wall behind them. The second guard couldn't move fast enough to dodge the bow. He grunted as it struck him and stumbled backwards.
A security camera positioned on the corner of the second floor window clicked as it zoomed in on the little scene taking place below it. More specifically on the troublemaker's face. As the camera kept locked onto his face, the backdoor clacked rather audibly several times. Securely locking the four outside. Help would be arriving for the guards and unfortunate employee shortly. But the Penguin was not one to just let such riff-raff back into his establishment. Especially not when he had such tight security around his building, trained employees, and a various array of weapons at his disposal.

At the sound of the door locking, Clint cursed beneath his breath as he scanned the area for surveillance devices. Spotting the one on the upper story, he quickly pulled his pistol out and shot the camera. Shaking his head, he knew today wasn't going to go well. He had been working underground so much, he forgot how to survey a target without violence. He knew he was going to be chewed out for this but now wasn't the time.
Picking up the unconscious waiter, he ran to a nearby back alley, without attracting anymore attention then he already had. Quickly, swapping his clothes with waiter, taking mere seconds to do so as if he had done it millions of times before. He then took a moment to fix his hair to resemble that of the waiter.
Leaving the waiter leaning against a garbage can and with a hundred in hand, Clint ran back to the lounge. Arriving back just before the help arrived, he smashed his face into the wall, breaking his nose. Doing it to the point that it actually looked like he was attacked and to make it harder for them to recognize him from the tape.

Five bulky, brawny guards wearing black tuxedos walked our from between the buildings and ally to the back of the Lounge. Each carrying a decently sized gun. The guards glanced down at the two unconscious guards, then looked over at who they thought was the waiter.
"Which way did he go?" one of the men said.

Clint held his nose as he spoke in a scared and frightened voice, "I don't know. He just disappeared". He looked at the guards and then his eyes glanced to the weapons they carried. Clint hoped they believed the scene he created, if they didn't he was as good as dead.

The guards stared at him for a moment, then looked to each other. "Alright then, fan out." the first man said, then he looked down at the "waiter". "Come with me. You know the drill." he replied as he carefully grabbed the man by the arm and led him to one of the other back doors to go back inside. One of the entrances that was out of sight of the rest of the Lounge.
There was no need for any of the other customers to see such a beat up waiter walk back inside. But the did need to check the man out. Give him medical attention, check his clothes for trackers or anything of the sort.

Clint moved along with the guards, not putting up any sort of fight. He held his nose as the bleeding quickly stopped. He looked to the guards as he started to speak again, "I am fine. Just need a new shirt. I should hurry and get back to work. I need this job if I want to keep my apartment". He prayed to whatever deity was listening. If they did try to search him further they would be sure to find his bow, although he was smart enough to drop the gun off by the trash can with the waiter. Even without it, he would be in extreme trouble if he was searched.

"Sorry, you're not going back out onto the floor with that busted face. It's enough the customers have costumes bugging them by dropping in. They don't need the waiters looking like they'd just gotten into a fight with one. Besides, with all the new faces poping up and dropping in, we need to make sure they didn't plant anything on you." the guard said as he led him through the back hallways and into a room that looked more like a doctor's office than anything that should be inside a resteraunt.

((Speaking of 'new' faces 'dropping' in: Enter Batman and Batwoman from Gotham))
Batman jumped from the roof next door onto the Iceberg lounge. 'Just like old times I suppose.' He thought only to himself. He eased up on the sky light, with the absence of Batman as of the last while, he didn't seem to see any guards, assuming there were any actually on the roof at the time.
He looked down into the main room as people's memories, especially those of one Cobblepot, of Batman and their views on him entered his mind.
"Now."
Suddenly, to everyone below, SMASH!!!! Batman crashed through the skylight into the main lobby, immediately releasing smoke pellets everywhere. Of course there were a number goons to plow through but between the two of them, it wouldn't be that hard to get to Oswald's location.

Brenda actually facepalmed as Bruce went through first; didn't this Batman know about subtlety? Nevertheless, she landed beside him in a crouch much like his own, her Batsuit's cowl using heat-vision to detect people through all the smoke, and she said in her own "Bat-voice" under the cover of the chaos: "We could've just gone through the back door... Now let's hurry up and find him before we have to fight his goons. He's probably in the back room; if we're quick we can get in there."

Clint sucked in a breath as he was just about to step into the room when a loud crash sounded from the main room. He looked to the guard beside him with a scared expression on his face. His eyes motioned towards the lounge as he spoke in a broken voice, "What was that? Oh not again. Not twice in one day. Go stop them!"
